After ACL reconstruction I took advantage of Dana's background in both physical therapy and pilates to help with my recovery. We tailored my sessions to complement the activity I was also doing through a separate physical therapy program. Dana was always patient, helpful and supportive by tailoring our sessions according to my progress. I credit my smooth recovery to the skills I learned while working with Dana. It was great to be able to take several of the skills I learned in the studio back home with me to practice on my own time. Don't hesitate to either sign up for a class or private instruction - your body will thank you! read more

This is the best studio, hands down (both locations). The teachers are simply incredible. I end up in classes with Jen, Sam, Colette, and Shilah a lot but you can't really go wrong. Classes are FUN and have made me come to love movement. Most importantly, the classes and studios are comfortable and not intimidating. Teachers are really great about options that might feel best in your body. All of the variety has kept me going for 4+ years (and I was formerly not someone who exercised). read more

I love this studio! Really warm, wonderful and knowledgable teachers. I've never felt intimidated and I am so much stronger than when I started. I have been attending twice a week for two years - going to stick with this studio even though I'm moving further away. read more

I have been going to Whole Body Pilates faithfully since they opened five years ago. I used to have debilitating back pain but Dana and her crew have made it disappear. Truly, I feel better today than ever before. The studio offers many different kinds of classes at different times of the day. It is easy to schedule and easy to pay. The space is beautiful and clean. The teachers are friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. It is a great place to get in shape and stay in shape. read more

I've been working with Allie in a pilates reformer class for the last 4 weeks and I have felt a noticeable difference in my knee pain (no more weird pulling when I go up stairs). The owner, Dana, who is extensively trained in not only pilates but also physical therapy, recommended a twice weekly regime to work on a routine to balance my other workouts. Sure enough, she knew what she was talking about. Allie is kind and gentle, but knows when to push it so I'm sore (in a good way!) the next day. read more

On 9th and Corona this Pilates studio goes thru instructors like quick sand? I've been coming off and on for several years because it's close, today was truly one of the worst experiences at an exercise class I've ever had! Imagine signing up online being charged for a class and arriving to find its full and they don't know who the hell you are? The manager did return my hysterical call to him/her when I got home did give me my money back and comp the next class, ok so they are cheap, 25 a class compared to similar studios but I wasn't going there because it was cheap it was close! Between the floor always dirty and the staff moving on so have I! read more

So, so, so much to do!! I felt squeamish of the suggestion of going back to a traditional gym, but the equipment here had gifted me the impression that the owner truly cares about her clients. Additionally, I love the anti-competition setting this business keeps. There are no last test takers!! Anyone can pull towards their own workout at their own pace. I love the anti-pressure of the world of relaxing physical fitness. Please, please consider seeing for yourself on the hotness of this cool place. read more

Great place! Sam and Jen are wonderful teachers for beginnings. (I haven't advanced to any intermediate classes yet.) My body is responding so well to the exercise. The vibe is warm, casual, friendly, and accommodating. The teachers really pay attention to any injuries and limitations the students may have, to offer modification, much more so than in any yoga class. The small class size is ideal (usually only four people). The studio is clean and bright. Go to Whole Body Pilates! read more

I love this studio! Have been struggling with hip and SI joint pain for several years, and now both are almost gone. My core is so much stronger and balanced. The teachers are very knowledgeable. I mainly have done equipment classes & privates with Dana, both of which were excellent. And now they've shifted to online and streaming content which is great! Love continuing my workout routine at home. read more

Dana Dreifus is incredibly smart, attentive and knows Pilates. I have been seeing her every time I'm in Denver for the past 4 years (my mom has been seeing her for 5 years) and from the beginning she has been able to see postures and movement that cause me pain and problems. Her work individually and in group classes is targeted and perfectly explained. Her website is user friendly and she is super easy to call/email/communicate with. I would recommend that anyone thinking about Pilates for exercise or physical therapy purposes talk with Dana: she is a professional and time with her is more than worth the investment! read more

Do yourself a favor and go to Whole Body Pilates. I worked with Dana when she worked at another studio. She is the owner of Whole Body Pilates. I left practicing pilates over a year ago and decided I needed to practice regularly again after a recent surgery and being rear ended in a car accident. I knew I wanted to work with Dana again. Working with her today was like I never left. read more

