In search of a work car, my search brought me to the inventory of Jefferson Auto Group. Reading previous reviews, it made me hesitate on even considering this establishment. But I took a shot at it cuz sometimes u have to see things for yourself. A 2011 BMW 328i caught my eye, with low miles of 77k. I thought it was to good to be true. Especially for a foreign vehicle. I thought it would have issues left and right. I went and test drove it and it was a nice ride. Everything worked on it. So I went thru with the sale. Salesman even offered a 2 week Warrenty no charge. Fast forward to a month later. The Car is still running great. Haven't experienced anything bad yet with the car. Definitely a great experience and a nice car. I salute Jefferson Auto Group. read more

fake reviews ! they sold my sister a lemon and told her they couldn't do anything about it ! taking advantage of a single mom is devils work . god doesn't rest tho avoid the pain and buy else where these people karma gone catch up to them so fast read more

I rate them a zero! They sold my bf a car with no title. Gave him the run around for 4 months, wrote out fraudlent temp tags. JB told him that he would buy it back from him, for 2,000, after realizing that we weren't backing down $2000. He paid $4500, plus an illegal debit card fee. The dealership doesn't even have the title to the car. JB is a fraud and the owner likes to sit in the office and pretend that he's a paper pusher. He's a fraud too. The "salesman" they use, do their dirty work. They use mexicans as fradulent mechanics that temporarily remove check engine lights, roll mileage back, and they put any parts they can find, in any car. Please save your money, sanity, and time!! read more

Had a pretty good experience at the lot, they had sold the original car I had went to look for but helped me look at the others in my price range. I had brought my mother and brother with me, so they could listen to anything and look under the hood of anything I liked. My car has been doing great, but I can already tell that it needs a new transmission. It just is irritating because it was 3,500.00 for the car and I just don't know what I'm supposed to do, like they told me it was a good car and as far as my whole family understood, because we had someone else come look at it afterwards too, is that everything was fine, but now it's becoming noticeable. I was told great things and saw good reviews about this lot but I'm unsure now. read more

Jefferson Auto Group - Car Dealers Near Me - Kenner, Louisiana

I bought a car there five years ago and spoke to a guy named Patrick. Patrick's tells me he doesn't see my name or car in their system plus he hung up on me twice. And I see why people purchase cars from other dealers. Don't ever use them. read more

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY here! Brought two cars from this "dealership" in the beginning of July, the Trailblazer was sold to us knowing that the chassis or frame of the car was damaged beyond repair. After many visits, they decided to "work" with me and have the car fixed. The salesperson called after 3 weeks and said that the repairs would cost $2400, they would pay $1400 if we could pay $1000. What choice did I have? Without the repairs my son could not use this car in college at all. After My husband and I made numerous impromptu visits to their mechanic the mechanic said the repair bill was $1450 TOTAL! Talk about shady! Every time we would call we were given a new excuse of why it was not ready. So after running behind them from July until October 22nd and a $1200 repair bill we finally got the car back. With the steering wheel upside down! This business has NO INTEGRITY! read more

I purchased a vehicle there and the same day the catalytic converter caught on fire with me and my children in the vehicle. We ended up being stranded on the side of the highway for 2 days. When I told the dealership about the car. They refused to take the car back, they refused to refund me. 5ury took advantage of me and they refused to let me talk to the manager. I spent every dime I had to purchase that car and now I don't have any money or a car. I am forced to sue them because they manipulated, harassed, bullied, and intimidated me into purchasing that vehicle. I gave them $1700 and they wouldn't refund me or offer to give me another car. I was forced to sign a bill of sale where after I signed, they wrote things on there that I didn't agree to. This place is a scam and I will get more in the lawsuit then they refuse to pay me. Plus, they quoted me one price and when I got there it was totally different. I even told them that I can take $1200 and give the car back but they refused. They are scammers and they need to be stopped. I will not stop until I get my money back. I don't even want another vehicle from that place. They are rude, inconsiderate and manipulators. They don't even have a mechanic there so, they sell lemons and keep your money. I wouldn't suggest them at all. read more

