They took care of me from start to finish. I brought my car in for an oil change and was seen right away. The shuttle service dropped me off at home, which was very convenient. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the shuttle seemed to forget to pick me up once my car was ready and I had to call several times to check in. Eventually, they just dropped my car off to me, which I appreciated, but better communication would've made the experience perfect. read more

I brought my X7 in for repair of the AC and a routine service I received my car back dash destroyed; the leather was not arranged back the way I had dropped it off. It was rolled up along all the edges with the underlying foam padding visible, now a hole in the leather on the dash and one of the workers thinking that they were going to throw it away I believe, wrote trash in the leather. When I inquired about them repairing the dash that they destroyed, they said that it was my problem and that I could pay to repair it. I told them that I didn't put a hole in the dash and that I didn't write "trash" in the leather. read more

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I was in the market for a vehicle and went to Peake several times looking. The associate was never able to answer basic questions on options or colors and just did not seem interested in my business. I ended up purchasing from Galleria BMW in Mississippi and had a wonderful experience. Even though my car is brand new, straight from the factory, I have had a few issues. I've had my vehicle serviced at BMW of Mobile, and Galleria BMW; both are beautiful dealerships with above excellent customer service. For the first time, I chose to stay local and take my car to Peake. The service center was extremely unfriendly and not at all like the other BMW service centers I've been to. After having to Uber to work, I couldn't shake the uneasy feeling I had about leaving my car there. I decided to see if others had similar experiences and looked at the Google reviews for this dealership. Unfortunately, my concerns were validated as I began to read the horror stories of people leaving their vehicles with Peake BMW. It took over 24 hours just to perform a software update and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I immediately noticed the filthy condition of my interior. Black handprints and smudges all over my tan interior, steering wheel, seats, console. Literally everywhere. I went back into the service center and requested a rag so I could wipe off my car. As I was cleaning up their mess out of my car, I saw my absolute nightmare. THEY DYED MY SEATS PINK! My seats and center console have pink splotches, and I tell them that my leather is dyed. The rep said it was impossible, but he would go get the service manager. Carlos Watson came out and inspected the damage and was extremely apologetic. He said it was "a learning experience" because their detail team "wears red sweatshirts". He swore he would make it right and would be giving me a call within a few days once he got in touch with their interior specialist who could clean it. That was on 12/5. Today is 1/5 and I have spent the last 30 days calling incessantly, leaving dozens of messages. Carlos will not call me back. They ruined my interior and refused to even call me back about it. On top of that, there are two tiny dents in my rear bumper where another car's license plate would be. They are parking the cars up against each other! According to this website I have to give a star. If it were up to me, I would give 1/2 star. My wife and I have been given the run-around regarding having a faulty radio, navigation system, and blue tooth issues. Our car is under warranty, and we have been waiting to schedule the repair. We were told three different scenarios moving forward to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, we are still waiting to hear from a service manager, service representative to finalize the repair. The service is AWFUL. The folks that answer the phone are rude. The service department acts as though I'm inconveniencing them when I call to schedule an appointment or need to ask a question about repairs. I went so far as to try to reach out to the manager and owner and left messages. When I was finally able to speak with someone, they too were rude and could care less about my experiences. So my vehicle alerted me that my car services was due. The app also alerted me that my services was due. So I go to Peake BMW and waited 4 hours before I asked the status or my vehicle. Upon the Request the mechanic comes out and says that it will be another hour and half before they will get to my vehicle. So I asked them to just give me my car back and then another mechanic comes out to say the car didn't require services and it alerted me because the brakes needs to be changed. I will never purchase another BMW because they don't have the capacity to service the bmws that already is owned. I was just about to schedule my appointment with Andrea to purchase my second BMW, but after todays experience I wouldn't purchase a free pen from that dealership. They will quote you a price from the offset and when they are done it is much higher, due to labor costs, it should not take hours for a simple service. I found a different place to service my BMW since then and I am super happy with the service and prices. Out