I use car services across America and rarely am I moved to write a review as most are about the same. Action exceeded my expectations, provided excellent communications from both the office and the chauffeurs. If you are traveling to ATL, I would highly recommend this very professional car services. They tracked my trip and communicated with me that they were aware my flight was delayed eliminating stress for me. I needed a driver for an appointment and after looking around on the internet for a while I decided on Action Limousine based on all their positive reviews both on google, Facebook and the fact that they've been in business a long long time. My driver Debbie was amazing. A total pro. The called me the night before just to verify that she was going to be picking me up. Then as she was on her way I got a text alert that she was on her way. She showed up 10 minutes early which I truly appreciate because nothing is worse than when a driver is late... The suv was super clean and Debbie is such a lovely person and a great driver. She's been with the company for many many years. She even text me the next day to make sure I was okay after my appointment. I booked with Action Limousines a few weeks ahead of time and everything went smoothly for the most part. I was a bit confused by the booking process. There was a statement in the email about needing to acknowledge the reservation, which I didn't notice until weeks later. I reached out to clarify and was told everything was good! Whew lol! I had an early morning trip from Dunwoody to the Atlanta Airport and think the pricing was very fair. Elenie was our driver and she was amazing! She communicated the day prior and also once she arrived for pickup (which was early). The drive to the airport was very pleasant. Best place in Atlanta for a Limo! I was looking for a good place to rent a limo bus for a group of 11 cheerleaders to get a ride from the hotel to the Georgia World Congress Center. I checked out many places on Yelp, and I totally understand how this place has 5 stars. There's great communication with this company. I probably changed the pickup time 3-4 times. Each time I changed it, I was emailed a confirmation with the change. The day before we needed the limo bus, I received an email reminding me of the upcoming event. I also received a call from the driver, Chad Stanley. Super nice guy! The driver showed up early and was there waiting for the girls. They had a blast riding in style while listening to the music on their way to compete. The limo bus was clean, had blue tooth, and lights on the ceiling they could change the color of. Hopefully we get to come back again next year. We will definitely be using them again! Great service and nice vehicles! Everything was easy from start to finish! A work meeting kept me from picking up my mother at the airport. She is older and is not tech savvy, so I was concerned about how the driver would find Mom. Elenie Davis, the driver, was fabulous from start to finish! She spoke with me on the phone when she arrived at the airport, talked to mother and directed her where to go, and they met up with no problem. I've been a bit emotional about the service I ordered from Action Limousines. It was divinely guided... Let me explain. My 21-year-old son lives in Atlanta. His best friend lives in Cape Coral. About 15 hours before Hurricane Ian hit Cape Coral everyone figured out it wasn't headed to Tampa, it was headed for Cape Coral and Ft. Myers. My son called me and begged me to help him find a way to get his friend out. I told him there was no way. The airports were already closed at that point. The outer bands of the hurricane were already dumping tons of wind and rain... there was just no way. Then Action Limousines popped into my head. I had used there service to get to and from the airport a few times. I called... Long story short, they contacted a guy who drives for them named Don. Don is a total badass, ex-military, has a commercial driver's license, etc..... He picked up my son at 8pm. They arrived in Cape Coral at 5:30am. The hurricane made landfall 6 hours later. The video my son shared with me from the adventure was INSANE. Needless to say, we'll never move to Florida! Don was truly a guardian angel. It was nothing short of a rescue mission. I will be FOREVER grateful to Don and Action Limousines. They are the only car service I'll use for as long as I live in Atlanta. Thank you very much, infinity times. Pretty much at the last minute, Mr. P. found Action Limousines online and was able to book us an after-party shuttle. He spoke with a very nice and friendly booking agent. Even though both our pick-up and drop-off points were in out-of-the-way Newton County locations, Action was more than happy to accommodate us. The fact that they don't charge for travel time like several other limo companies was icing on the cake. Our driver, Daryl, arrived timely in the MV1 Stretch Limousine and rolled