    VERY BAD AND UNRELIABLE SERVICE!!! Here is the background: I booked two tickets for a trip from Atlanta to Chattanooga on 05/24/2023. On the day, the bus was scheduled to depart at 7:15 AM. My group arrived at the designated spot at 6:50 AM, well ahead of the departure time. However, to our surprise, the bus did not show up until 7:40 AM. During this extended waiting period, I had to urgently use the airport restroom. Unfortunately, while I was inside, the bus arrived and, according to my friend who was still waiting at the spot, the driver refused to wait for us and departed, even though I was merely 3 feet away from the bus, and shouting loudly behind that "I am here!". Later, I called the office to express my frustration and seek a resolution. However, the customer service representative refused to offer any form of refund for the inconvenience caused, saying that the management decided that the bus driver arrived on time and is of no obligation to my loss. I have outlined all the problems in this chaotic process below. These can all be checked by the airport surveillance videos, recorded customer service conversations, and the payment records: 1. The bus did not arrive on time, which clearly violates the rules set forth by the company. It is unjustifiable for anyone to retain customers' payment for a service that was not provided as agreed upon. 2. When I contacted the customer service, I was shocked to hear that the bus supposedly arrived on time and thus bore no responsibility for my loss. Again, how could you outright lie when the surveillance footage can clearly prove the bus was late? Additionally, there are airport staff who were witnesses to the entire incident. 3. There payment system is highly questionable. They request tips during the reservation process. Although I had reservations about making an upfront payment without experiencing the quality of their service, I still decided to tip 20% of the bus fare due to my understanding of the demanding nature of the profession from my previous work experiences with many long-haul drivers internationally. However, the quality of service I received fell far below the minimum expectations. At the very least, they should refund me for the tipping portion of my payment. I have to post my experiences here! Avoid this transportation company and save your day!

    Since coming back to Georgia to visit after living here for 20+ years, I discovered most people don't like going to Atlanta Hartsfield to pick you up b/c it's so crazy busy Consequently, I found Groomes Transportation & have used them 4-5 times, to travel from Hartsfield to Macon and/or Warner Robins. The cost is reasonable and the process has been seamless: they're always on time, employ safe & friendly drivers, and get me to my destination in a reasonable amount of time. Hard to believe no other shuttle is in town but it is what it is & I'm happy with their services. Thanks y'all!

    I'm a great believer in public transportation. I'm not a rabid environmentalist, but some things just make practical sense. Riding the Groome saves on gas. Saves the wear and tear on your car. You can get more sleep!!! I should end on the sleep thing alone, since it's that darn important. You can read, do homework (Going to school too?!? Damn. More power to you!) and you don't have to deal with bad weather and stupid drivers. Groome is a commuter's dream and great for out-of-towners like myself who don't want to put the family out picking you up from Atlanta. I've watched Groome grow over the years and every time I travel to Macon, I'm more grateful for it. Oh yeah, tip your driver!

Here is the cancellation policy - How do I cancel my reservation? You must cancel or change your reservation by 11:59pm the day before your travel date. No refunds will be issued. If you need to cancel, you will be issued a credit for use on future travel within the next year. The travel credit is valid for one year from its issue date (the date of the original cancellation). Travel must be rebooked by the expiration date (one year from its issue date). The travel does not need to occur by the expiration date. Credit will not be issued if cancelling after 11:59pm the day before your travel date. Same-day reservations are not eligible for credit if cancelled.

    I used National Parking at a recent stay at the Double Tree in Smyrna right by SunTrust Park. From…read morethe minute I pulled up the guys staffing this valet were nothing but professional and courteous. I parked and retrieved my car at least a dozen times during my stay and every time no matter the valet attendant it was the same great service. When you initially park they ask you for your cell phone number and text you a link. Inside of that link it takes you to their internal site where you can click on retrieving your car. The great thing is it tells you exactly where you line up in retrieval. I will tell you it never took more than 5 minutes usually less to retrieve my car. In most cases I would click on the retrieval button and before I even got downstairs my car was already ready. What I also liked is the fact is each time I was met with "Have a great day", "Welcome back to the Double Tree", " How is your evening going" etc...a true class act.

They use fake reviews to boost their ratings. They have a janky app with pop ups and is confusing and cumbersome to use to delay you from paying. And if you walk away from your car, they will boot it within 1 minute. $75 to remove it. The parking lot attendant is hiding in an unmarked vehicle car waiting. When I called to have the boot removed and told them I paid for parking, they told me I paid at 8:36 and they booted my car before that. I have a text showing that I texted someone I was meeting at 8:37 when I got to the restaurant and a screen shot of maps showing that the restaurant is a 2 min walk from the garage. They had to literally boot my car as soon as I walked out of the garage.
