When they found out I was a full timer they got me right in and was luckily able to adjust the door and get it working correctly. While he was repairing it a part of the keyless door lock came apart so he fixed it and checked the other door lock too. The same part was loose so he took the time to fix it also. I can't say enough good things about RCI XL and their excellent customer service. I still have a couple more issues for them to fix and will be back for them to do those repairs too.
