I planned a surprise dinner for my husband and thought at the last minute that it would be nice to have someone to pick us up and take us to dinner. I searched on yelp and noticed that Atlanta One Limo had a lot of positive reviews, which is a plus for me. I went to their website to get a quote Friday night. Saturday morning I seen the quote and called. Being that I decided at the last minute, which was the day of the dinner, I wasn't sure that it would work out. To my surprise, the guy over the phone let me know that the service and vehicle I requested ( Cadillac Escalade ) were available. I was super excited! I'm very funny about other people driving, so I called back and ask if our driver was a very safe driver. He said that he assure me that he's a very safe driver because it was his boss, Raja. Raja called me 15 minutes before pick up time to let me know that he was outside whenever we were to leave. I sent my husband out to get in the car first. I knew that if my husband felt uneasy, he would text me before I came out. Didn't get a text, so that was a thumbs up. When I went outside towards the car, Raja got out to greet me and open my door. He was very well dressed and the vehicle was very clean. Another thumbs up! On the way to the restaurant we talked a bit which also made us feel comfortable and most of all the ride there and back was nice. Recently I traded my longtime SUV ownership to a 4-door sedan, but we didn't give up our ski vacations and all the winter gear required. I found Atlanta One Limo on Yelp and talked with Raja about picking us up in Kennesaw, delivering us to Hartsfield Airport, and then the return a week later. We had 4 adults and 9 pieces of luggage, that included 3 sets of skis and boots. Raja confirmed the reservation via email, and his Suburban showed up on time, at 6:45 am, to get us on our way. When we returned to Atlanta, he had tracked our flight and was waiting at the lower pickup area, with a sign, with my name, hanging from the mirror...right on time...even calling me while we were waiting for our luggage to let me know he was there and waiting! During both rides, Raja was personable, and extremely friendly. His vehicle was pristine - very clean and comfortable and he provided us with refreshments. His professionalism is highly commendable! He has a vision, a drive (no pun intended), and determination to be the best limo service in Atlanta. With his demeanor and attitude I know he will be very successful. We know a lot of people who utilize these services and we will highly recommend Raja to them. Absolutely hands down the best possible experience! If 10 stars were a rating, they earned it. I booked a stretch limo for my daughter's 16th birthday celebration and the process from start to finish was like finding a diamond in the rough. The reservation process was seamless and within an hour I had an email confirmation with all of the details. On our event date, the limo arrived early and looked amazing. It was very clean and presentation was great, both inside and outside of the limo. The girls were able to connect their music to the bluetooth device and enjoyed the trip to dinner and back in their own personal style. Raja, our driver, was very professionally dressed, extremely polite and courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Raja was very professional, polite and personable. I used them for my Mom and I to go to and from the airport for our flight to Dallas. The vehicle we were driven in was new, clean and elegant. Atlanta One Limo is super amazing. Raja is very professional and goes out of his way to deliver an extraordinary experience. I actually booked Atlanta One Limo but then cancelled because I thought a friend was going to give me a ride. Raja was extremely nice about it and was like no problem. I was shocked at how nice he was about it. Then at the last minute I needed a ride and Raja was like sure we can help. He came early and even offered me tea but I declined but accepted the water. Contacted AtlantaOneLimo on New Year's Eve and received a response within minutes. Arranged transportation for the next week from the Atlanta airport to our hotel for a party of 5 plus luggage. Our flight was cancelled and I was surprised to get an immediate phone call from our driver Raja who knew our flight had been cancelled and quickly committed to a new pickup time later in the evening when the city was in the middle of freezing rain and snow.
