    Shoddy work. Oil leaking after my oil change. Discovered it was the filter never tightened…read moreproperly. They also told us that we needed 2 expensive repairs, gave an estimate for same. When we took the car to the dealership for second estimate we were told that we only needed one of those repairs. We've been happy with their work for many years, but the business was sold a while back and this will be our LAST visit.

In the last 6 months I had to have a full brake job (rotors,pads,calipers) done twice because they claimed the brand new calipers they had put on were defective. The caliper ruined the pad and rotor as well. Then they charged me an extra hours labor to "diagnose" what the problem was. Of course it wasn't there fault and they did nothing to help the situation. Then this past week I tell them my car doors panel is coming loose and that I thought the clips were holding it together.. apparently it was something else that they told me about AFTER completing the job without fixing what was wrong. Within days the new clips all break and the door panels falling off again. I call them back and am told by the secretary that she would discuss it with the manager and call me back. No call. I called back later only to find out his answer was no and once again somehow I, the customer, am to blame and they would not refund me the $55 they charged me to put on several door clips and do it the right way. These people are rude and just want your money. I saw another report on here that stated the same thing so I guess that's just how they do there business now. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.. Stay away from this place!

    do not use this dealer ! i have 3 gm vehicle ! i took 2 of my vehicles for oil changes and pa…read moreinspections . one of the vehicle had less than 5000 miles on it a year they did pollution inspection which they should not of done it . i found out last week when i went too pa dmv . hondru charged me for the inspection . they refused too refund me !!! service manger said it was my responsibility to tell him ! when he knew the dmv laws !!! i didn't know about the law ! my other car was inspected said it needed a flex pipe'. too pass inspection ! but had to bring car back in a week or 2 light will be out for pollution test ! i asked for old flex pipe . they told me they don't give old parts back ! i took car home . i drove it up too my neice's in western pa . i went to her mechanic . asked him about light on'. he said he would look at it . found out it wasn't flex pipe it was a purge valve ! i got a letter from general motors saying that the purge valve was a problem in that vehicle and all gm dealers new about problem ! so i was charged for a part that never should of been replaced !!!!!!!!! i went back too chevrolet dealer elizabethtown ! talked too all 3 managers there ! none of they cared !!!!! so goes too show all they want is your money !!! i am talking too gm about this problem dealership !!! i have 3 gm vehicle they will '' never '' get too service !!! do not go to this dealer !!

As for the car, it's the perfect match for what I was looking for. Having the free car fax report for all the cars at R.H. Cooper & Son is clearly something great and rarely seen from other dealers. But the best thing other than the car is that once you visit and talk to the guys at R.H. Cooper & Son and you will no doubt realize they are HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY people who CARE about the customer and go out of the way to do what it takes to make you happy...and sell quality automobiles. (Shout out to Sales Manager Tim! THANKS AGAIN!) R.H. Cooper & Son gets my highest recommendation and I will always look to them first in the future of my car needs.

Nathan would not listen to me and tried to put me in a completely different vehicle. I told him to call me when the vehicle was out of service. I asked questions about the particular vehicle and he did not have the basic knowledge of parts under the hood. He tried to tell me that this vehicle didn't have many versions in AWD, which I knew was false. He assumed since I was a woman that I didn't have adequate knowledge on the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, I loved it, but they were not willing to fix something minor on it. I called another shop and was quoted how much it would cost to fix that particular problem. Nathan was not willing to go down on the price, even though there was an issue with the vehicle. He told me he would talk to the service department again and see if they could fix it. I never got a call back or anything. Horrible service, horrible attitude. What a crook!

    UPDATE, I did manage to get the X2 Customer Service to provide the correct size battery (27M)…read more This issue of not having a 100Ah Li-ion battery in the 27M size was finally corrected with a 125Ah. I had to convince them that the physical size was just as important as the capacity. Batteries Plus tried there best to accommodate me and always listened to my complaints, but they just couldn't get through to the X2 manufacturer. I finally did and they sent me a new battery. I returned the 24M to the store unused. Original post: Just to warn any prospective buyers, I had an issue with an X2 Marine Lithium Battery, size 27M, the warranty replacement was a 24M, same AH rating. They can't comprehend and seem not to care about the physical size difference since the electrical specs are the same and they "no longer" produce a battery in the 27M size, 100 AH. I made my case to " X2 customer service", but they won't provide a size 27M battery. Now, I have to "shim" the battery, or replace two battery trays, since I still have one size 27M battery. So, if you buy a expensive battery from these people, be advised, you may not get the same physical size replacement.