out the red carpet for the happy couple celebrating 50 years of marriage. He had champagne chilling and festive balloons decorating the back. He was very sweet and professional. He made sure we were comfortable and relaxed and we enjoyed a smooth ride. "The phone in the limo is busted." -- Trading Places (1983) These guys are the utmost professionals and have been taking care of me (and my family) and our limo needs for 18 (wow) years. It's funny to think of using a service so often that it just becomes second nature, but with Action Limo, it has. Book my plane ticket, rent a car, book a hotel, book the Action Limo to take me to and from the airport. Clarence and his drivers are the best - they are prompt, courteous and so pleasant to have on the drive to wherever you might be headed. These guys are always very careful with my bags and even bring them into my house and ask me where to put them. They call me if they even think they might be late picking me up (which they never are) and when I land, I have a voicemail and a text message on my cell letting me know they are waiting in the cell phone lot and let them know when I have my bags (my choice). Look, you can get the whole "stand at the top of the escalator with a sign with my name" treatment if you want, but why? I just want to get home and I'm no delicate flower, I can get my bags off the carousel myself. I would rather have a nice driver meet me at the curb (in a suit) greet me, grab my bag and open the door for me and take care of the rest - white glove service to me. This is what I get with Action. We have been using these guys so long that when my father passed away, all I had to do was call Clarence, tell him what happened and give him my brother's flight info (a red-eye from San Fran) and my brother was taken care of (sign and all) and pampered all the way to our front door and in his bed for a nap by 6am (a mear 12 hours later). That is what I call service. These guys know what they are doing and for me, the price is always right. You get what you pay for with Action - and for me it is worth every penny. read more

I rented action limousines for my birthday wine and dine I'm day. We were picked up in Atlanta and drove it out to Dahlonega, myself and 12 of my closest friends. Miss Pat was a gem. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Booking on the website was easy. Pricing was straight forward. No hidden fees. No BS. Good communication throughout the process. We rented the 15-18 person party bus. It was very nice and clean on the inside. Cool lights, nice Bluetooth enabled sound system, tv (though we didn't turn out on), and a "vertical stabilization pole". Everything you need in a party bus! Our chauffeur, Mark, showed up early to the pick up location and had everything ready when people started to arrive. Mark was awesome and took great care of our group all night. My elderly father needed to go down to the Federal Building in downtown Atlanta. He doesn't drive anymore and I live out of state. We hired Action Limousines to take him. Tammy was extremely understanding to our situation. We scheduled them and on the day of the trip, the driver, Mac arrived a little earlier than expected, which wasn't a problem. It enabled him to drive Dad around downtown a bit to see how the city has changed. He was very professional and caring of my Dad. He chatted amiably with Dad during the trip. He pushed Dad in the wheelchair up to the room in which he needed to be and stayed with him for the entire time. This company was fabulous to work for. The reservation process was super easy, the entire staff was helpful and pleasant. I rented the limo for our son's prom. Our driver Tom was awesome. I took my daughter and grandchildren to an event at the Fox Theater in Atlanta. I wanted a special day and it really was. The long limo pulled in the driveway exactly on time. The grandchildren were excited. My daughter was excited. I was checking off an item on my bucket list so I was excited. The Limo was spotless. We had bottled water which was a good idea since we had children with us (no broken glass). Our chauffeur was Don Grant. I highly recommend him. He was really great with the kids. We pulled up at the Fox and everyone on the sidewalk was excited to see who got out. My 12yr old granddaughters was mistaken for a "Stranger Things" actress which really made her day. When the event was over Don was very timely in picking us up at the curb. The ride was over too soon. BUT the next time I want to feel special I will use Action Limousines again. I rented a stretch Hummer Limo for my girls bachorlette party 2 weeks ago. The customer service agent, who ended up being the limo driver, was very prompt in returning a quote for the service. For a last minute reservation I was happy to have found a company with the fleet to accomodate my request. In addition to the limo, I requested a bottle of champagne and alcohol-free beverages be available