    DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I was in the market for a vehicle and went to Peake several times looking. The associate was never able to answer basic questions on options or colors and just did not seem interested in my business. I ended up purchasing from Galleria BMW in Mississippi and had a wonderful experience. Even though my car is brand new, straight from the factory, I have had a few issues. I've had my vehicle serviced at BMW of Mobile, and Galleria BMW; both are beautiful dealerships with above excellent customer service. For the first time, I chose to stay local and take my car to Peake. The service center was extremely unfriendly and not at all like the other BMW service centers I've been to. After having to Uber to work, I couldn't shake the uneasy feeling I had about leaving my car there. I decided to see if others had similar experiences and looked at the Google reviews for this dealership. Unfortunately, my concerns were validated as I began to read the horror stories of people leaving their vehicles with Peake BMW. It took over 24 hours just to perform a software update and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I immediately noticed the filthy condition of my interior. Black handprints and smudges all over my tan interior, steering wheel, seats, console. Literally everywhere. I went back into the service center and requested a rag so I could wipe off my car. As I was cleaning up their mess out of my car, I saw my absolute nightmare. THEY DYED MY SEATS PINK! My seats and center console have pink splotches, and I tell them that my leather is dyed. The rep said it was impossible, but he would go get the service manager. Carlos Watson came out and inspected the damage and was extremely apologetic. He said it was "a learning experience" because their detail team "wears red sweatshirts". He swore he would make it right and would be giving me a call within a few days once he got in touch with their interior specialist who could clean it. That was on 12/5. Today is 1/5 and I have spent the last 30 days calling incessantly, leaving dozens of messages. Carlos will not call me back. They ruined my interior and refused to even call me back about it. On top of that, there are two tiny dents in my rear bumper where another car's license plate would be. They are parking the cars up against each other! I would drive any distance to take my car elsewhere before going back to this dealership. NOTE THE PHOTOS & VIDEO ARE TAKEN AFTER THEY ATTEMPTED TO CLEAN THE VEHICLE.

    I came in here to get work done on a recall. Very professional. It's what you expect from a high end auto dealer. The appointment was kept and work completed in the time promised. They also gave me a estimate of other repairs my (2001) BMW needed.

I'll check out the car I traded in my 2021 Dodge ram 25 4 x 4 for 21 Dash charger scat pack, which I thought I had a good deal later come to find out this son of a bitch had five accidents when they only said I had no accidents later when I get home and I start realizing and fixes things things didn't line up so I had a friend run a Carfax on it shows five accidents then I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get a front alignment when they said their buddies at Delta world tire in Kenner on Veterans Day. It was a lie. I asked for the print out is a receipt showing that they paid for. Delta tire and pick Mississippi said there's no way to do it. You got a bit subframe got a hold of Owner . Korey didn't have nothing to do with it so you had to get a hold of DARREN. Overseas all the Mechanic work he or a subframe cradle and I had it put on, but Alex's body shop in Slidell Louisiana awesome guys when I called him back to tell him there's a couple other items that were still messed up from their accident no response no attempt to call don't waste your money here they will fuck you anyway they can. I have an attorney and I'm selling for the price of the truck car no response diesel one piece of shit dealership that sells cars on by the airport, they wanna call they had their chance to call to fix the items they didn't do it. No response no call back. See him in court.

I met Oscar Perria at Lakeshore Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge. He wasn't my salesperson, but he helped me more than anyone I have ever dealt with. He helped me with everything I needed without receiving a penny for his efforts. The Jeep I initially purchased did not have some of features I was used to, so I committed what thought was a mortal sin in the car business. I traded the car that I purchased in for a newer updated version just a month after I purchased the 2025. With Oscar's help, he, and AJ Delaneuville, the finance manager, fixed the error I made, painlessly and affordable. As I said earlier, Oscar Perria is the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He's extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles they offer. HIs professionalism, along the knowledge he provides, goes a long way towards making you feel comfortable with making your purchase of a new vehicle. He does it all without adding any pressure. He has also been helping ever since my purchase. I'm not sure about anyone else, but every time I purchased a new vehicle I had to go through a period of learning. Before Oscar, I was left to learn on my own. Now that I have Oscar I feel really comfortable knowing that all I have to do is call him and he re-walks me through everything. So, do yourself a favor. If you are interested purchasing a new vehicle, you will not find a better sales representative than Oscar Perria. Do not run the risk of purchasing from just anyone. Let the dealership know you want to speak with Oscar.

During the sales process, promises were made regarding customer support and service after the purchase. Unfortunately, once the sale was completed, those commitments seemed to disappear. When issues arose that required dealership attention, instead of taking responsibility and assisting their customer, I was told to bring my vehicle to another dealership for service. As someone who purchased their vehicle directly from Lakeshore Jeep, I find it unacceptable that they would not stand behind the product and services they sold. Communication has been equally frustrating. Numerous phone calls have gone unanswered, and messages have not been returned. This forced us to take time out of our day and drive to the dealership in person simply to get answers. What made the situation even more frustrating was arriving to find employees sitting behind their desks with little customer traffic, yet apparently unable or unwilling to answer the phone or return calls. Customer service should not end the moment paperwork is signed. Purchasing a new vehicle is a major investment, and customers deserve honesty, accountability, and support throughout the ownership experience. Instead, we have been met with poor communication, a lack of follow-through, and an unwillingness to fulfill commitments that were made at the time of purchase. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe potential customers should be aware of the level of service they may receive after the sale. Based on my experience, Lakeshore Jeep has not earned my trust or confidence, and I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider this before doing business with them.

She helped me narrow down the vehicle that best suited my needs and we went for a test drive. She welcomed my questions and gave me all of the info I needed. I ultimately decided that the Chevy wasn't the car for our family - I wasn't crazy about the interior trim packages - but Carol certainly did her best to make me happy. She followed up after my visit to make sure we hadn't missed anything. Great experience even if I didn't buy from the **Review Update** My mother in law locked up two of my seatbelts by wrapping them around a piece of furniture I was picking up from her and delivering to my brother in law. No good deed. The wonderful folks in the service department worked their tails off to get the belts free and working again. They then noticed my leaky taillight and I mentioned that one of my speakers went out recently. They took my car back to begin the repairs immediately. I'm under warranty so no cost to me - I'm on cloud 9. I can't say enough good things about the staff here.

    Purchased a vehicle 8 months ago and had nothing but bad service…read more Lied to by the sales manager saying the "part is on order." He never ordered it even though he told me he did 4 times over 6 months that it was on order. He never followed through on any of the concessions he offered in the sale. Lied to by the GM when he said "I'll call you back today and we'll make it right." Never heard back. Lied to by the Sales Rep who said it's a 1 day repair MULTIPLE TIMES. They even said that afternoon that it would be ready in a couple hours. Went to pick it up and they said "oh it won't be ready until tomorrow." "No, we don't have any courtesy cars." "We would have to call the warranty company about a rental car" (but they never offered to actually call). "We can't bring you home because it's too far" I live 16 minutes away. Don't waste your time with them and go to someone who has an ethics code or actually wants your business.
