Airport Star Shuttle is a great service around the metro Atlanta area. They have helped me and my family members get to and from the airport and other destinations for 5 years now. JD is willing to assist in any way to help us with luggage, side trips, and other ways in their clean, comfortable vehicles. I totally recommend them! read more

I have used this service several times. They are reliable and the cost is reasonable. The staff was great. I would definitely recommend their services without hesitation read more

Absolutely the best shuttle service I've ever taken. JD was quick with his emails whenever I had a question. My friend and I both had delayed flights recently coming in from the Midwest and our driver patiently waited for us and even came into the airport to retrieve us when we couldn't figure out where to meet him. On our way back home we used JD and we had him personally. We were running a few minutes behind and he was very patient. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are a woman - we felt very safe and comfortable! read more

Reliable, friendly, reasonably priced. JD is responsive, helpful and easy to work with. Vehicles always clean and in good condition. Highly Recommend! read more

FANTASTIC experience. I want an excuse to travel to Atlanta again just so I can support this business. I was traveling with an infant and it is surprisingly difficult to find taxi services that can provide a car seat. I made arrangements via text with JD a few days in advance and he came with a car seat for the trip. JD was proactive in making sure I got to the airport in time for my flight and was ready and waiting for me ahead of schedule. Thank you, JD! read more

Stop on the way to allow me to use restroom and grab snacks. So accommodating! Highly recommend!!!

This review is only for JD's communication and professionalism as my group needed to cancel our trip to Atlanta before our scheduled service date could take place. JD was extremely communicative by email/text/phone during the booking process. He answered all questions in an efficient and helpful manner. I asked to pre-pay, then upon our unexpected travel cancellation JD kindly issued a full refund. I will absolutely book with JD again for any future shuttle needs in Atlanta. read more

We recently hired JD to take 9 of us to and from the airport. The service was absolutely fabulous! JD was on time and was extremely professional. The van was clean and really nice. JD is a very kind person and was very responsive to questions that I had. I highly recommend this shuttle service!! read more

Play service on time, friendly drivers. Although price is a little high. Not sure if I would use again because of the price.

Best decision I made. A no hassle on time bus ride to and from the airport. Comfortable and great customer service.

I highly recommend them! It was so simple to set up a reservation. I actually did it through Yelp and he responded very quickly. He would update me and clarify my time. Very clean, drives safely, friendly, and offered us water bottles on the ride. We used him to and from the airport to avoid public transportation. Very pleased. read more

5 STAR Service for sure! Airport Star AShuttle provides excellent response and service. our most recent experience was a %;30 AM pickup in Smurna for the airport, 6 adults with luggage for 2 weeks. JD was on time, plenty of room for our bags and no crowding for us. Service was the same on our retune trip, easy to meet JD and comfortable ride home. We will defiantly use Airport Star Shuttle for our next travel opportunity and and will tell o]all our friends as well. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!! read more

I have used JD many times over the years and he is ALWAYS on time and ALWAYS in a good mood and super helpful. He recently dropped off my elderly parents at the airport because I was out of town and he texted me to let me know they arrived safely! Here is a business that actually cares. read more

I am SO glad I found Javed and his team. I produced an event in south western Georgia and I needed to get attendees to and from the venue from the airport and downtown. Javed was flexible with pickup locations, perfectly on time, and I felt so at ease knowing we had this service. Also the fleet was super high quality and comfortable! I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Thank you Javed!! read more

Airport Star Shuttle definitely earns a five star rating - we've used them as our shuttle service for my employer for over a year now and they have performed excellently. They ferry candidates coming in for interviews, employees and visitors between the airport and our offices and have never let us down... - customer service: excellent - billing: accurate and flexible (individual pay or can set up a corporate account) - timeliness: always on time and usually a few minutes early - reliability: top notch - guest experience: friendly and helpful I've worked with other transportation services before but Airport Star Shuttle has been consistently great. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing transportation services. read more

I have to fly for business a lot so I have taken many different shuttle services. But riding with airport star shuttle was the best choice I've made in choosing a shuttle service to ride to/from the airport. The drivers are friendly, their vehicles are clean, and they genuinely care about giving you the best service possible. They quickly respond to my reservation emails, and their operator is a very friendly and understanding person. I will always use and recommend this service to my friends&family! read more