Unbelievably rude! I was told very abruptly, with multiple interruptions, over the phone that I absolutely could not test drive without first doing a credit application. Beyond the rudeness of the salesman, who clearly didn't want to field a call at the end of the day, and also told me there were plenty of other places to buy cars if I didn't like it, this policy is very underhanded. The only reasons not to allow test drives before financing a vehicle is that 1) You have things to hide regarding the condition of the vehicle itself, and 2) You only do business with people so desperate that they'll happily buy whatever you tell them to buy, based on the credit application. Do not bother even calling! As he said, there are plenty of other places to buy a car (even if you are credit challenged). read more

Worst customer service ever. Phone was answered by a male with a cajun accent, I do not recall the name. I called inquiring about a vehicle I saw on their website and asked for a Carfax. Person says they no longer affiliate or provide Carfax reports because what they report is not accurate, pathetic excuse. I asked for pictures of the undercarriage and engine bay (wouldn't you think that should be pretty important). I was told that there are a lot of pictures online and that he is not going to take any more pictures. I told him that I am 800 miles away and am not going to waste my time flying there without getting more pictures. He told me that I am just going to have to go there to test drive it and that I am wasting his time otherwise. He said he was busy and hung up on me. Shows how wonderful the "largest" used dealer in Kenner has to offer. read more

I brought a car from these people on may 18 of this year 2020 upon purchase i was told i would receive my title within 15 to 30 days it's now September 1 and i still don't have my title they running a scam i don't have time for this I'm suing . read more

Salesman and owner are rude, dishonest and did not keep their promises. Sold me a car that began to show signs of trouble less than 24 hours after purchase. When I notified them, I was told "There is no lemon law in Louisiana. Too bad.". DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE! I hope this review stops even one person from being left in my predicament. read more

Do not go here! Extremely shady business and a bunch of raggedy overpriced cars! Bought a mazda from here, test drive was fine, a day after my check engine light comes on, car started making all kind of noises, took it to their mechanic, fixed the problem temporarily, salesman lied and said the car had no accidents, couldn't show me a carfax, took it upon myself to by the carfax and the car was definitely in an accident. Very unprofessional! Wish I would've spent my 5100 elsewhere. read more

Really liked the staff, easy to work with. Got everything taking care of easily. did like the selection, I did purchase a warranty and haven't used it yet! read more

Do not buy from here unless you want a never ending headache!!! All of there cars are lemons. Bought a car from here that broke down within days. They don't give you background information on the car and of course the car doesn't come with a warranty and plus you don't get your money back. Please do not waste your money or your time. read more

Extremely RUDE!!! I went to buy a car and was told I didn't "look like I was going to buy" so no I couldn't test drive a car. the salesman are very unprofessional they stand outside smoking cigarettes and talking amongst each other. I have never felt so small in my life after leaving a car dealership. What they didnt take time to gather was that I have cash to purchase the car since mines had been totalled. Guess thats what happens when you go to a second rate car dealership. I'll take my business to BMW and buy a better quality car! read more

I have been searching for a used car for a few months now. I bought a car from Jefferson wholesale and I am very pleased with my purchase. My salesman Al was very helpful and made buying a car very easy. Thanks Al! They had a huge inventory to choose from and very reasonable prices! I will be back the next time I purchase a car. read more

