    White pesto grilled cheese
    V U.

Quite possibly the BEST grilled cheese sandwich I've had in a long time if not ever. Their truck came to a local food truck festival and i ended up ordering the White Pesto grilled cheese. It was soooo good I'm still thinking about it days later. Perfect amount and blend of cheeses, perfectly grilled and buttered, perfectly crispy on the outside, and I loved that that used multigrain bread ! It was nice to have a flavor neutral bread that allowed the pesto flavor to really dominate. While it was 10$ for the sandwich, I would consider it well worth the price !! The ladies working were also very sweet and the food was made quickly. I seriously hope to come across them again ! Such a gem !! 12/10 would recommend :)

I came across their food truck at a local event. I Tried a grilled cheese with American cheese, sliced steak and onions for the first time. The sandwich was ridiculously delicious. Worth every penny. Can't wait to come across them again. Highly recommend.

"BBQ pork meets the onion" by far the best thing I've ever put in my mouth. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of an amazing sandwich.

I ordered the Pineapple Express pizza, which included ricotta cheese, jalapeños, pork belly (if I'm not mistaken), ham, and fresh basil on the side. The combination of flavors was absolutely amazing, and it was one of the best specialty pizzas I've had. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and I have absolutely no complaints. This was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be ordering again. They've earned a repeat customer!

The crust had the perfect balance of chew and crispness, with a great flavor that sets it apart from your average pizza shop. Every slice held up well and had just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The wings were another highlight, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The fries arrived hot and crispy, which is always appreciated when ordering delivery. What impressed me most was how quickly everything arrived. The food was fresh, well-packaged, and tasted like it had just come out of the kitchen. If you're looking for great pizza, quality wings, and reliable delivery, Grumpy's is definitely worth a visit. We arrived a little after 9pm. The service of the young server was perfect. He was prompt, polite and attentive to our needs. The food was as good as you can get at a highway diner. We got what we expected and enjoyed it. Desert, however, is another story. D is allergic to anything that contains caffeine. That means no coffee, tea, certain pain medications and NO CHOCOLATE. She asked me to go to the display counter and see what kind of cheesecake there was. There were many different kinds: mango, orange, caramel, banana and more. Unfortunately, this diner's idea of garnishing a desert is with a creme topping loaded with CHOCOLATE STICKS, CHIPS, AND COOKIES! (see attached photo) EVEN THE DESERT LABLED VANILLA CAKE WAS FESTOONED WITH CHOCOLATE HOO-HAH! When I mentioned this to the management, I was told, "Well, we have rice pudding and baklava." No matter how I worded it, he just couldn't seem to comprehend that a good 90+% of his deserts had chocolate which was discriminatory against people who are allergic to chocolate. I even tried to put it in another reality for him. I asked if their baker made anything with peanut or peanut butter. He replied in the affirmative. I asked if they had a special preparation area so that there were safe deserts for a child with a peanut allergy. He didn't seem to understand the premise. So, if you, or your child have ANY food allergies, I strongly suggest that you avoid the Suburban Diner at all costs. We will be doing so in the future.
