I recently used this service last minute for a flight I had out of Atlanta. The driver I had for my…read moretrip to Atlanta was great. He was informative on the process, answered all my questions and he was nice. He let us know that he had another stop to make before we got to Atlanta but the drive was so quick I barely realized he stopped. The reason why I am giving this company at 3 star rating when it should get a 4 is because of the driver who picked me up from Atlanta. The driver arrived about 15-20 minutes later than the scheduled pick up time. If there was an issue with why he was late, the passengers should have received a text message or at least received an apology from the driver when he arrived. The driver had the air on high even though it was extremely cold outside. The trip took longer than expected and it was extremely uncomfortable. For the price, $50 there & $50 back, I would think the service would be top notch but it wasn't.
