Old nasty cars that look like they're falling apart , also the man that answer the phone is very rude.

They may not disclose their rates but you can't tell me a 5.5 mile ride is 20 dollars. Then he was rude about it. I tried saving some money to eat on so I opted to get out the cab early......The Driver didn't have change of course. He was determined to get all I had. This place should close,it just ripping people off. The driver acted like he was high. And if they wreck you you get nothing , they are Sub Contractors. It's a gamble getting in their cars....with your money and your health. read more

Car was like a homeless person's car. Very unsanitary. Very unprofessional driver. Late to pick me up. They only take cash.

Me and my girlfriend were driving and we had one of the drivers ride our bumper even though we were not only not going slow, but we're slightly over the speed limit. After whipping around us he was weaving in and out of traffic and not even attempting to use his signal. read more

Some times they might not answer and they will have you waiting for 2 answer and if you try to call back they will say no cabs available and then just hang up in your face read more

So tonight I needed a cat for a young man and his girlfriend who seem to be in need of something important. When I called to get the cab, I am rudely greeted with what seems to be a female uneducated speaking Dispatcher! Not only has this happened tonight, I Previously tried using this company twice before... Let me mention it's the same female had spoken with on both occasions. I never got a cab, was ignored every time I tried to call back. I do not recommend this cab company pay the extra and get a Uber or lift! Terminate that lady and hire someone educated in customer service and dispatch! From her attitude I'm assuming the clientele cannot be any better... Imagine the cabdrivers. Be safe out there and never trust this company!!! read more

They have the worse service ever. They never confirm rides. They show up when they want. They don't have a merchant account. If they do show, they don't call you to tell you so they pull off or show up hours after u lost your job for being late. Ive been using this service in Macon. Always available (404)4293712 read more

I have been waiting at the hospital for at least an hour. I called and the guy who answered was very rude. I asked when will the cab be here and he said 2 minutes then hung up in my face. I waited then called again and that's when he was rude saying they were trying to get in touch with me but no one have called. He lied and I have been very patient. Now he's not answering my calls. This is very bad customer service and very bad business. I don't recommend calling the cab from Macon ever! read more

Awful. Simply awful. Two weekends in a row have waited over an hour for a car to come pick me up, after being told it would only take 15 minutes. When I have voiced my frustration to the company, they get mad at ME and act like its my fault. Driver (Mark) was insanely rude, told me to get out and walk if I wanted to (which I almost did). Awful service and they are not held accountable for anything they do. Sadly, not many other options for cabs in Macon. read more

He was late and doesn't accept credit cards. My entire day is behind schedule because car #1 of yellow cab is as lazy and behind the times as the rest of this god awful place called Macon, Georgia. read more

I was nervous to call this cab company, but it was my only option. I had just grocery shopped for 2 hours with 2 carts of food and supplies for weekend guests. I had my twin 6 year olds in tow, too. Got my groceries to the car, it was dead- 95^ outside. I called the cab company and while I was waiting I noticed I also had a flat tire. My driver, Leroy, couldn't have been more helpful! He drove me home and helped me unload the groceries. Then he took me back to my car, jumped it, and put on my spare tire. He is a former mechanic and boy am I glad he had his stuff in his trunk. He made a difficult situation so much better. I am very grateful for his help and I wish him all the best. Thank you, Leroy! read more

The worst. Slower than cold molasses. They don't take credit cards and keep the meter running while going to an ATM. I was only going from Groome to downtown Macon. Not a hard or complicated order! read more

Couldn't agree more with all the bad reviews for this taxi service (service is the wrong word here). Called from Boston to have some groceries delivered to my Mom who fell recently and is housebound. All I asked about was getting some groceries delivered, along with another stop on the way. The guy was so rude! I was simply inquiring, told him I could put the cost on credit card, etc.....he just hung up the phone on me! Too bad Macon doesn't have Uber or other taxi services. This is a real shame. You certainly cannot rely on this company! read more

Terrible customer service. I called a day before to schedule pickup time, they told me to call one hour before pickup time. When I called one hour before they said to called 15 min before and I did. 30 min later I was still waiting. Late. So I called again and they hung up. I'm never using it again. read more

Had to get from Lizella to downtown Macon at 4am and the operator didnt even think any of their drivers would be willing to go out that far but one of them did and she turned into an angel, twice over. Didnt take her long to get to me and she got me where I needed to go quick as she could safely. Then I discovered I'd left my phone in her cab, got in touch with her when she went back in the next night and, not only did she find my phone but brought it out to my house to get it back to me. I dont remember her name but she was car 43 I believe and she was awesome! I dont take a cab very often and of course Uber is far cheaper but that's not the drivers' fault, that's just business. But when there's no uber available and you need to get from point a to point b, I'd call them again and request that angel! read more