for the guests. Pam arrived to the pick up spot on time, and rolled out the red carpet (literally). My girlfriend, who was the bride, looovvveed this!! She was all smiles. Pam was courteous and professional and made the evening a great one. Rolling up to our restaurant and the strip club in a stretch Hummer was alot of fun. The only complaint I have about the "limo" was...the glasses in the back of the limo were dirty. In addition, the champagne wasn't real champagne, and actually tasted awful (more like a super sweet moscato). I requested that she stop at a Package store so that I could get better alcoholic beverages. She obliged, so all was not lost. If I could make one suggestion to the company that would be to clean/aerate the limo to rid it of the "wasted alcohol smell" from previous passengers, and also to provide fresh clean glasses for each client. The interior of the limo was what I expected from the pictures, and easily could fit 16 people. Would I rent from this company again if I were in the area....absolutely! On September 6, 2014, I rented a limo from your company for my daughter's 8th birthday. When I called to make the reservations, I spoke with Tammy who made me so excited because she was very enthusiastic and very informative. She informed me of the special you guys run- if you rent for 3 hours, you get the 4th hour free; she told me about the red carpet you guys could lay out; she even gave suggestions as to what we could possibly do with seven 8 year old girls. She suggested the Tuxedo Limo because it was nicer and probably more fitting for girls. I was really excited and felt like my plans had finally come together! When I called to give the payment information, I was then informed by Brandy that the 4th hour special did not apply because it was a Saturday event. I was disappointed but went ahead with the reservation and just adjusted my plans. On September 6th, when the limo arrived, it was not the Tuxedo limo I expected but the all black one. I immediately asked about the Tuxedo limo and the limo driver (Nika) explained that when she arrived to pick up the Tuxedo limo, the air did not work so we had to get the black one. Again, disappointed. The inside of the limo was also less than luxury. It was dusty and you could tell that the fleet was dated. For little girls, this would be an oversight, but for an adult...a paying adult...this was unacceptable! I paid for luxury, therefore, I expected luxury. Again, disappointed. When the girls got in the limo, it was hot. We asked Nika to turn up the air and she said that it was on and it needed time to cool the back. This made no sense seeing as though she had just arrived at my house and why wouldn't you have the limo cooling when picking up a customer. Again, disappointed. Nika was very nice and she really tried to accommodate us and was very professional. After the 1st stop, we again loaded up in an even HOTTER car! So much so that it felt better with the windows down on a 98 degree day! AND, the radio stopped working! So here we are, seven little girls, sweating and having to listen to music through a window from the front of the car! Totally unacceptable! Needless to say, the air never came back on, the radio never came back on and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had! I cannot believe that this company would allow for their fleet to be in this condition and be available for rent. They turned what was supposed to be a luxury experience into one that was far less! And put their employees in a position where they remain professional knowing that the service is a MESS! I will NEVER rent from Action again! read more

Driver showed up in my driveway 10 minutes earlier, which is excellent because I like when everything is on time and he was very entertaining on our way to the airport! Used their limo service for teen ride around town birthday celebration, reserved a town car. The ride had a slightly shaky start but Tammy (I belive the owner) immediately corrected the issue on the spot when I contacted her during the ride (even at 8pm!!!). She went over and beyond to ensure that the service was impeccable and that kids had the best time ever. This is the kind of customer customer service you can only hope you get when dealing with a business and we certainly experienced that excellency. The party was a huge success with the kids as they felt like celebrities when the red carpet got rolled out (imagine 10 teen girls screaming when they saw it)!!! My 17-year-old needed a ride to the airport from his boarding school. The car was on time and the driver was very professional. My son was impressed with the tuxedo! A few days later when my son was going to be picked up by Action Limos when he landed, his flight was stuck on the tarmac and had been delayed several hours. Nancy, his driver, called me to let me know the status of the flight before it even showed up on my app! she kept in touch with me to give me updates.
