By 10:05 with no food, I sent my husband to ask about them. They said they'll go check on it, saying it's probably done but they don't have any food runners. I thought "great so it's been sitting for 15 minutes" anyway this guy comes back and gives us two boxes - wings and a salad? This ain't what we ordered. We got the egg rolls. A few minutes after that, a manager looking woman comes up with a closed box of our food. I open it up, excited to try them. They're soggy, they're cold. They'd definitely been sitting for at least 15 minutes. I try them anyways, I open up the side of consommé. Or so I thought.. I eat one whole egg roll with it but something feels wrong the whole time. I realize that I'm 99% sure this is au jus. I look at the menu again, yep they have a French dip sandwich that get served with au jus. Christ! I was supposed to get consommé and sweet chili and I got freaking au jus?? I told my husband we are not paying for this. He talks to the bartender, they take it off the bill. I was very excited to try this item and left disappointed. Update from my husband - the bartender said there were two orders for the egg rolls at the same time. One normal (ours) and one To Go with au jus and apparently the orders got swapped. Even with that happening, the food should've have come out cold and soggy. I hope no one else has an experience like this, maybe we'll give this place a second try another time.
