    Ford Bronco Heritage Edition in Robin Egg Blue

    I want to thank y'all again for another smooth Lamarque Ford experience. My wife finally got the Heritage Edition Bronco she wanted. She happened to see it on a dealer post and loved the color. We went in the dealership the next morning and Jade (again) made the process painless for us. After settling on a price, Jade and Jason completed the necessary paperwork and we were on our way. Anyway thanks again!!!

    One star is a star too many. My experience with Ford keeps getting worst and worst. This time I had a leak in my spare tire cavity. I took the car in and a month latter they called me to pick up the car (Yes a month). To say the car was not ready is a monumental understatement. But I'll let the photos speak for themselves, they speak louder than words. The car was missing half the trunk. The guy at service was pretty useless and wanted me to come back on Monday. He said it wasn't their fault that it was the body shop. And who cares whose fault it is... bottom line no one should be asked to drive out in a car with an incomplete job. Who does quality control in this place? And who is in charge of customer services? I will never ever, ever recommend Ford as a brand or for services. This car has been nothing but a disappointment but worst than that is the service and lack of support that really upsets me.

The employee could not find the parts I ordered and was moving like friggin molasses. Never said two words to me either even though I asked a few questions, was very polite and even thanked him. I got outside and realized 2 things were missing from my order. I went back in and finally.. HE SPOKE .. "uh.. I only gave you two?" 1) No clue how to do their job 2) No clue where things are kept 3) RUDE! 4) Have lead in their ass 5) Can't count = Go somewhere else. PS - my order was ready at Advance on Loyola but attitude not much better. Auto Zone on Williams is also friggin ridiculous.

    I called on the phone and asked for a specific brand of brake pads for my car to ask for pricing…read moreand availability. The ignorant lady who answered the phone told me they carried them. I asked what level they were because they come in basic, middle grade and premium. She said they carry all three and gave me the prices and said that they all come with a lifetime warranty (free replacements). They price was very cheap so I asked her to double check that is the brand and stock number that I was looking for. She rudely said it was. Of course when I got there.... She was quoting me the price for the store brand brake pads and not the brand I called about. They didn't have any of the brand I was looking for in stock and they don't have any warranty from the store. The two men helping me at the store apologized and were helpful in showing me where to find other parts and products I was looking for. This is the reason for 2 starts instead of 1. I guess if you are in the area and need auto supplies this national chain is fine but if you need specific parts make sure that the person you're talking to knows what they are talking about before making the trip to the store or purchasing.

I met Oscar Perria at Lakeshore Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge. He wasn't my salesperson, but he helped me more than anyone I have ever dealt with. He helped me with everything I needed without receiving a penny for his efforts. The Jeep I initially purchased did not have some of features I was used to, so I committed what thought was a mortal sin in the car business. I traded the car that I purchased in for a newer updated version just a month after I purchased the 2025. With Oscar's help, he, and AJ Delaneuville, the finance manager, fixed the error I made, painlessly and affordable. As I said earlier, Oscar Perria is the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He's extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles they offer. HIs professionalism, along the knowledge he provides, goes a long way towards making you feel comfortable with making your purchase of a new vehicle. He does it all without adding any pressure. He has also been helping ever since my purchase. I'm not sure about anyone else, but every time I purchased a new vehicle I had to go through a period of learning. Before Oscar, I was left to learn on my own. Now that I have Oscar I feel really comfortable knowing that all I have to do is call him and he re-walks me through everything. So, do yourself a favor. If you are interested purchasing a new vehicle, you will not find a better sales representative than Oscar Perria. Do not run the risk of purchasing from just anyone. Let the dealership know you want to speak with Oscar.