Please don't make the mistake of visiting this lot. They are SHARKS! The cars look like a decent price but trust me they add all kinds of hidden fees. The cars all have high mileage and have sat on the lot so long there was literally cobwebs on the interior. ALSO SINCE THEY DONT TELL PEOPLE WHEN YOU BUY A CAR FROM THEM YOU BUY IT AS IT. SO PLEASE DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE WITHOUT TAKING IT TO A MECHANIC. Today is September 29, 2016 I bought a car Friday September 23, 2016 and when I drove off of the lot 3 hours later my car stop on me. I haven't had the car for 4 days because it's in the shop, and LITERALLY everything is wrong with the car. They refused to switch out the car or give me a refund but said they would fix EVERYTHING that's wrong with the car. Well guess what my repair estimate came up to $2,300 so now they are only fixing 1 of the several problems that I have with the car, that repair cost $500 & now my salesman is dodging me and the mechanic so they don't have to pay to fix it. Also they don't have mechanics on site so the "repairs" they make are dangerous and careless. They put refrigerator coolant and dye inside of my compressor (that has a leak), changed the brake pads and left the brake light dislocated etc. My salesman who is also the general manager specifically sold me this car & told me they're were no problems with it. Freddie Ibieta (My salesman also the general manager) called the owner and told him I would like to speak to him about a refund or swapping out the car. The owner said no and brushed him off the phone. I literally hate this place & just to know that they take advantage of people pisses me off. This is my first car and I was overcharged for this 2001 Cadillac Catera with 98,500. I paid $3,900 but when I first seen the car it was listed as $2,550. Also reading the other reviews the owner is saying to buy a warranty, but guess what the problems with my car aren't covered by the third-party warranty. These people are insane and it's crazy they are still trying to sell shitty cars instead of having some integrity. I myself will probably have to contact a lawyer because I'm tired of getting brushed off. read more

Don't buy a car from these guys. I paid them for a Toyota highlander, they called me the next week and told me they ended up selling to somebody else for more money and that the car was gone, I drove by and seen that they still had the car. And they never sent my money back. It's been one month and I still haven't received my money. The owner KAMAL has horrible business ethics. I called everyday and he never answered my calls. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS RIP OFF DEALER. I've had $7300 stuck with them for a month now and still no money. read more

These guys are great! When I thought all hope was lost with getting a car because I have REALLY bad credit these guys really came through! I bought a car yesterday and I couldn't be happier. I'm glad I bought my car here. I highly recommend them to anyone! read more

First off I would like to say, I never rate, but my experience was awful I brought a car from this lot and it broke down the same day, when I went back, the manager refused to give me a refund, he argued me to get another car instead, well I did, a ford explorer truck and the transmission went out the next day, I went back and the manager still refused to give me a refund even though they sold me 2 bad cars in 2 days, they didn't care, they even told me to get a lawyer knowing that I probably didn't have the money. they were very cocky because they already had their more. People work really hard for their money and too save to buy a car that I am unable to use is very upsetting. They still refused to give my money back just another car that im now having to put money in. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS PLACE RIP YOU OFF. They knew it would take months to go through court and they used it to their advantage. we even had to call the police because the manager was getting too routy. STAYYY AWAY.. EVERY USED CAR ON THAT LOT IS A LEMON!!! * * * read more

Worst cars ever. STRAIGHT LEMONS. And there is a lemon law in Louisiana. I have a dispute with the Attorney General against them WITH MY LAWYER IN PLACE. I BOUGHT A car Was told to come back to fix 2 minor problems. Brought the car back THE NEXT DAY to sit 4 hrs so it won't get fixed. Then I leave got home waiting to go to work that evening and the fuel pump went out. I called they told me to spend my money to tow it over to see if they could fix the problem. CALLED 5 times in 2 weeks to get not response from any one. Leaving messages to be contacted. So 3 days later I finally get a call and the owner talking bad. The things he said would get him knocked off where I'm from. NEVER BUY FROM THIS hole in the wall EVER. THEY ARE STRAIGHT RIP OFFS AND SELLING LEMONS BY THE DOZEN. I WOULDN'T WISH THIS ON MY WORST ENEMY. BUT I'LL WAIT FOR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND MY LAWYER TO GET MORE THREW PAIN AND SUFFERING. LET'S PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS ASAP. read more