of all of the vehicles I've had this far, and for the customer service of repairs, maintenance, etc, Peake has the best. They have always scheduled me according to my work schedule, getting me in and out first thing in the morning, and if my vehicle had to stay for warranty work, I was always given a new, CLEAN, and fresh loaner. Appointment was at 9:30, dropped my car there and was told to wait in the lobby for someone to come and speak with me. they clearly forgot I was there because come 10:30 I had to find someone myself. Finally get a call at 11:45 stating they finally started working on my vehicle. confused of who I was, and listed off 3 different names. Get a call at 1:00 pm with an update and was told it would be a few hours before the can figure anything out but they will call me before they close. I didn't get a call. I called them myself this morning because they sure weren't going to call me. Was told that my service rep was with a customer and would call me back shortly, 40 minutes later no call and am treated like I'm an inconvenience for following up. Customer service is horrible! I had a 7:30 a.m appointment on Wednesday to get a headlight replaced and determine a noise under my hood. It is now Friday afternoon, and I still do not have my car. We are consistently told they will give us a call. When we call to speak to our representative, it ALWAYS goes to voicemail. We are now on hold waiting to speak to anyone who can give us answers about when I can get my car back. This place is highway robbery with the worst service! I have been putting off buying another car, but I am certain that I WILL NOT buy from PEAKE BMW. I do not know what reason any of you bought one of these high-priced, useless cars, but the IRS made me buy one. You would do better buying three Hondas for the price they charge for the name on these cars. You would think that with a price so outrageous, they would take good care of your car, just to keep their name good. If you ever need service, and you will sooner than you think, they charge outrageous prices or they will say that they can not do the job. How can you sell something that you have no idea how to repair every inch of that item? I live in New Orleans, where you know these cars will get water damage. Soon as that happens to you, you better throw all your money away because Peake will tell you that they will not do any work on your car because they do not want to be responsible if you find anything else wrong after they fix the one thing you found wrong. They told me that the cars have wires under the floor so the car can not be fixed. Wait! What? You can not fix the ride you sell? So you are telling me that the company did not send a master builder of this car to work at your company, so your company will not give their company a band name? I think that every company should not be able to branch out unless they find a worker in their company who has become a master at their craft. That master craftsman should be the one to move up in the company to own his own branch, mixed with the rich man who wants to fund opening that new company near them. They had the nerve to call me on the phone to get a review on the service they did for me. What service? You all did nothing but tell me to come to get my car and get the hell out of your face! After explaining that it had water damage on the phone, why would you make me waste money towing it there? The moral to the story, if you own one of these cars and your problem is water damage, do not tow it anywhere. Everyone will say yes over the phone and call you to get it towed away a day or two later. So many tow fees and still no working ride. Just keep it in your own yard and tell people how rich you used to be when you bought that car, as a monument of your better days. I can't speak to the service department, only my experience buying a car here. I went to a few dealers to look at Audi, BMW, Genesis, and also looked at Mazda for my partner. By far, the experience I had at BMW was the best. Not only did I feel like I was well informed about the purchase, but I didn't feel pushed into it as I have at pretty much every other dealership. Andrea was an amazing salesperson. She was very patient, happy to answer questions, always available, gave me recommendations to get the most money for the car I was selling/trading in, willing to look up questions that I had and help me even after hours, and not that it matters but she also was incredibly fashionable. I personally don't think she should give out a cell phone number and answer customers' questions after hours, but hats off to her for going the extra mile. I custom ordered it and love everything I chose; and getting compliments on my car from random people just adds to the fun. My only criticism is that I custom-ordered the car so it took about a month to come in (less than a month actually, super fast - another thanks to them!) and I wish they would have talked to me before I went to sign the lease regarding the add-on packages and their associated costs; I felt quite cornered into buying those extra layers of protection knowing that I couldn't elect to get those packages at a later time. That having been said, we will see if I have any service issues and how that goes as it is the reason I will never buy a Ford or Dodge again. But for now, give Andrea all the gold stars! read more

