I was nervous to call this cab company, but it was my only option. I had just grocery shopped for 2…read morehours with 2 carts of food and supplies for weekend guests. I had my twin 6 year olds in tow, too. Got my groceries to the car, it was dead- 95^ outside. I called the cab company and while I was waiting I noticed I also had a flat tire. My driver, Leroy, couldn't have been more helpful! He drove me home and helped me unload the groceries. Then he took me back to my car, jumped it, and put on my spare tire. I ordered a ride from a driver named Pierrelene who was supposed to be driving a black Altima. I waited and waited for her to arrive and then her locator stated that she was at my address. I tried calling her twice at the number that was listed on the rider contact. She would not answer. The call finally split said "caller restrictions". I texted her and she didn't return my text. I waited for 12minutes beyond the time when she was supposed to arrive and then got a message that my trip was canceled and I was charged a cancelation fee that was damn near 50% of my total ride cost. I texted her again and then got a serious of messages saying they didnt know who I was trying to contact but they weren't Uber. I texted that this was the correct number. Also if it wasnt correct why didnt they text me when I first tried to contact them asking where they were or giving a more precise location? Im so pissed right now. If there was a Lyft in the area, I'd damn sure take them the next go round. F#€K UBER!!
