Disclaimer: Has nothing to do with collision/repair. I recently moved to OR from a state that did not require a front license plate and was having a hard time finding someone to put the front plate on. The Toyota dealership would do it, but it involved driving 20 miles, having an appt. "block" from 1:30 to 5, and $40. Curt did it in less than 5 minutes and declined any payment. This is by far the best service I've ever had for car repairs. My cars door randomly stopped opening and they were so kind to look at my car and let me know if they would be able to fix it. Turns out they had to order a part and brought me my car back so that I could have it for the holidays. I've never had a repair service offer to bring me my car to me, which I'm very grateful for seeing as I have two kids and currently pregnant. They got my part in a timely manner and when they were done, again brought me my car! Their customer service is tremendous and I have found them to be very straightforward without trying to upsell me and make me pay more for what I needed. Awesome people. I was in quite the pickle when my car got broken into and my driver's side window was completely smashed in. I called White's Collision and I dropped off my car for service that same morning. Curt met me outside as I was pulling up and was very friendly and sympathetic of my situation. Even though he was obviously slammed with customers due to the recent winter weather he said he'd have my car ready in just a few days. He offered to either tape up my window so I could continue to drive the car or give me a ride back to my house where I had a second car. Since I live so close I just walked back home. I dropped off my car Tuesday morning and my car was ready Thursday afternoon. That was fast! My car window was tinted but instead of doing the tinting job and charging me an extra fee because it would be a second party he just gave me the number of their tinting guy so I could have it done cheaper. That's amazing service! I can't recommend Curt and his team highly enough. You are in great hands with them. read more

This was the easiest experience I have had dealing with an auto body shop. Their text updates were very helpful and the staff are ON THE BALL. They were so polite and kind, treating me like my car was their top priority and explaining the whole process to me. Also, they had my rental car waiting to be swapped out at the time of my drop-off, which is wonderful. When I returned the rental car, I left my garage door opener inside. I realized it at 4:57pm and the manager reopened the shop just to give me my garage door opener.