I would rate this dealership NO stars if I could. Every time I come here for service, nobody greets me. The service and parts department employees are very rude. Whenever I need work done to my car this is the only dealership near New Orleans I can even come to, but this dealership needs to be shut down! There's no way you guys treat your customers in such manner and there's never a sense of urgency. I waited 8 days for tires to come. It's like they never have anything my car needs in stock ever. They have a waiting area. Unlike Lexus where there is a nice set aside area for clients to wait. At BMW you are in the car showroom!! Music blaring, TV blaring as well as other people waiting having phone conversations on speaker phone. Their courtesy cars are few and far between. I have yet to see one. I have a 2016 3series and I'm less than a year I've had a plethora of issues which started the very first month I had the car. Every time I come to this dealership I'm given the run around. Their mechanics are incompetent and each "inspection " is a complete waste of my time and gas. My sales person Garrity asks as if I'm completely invisible whenever I come in for servicing, which has been 3 times in the same month because no one can get to the root of my car issues. My car is a 2010 328i BMW hard top convertible. I brought in a car that worked fine to have a recall attended to. I mentioned the car was great but the top was not as smooth as it had been up and down and was sold a managers service special that would smooth it out. I was told the car was done and the top was working much better and to pick it up. And then I was called that the top wouldn't go up and hadn't gone up. While my service manager was very nice they obviously lied both about doing the service and about it being fine. They wanted to charge me 195$ to diagnose the car. I declined. They did require three men to manually lift the top and told me to pick up my now non working car and when I provided proof of their lie they discounted the service by 50%. The story has a happy ending as I took my car to someone reputable who taught me how easy it is to put the top up and down manually AND realized that one small trunk door was not shut properly which caused the entire problem with my hard top. Shame on you Peake - both for your lies and your lack of knowledge. read more

I judge customer service with the ability to set expectations and at very least, meet them. My review reflects my experience based on those parameters. I was told my repairs would take 1-1.5 hrs and cost $400. I have now been here for 2.5 hrs and my service representative has brought up $3k in potential other repairs (including $200 to replace windshield wiper blades and a $412 battery). My sense is that the goal is to get as much money out of people as possible here. I'll stay away from now on. UPDATE - DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE! I have now learned that Peake quoted 60% higher than the high end of the averages for services rendered - the installation was as much as the part. May I recommend a much more respectful and reasonable shop that specializes in BMWs - Bimmer Shop in River Ridge. There, I learned that there was nothing wrong with two of my sensors (Peake had quoted needing replacements for all 4, so would have been paying to replace $1000 worth of working equipment), and am paying a total of about $500 to do everything that Peake quoted for $3k. Not exaggerating. While you're waiting at Bimmer Shop (on Hickory), please do ask them about the horror stories they've heard about Peake BMW from customers who end up with them. read more

Haven't been to this dealership since 2014, maybe 2015? But got some water damage during heaving rains and the adjuster recommended taking it to the dealer as it was a new car. I just forgot why I stopped coming, as it had been so long. Took my car in and the service rep was great. Took a few weeks to get the necessary part but fine I guess (not really but what can you do, and no loner of course). I didn't check the car when I picked it up and should have. Interior was dirty and I keep it very clean. I don't expect to have the car detailed but at least they should clean up after themselves? But not a major issue I guess. Went to put the mats back in (they didn't do this for me) and then noticed that the floor on the passenger side was not level. Took it back in (did I mention the dealership is in the outskirts of Kenner?) and was told they forgot to install a part, the flooring I think. Now just noticed that they didn't reinstall my ashtray and lighter (and I keep $10 in quarters for parking which is also missing). Not that I use the ashtray and lighter but still. Gotta go back a third time? Just D level service through and through. Place is a joke. I'll never go back. read more

Purchase our pre-owned 2019 X7 about four months ago and after two months, had technical issues with navigation, emergency call system and oil level sensor monitor. Not a huge deal, so took our time in bringing it in to get fixed. Took them a full day, factory warranty still active so covered everything, no issues on the repair itself. BUT, got home and discovered grease stains from hands on the ceiling and tailgate, and the part of the ceiling with grease near where the sun roof shade meets the actual ceiling was bent. Also, a couple of loose screws were just found chilling in the trunk, so no telling where that's supposed to go. How on God's green earth do you service an essentially brand new, luxury SUV at your own dealership, and send it back out like this?!? I just sent pictures to the service department so we'll see how this goes, but the fact alone that this even happened is beyond me. read more

Worked with Joe Essa on buying a used car, real nice guy. When it came time to haggle over pricing though, Joe and team turned amateurish and seemed at a loss (being a BMW dealership, I'm not sure if they're used to all their customers normally paying in cash and giving them a tip on top of the asking price or what). I was driving an arguably hard bargain while being respectful about it and Joe goes and gets the Finance Manager to come out and scold me. I should've walked away then and there but I had already decided to accept their lowest offer so I let it slide at the time but you shouldn't treat a (respectful) customer like that ever. Especially one who's potentially paying you tens of thousands of dollars. But I'm guessing their dealership only has 2 1/2 stars for a reason. read more