I have been working with Dana off and on for the past couple of years and every time I work with her, I learn something new about the movement of my body. As a massage therapist, I know muscles and movement of muscles very well, but Dana always explains it in a way that makes sense and she always makes me think about what muscles are doing as well. And that makes me better as a massage therapist. She changes your perspective of the way your body moves and , by doing that, she changes your life for the better as well. Because moving without restriction in the body causes less pain and I think we all want that in our lives, right?! So get in with Dana at Whole Body Pilates and let her change your life for the good. read more

I started going to Whole Bodies because it is close to home and I was having some lower back problems. Dana has been working with my husband and me for almost a year and she is amazing. I was clueless about the machines and she has been so kind and encouraging. My husband who has a bad back problem has been doing great and feeling amazing. Everyone at the studio is kind and knowledgeable! I continue to see consistent teachers and receive great care. It is a great neighborhood small business which I love to support! When I started having other hip issues Dana was able to give me some helpful advice and after a break to work with a PT Dana was willing to talk to my PT to help me continue on being very mindful of my particular issues. I can't recommended Dana and Whole Bodies enough it has been amazing!! read more

Love this studio and the instructors. Classes are small so you get lots a personal instruction in a class setting. Work mostly with Heather and she is amazing; thorough and so knowledgable. Occasionally take classes with Amanda who is very conscientious and so kind. Dana has created a fabulous studio that truly focuses on the whole body. read more

I moved to Denver 15 months ago and made it my resolution to find the right place/person to deal with my lower back. I've had a dehydrated disk, L3-4 and 5, for a few years now. I had been in almost chronic pain for almost three full years before I ended in Dana's hands. I joined her studio in July 2014 and have since then taken both private and group classes. Dana worked with me helping to stabilize and strengthen my back. It's been a long process and she saw me frustrated many times! But always encouraged me and I knew I needed to stick with it. I'm now 8 months pregnant, my back is at its best after so many years of chronic pain. Oh! And I'm still at the studio doing prenatal pilates because, guess what? Dana ALSO knows how to do that! read more

Whole Body Pilates has changed my life! I really enjoy the wide-array of classes that are offered and how each teacher is completely unique. I have worked with Christina for a year now, in Ca. But luckily for Co. she has moved to your area. In that year she has taught me more ways to care for myself and my body than anyone else. From nutrition to corrective positioning to working correct muscles in my body for my neck injury. I have lost weight and gained muscle and strength. Christina manages to be a total qualified professional trainer at the same time as being a very caring and friendly young lady. I miss her sooooo much. Christina actually managed to make me look forward to working out, something I never thought would happen to me. :-) read more

I have been going to Whole Body Pilates since it opened. I followed the owner, Dana, there from another studio. Her studio is clean, friendly, professional and has a well trained staff. I have been helped through numerous injuries. I feel like I would not be back to the condition I am in without them. I refer many people there. I am a physician and I refer patients for their various problems. It's a wonderful studio! read more

I have been going to Whole Body studios and working mostly with Marie for over a year. I have gotten so much stronger!!! I used to have chronic upper back pain, and I rarely have that anymore. My body feels amazing and powerful and I love pilate! It gives me a great, very challenging work-out, while keeping my body aligned and feeling restored. I can't recommend Whole Body Pilates enough. read more

Heather is a goddess! I had a back injury that three chiropractors and a massage therapist couldn't help past the end of the day. After a few weeks of Pilates twice a week with Heather, I felt great! There's no trace of pain, and I'm a lot stronger all over, especially my core. I'll do Pilates - with Heather - forever! read more

Whole Body Studios is absolutely incredible. All of the instructors are knowledgable, empowering, and so friendly. The owner, Dana, is one of my new favorite people. She makes you feel so comfortable and welcome that the studio feels like home. The class sizes are small, so you get a lot of individualized attention. I just started working out again for the first time in a LONG time... which can be a bit intimidating. I have felt so loved and comfortable at Whole Body Studios that it has really motivated me to get in great shape and learn more about my body and how to treat it well. I highly recommend that you visit the studio!! read more
