I had to convince them that the physical size was just as important as the capacity. Batteries Plus tried there best to accommodate me and always listened to my complaints, but they just couldn't get through to the X2 manufacturer. I finally did and they sent me a new battery. I returned the 24M to the store unused. Original post: Just to warn any prospective buyers, I had an issue with an X2 Marine Lithium Battery, size 27M, the warranty replacement was a 24M, same AH rating. They can't comprehend and seem not to care about the physical size difference since the electrical specs are the same and they "no longer" produce a battery in the 27M size, 100 AH. I made my case to " X2 customer service", but they won't provide a size 27M battery. Now, I have to "shim" the battery, or replace two battery trays, since I still have one size 27M battery. So, if you buy a expensive battery from these people, be advised, you may not get the same physical size replacement.

It was late afternoon on a Saturday and I found most of the places I called were either closed, closing soon or the person I was speaking to was not so helpful. Then, I called Stoltzfoos Batteries & Golf Carts where Ben answered the phone. Although it was fifteen minutes before their closing time and we were about twenty minutes away, Ben told us he would stay open for us and he told us not to break our necks getting there -- he would wait. We arrived after their closing time and Ben was there, waiting for us. Ben didn't try to rush us and he made us feel welcome and I felt that he really appreciated our being there. He walked us around his nice store with lots to look at and described everything in detail, justifying the differences in price of each golf cart. We could tell we were dealing with an honest man and we decided this was where we would buy our golf cart. We chose a great-looking, bright red, hot rod E-Z-GO RXV electric golf cart. Ben made our purchase painless and we walked out feeling great about spending our money there. Anything mechanical can break down, and sure enough, after a couple months we had a problem and our golf cart would not move. Of course, it was a Sunday, so just like every other business in this part of Pennsylvania, Stoltzfoos Battery & Golf Carts was closed. We left a message on their phone about the problem and where we had left the golf cart on the side of a campground road. First thing Monday morning, Ben called us and told us he would take care of the problem right away -- I had no doubt he was telling the truth. Tuesday morning, Ben called us to let us know that they had fixed our golf cart Monday evening and they had returned it to our campsite. What they did here goes way beyond what we would expect of the very best customer service. Again, our dealing with Stoltzfoos Batteries & Golf Carts was painless. Today we couldn't get one battery out of the casing (Pride now uses super Velcro to hold the batteries and reduce noice). I brought the whole case in and the guys removed the battery, installed the new ones and did a voltage check. Then carried the whole unit to my car.
