I ordered a ride from a driver named Pierrelene who was supposed to be driving a black Altima. I waited and waited for her to arrive and then her locator stated that she was at my address. I tried calling her twice at the number that was listed on the rider contact. She would not answer. The call finally split said "caller restrictions". I texted her and she didn't return my text. I waited for 12minutes beyond the time when she was supposed to arrive and then got a message that my trip was canceled and I was charged a cancelation fee that was damn near 50% of my total ride cost. I texted her again and then got a serious of messages saying they didnt know who I was trying to contact but they weren't Uber. I texted that this was the correct number. Also if it wasnt correct why didnt they text me when I first tried to contact them asking where they were or giving a more precise location? Im so pissed right now. If there was a Lyft in the area, I'd damn sure take them the next go round. F#€K UBER!!