I highly recommend Airport Star Shuttle. It was very hard finding a shuttle service from Atlanta airport to the hotel until I found Airport Star Shuttle! JD was so helpful, courteous, and always on time. The driver was in communication on the pick up from and to the airport. On the way back to the airport, there were several other people that asked if they could join in on the ride back and JD had no issues with that. Very awesome shuttle service! I would definitely use them again when I'm in the Atlanta area! read more

I booked this shuttle from my hotel in downtown Atlanta to the airport through Yelp. The owner responded in a timely way and offered a very reasonable price. They picked me up where I asked them to, although it was a little bit late (I called their office and we worked it out). The shuttle was clean and comfortable and the driver was super nice. read more

JD made our trip to Atlanta much easier. We were 9 people including 2 women in their 90's with their cumbersome walkers. He was so kind to us all, and very accommodating. He brought a step stool for them to use for easier access. The people pushing the wheelchairs at the airport took us to the wrong door twice, but JD came to meet us in a special area so we didn't have to drag everyone and the luggage to a third place. What a relief. He was early for both pickup and delivery. Thank you JD. read more

Have nothing but great things to say about Airport Star Shuttle. Each time my driver arrived early and got me to and from the airport safely. read more

Airport Star Shuttle is the only transport I will use to/from ATL airport and Covington, GA. The owner's daughter picked me up last time, and we had the best conversation. What a pleasant, smart and ambitious young lady. I am now, and will remain a repeat customer of Airport Star Shuttle. They are the most dependable and cost effective transport for longer distances outside of Atlanta. I highly recommend them! read more

I travel to Atlanta every year for Dragon Con every year and have been relying on shuttle services since 2005. I needed to find a reliable shuttle service from the airport to the downtown Hilton after a horrible experience with another shuttle last year (2016). I found Airport Star Shuttle when I did a search, and after reading the Yelp reviews, I decided to give them a try. Boy, was I glad I did! Once I initiated the communication through Yelp, Javed immediately e-mailed me and walked me through the reservation process. We then switched to texts, and he kept me updated by sending me text reminders of my itinerary. My flight arrived earlier than expected in Atlanta, so I texted Javed to let him know. He was at the shuttle pick-up area within five minutes of my text. Javed was courteous and offered my friend and me a water or a soda. The van was clean, and Javed got us safely to our hotel in record time! We paid for a round-trip ticket for our return on Monday, Labor Day. The reservation was for 10:30 a.m., and at EXACTLY 10:30, our van drove up to the Hilton. Mr. Washington was our driver, and he was as equally courteous as Javed. Mr. Washington provided a step stool into and out of the van. My friend and I expect to travel to Dragon Con again next year. You can rest assured that we'll be using Airport Star Shuttle for that trip. read more

I just used this service last week when I flew in to Atlanta for a conference. This service is amazing. I had a late flight. Javed picked me up on time, offered me a bottled water, loaded my luggage, and we were on our way. The van was clean and comfortable. I was so impressed with the service that I asked him to pick me up at the end of my conference. Again, he arrived on time, offered me water, loaded my luggage, and we had a quick ride to the airport. Javed's dedication to customer service is clear. He cares for his customers and wants to provide an excellent shuttle experience. I will be using this service every time I fly into Atlanta. Well done, Airport Star Shuttle. You have a new loyal customer. read more

I flew into Atlanta airport for a Family Reunion. At the time of my trip, I was handicapped due to a foot surgery 2 months prior. I was travelling alone and I wouldn't recommend traveling by yourself when you are handicap. It's very hard! I arrived to JD's shuttle via wheelchair services. He had to help me into his van. True Gentleman! We got to discussing the pick up for my return trip. He had scheduled one of his employees to pick me up two days later to return me to the airport. Due to my handicap and needing wheelchair access, instead of dropping me off where the shuttles usually do, we planned for curbside drop off for curbside check in. Usually they do not do that, but he was willing to make an exception and help me. On Sunday, when I was to be picked, I was pleasantly surprised. JD came to pick me up himself instead of sending one of his employees. He told me he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I truly appreciated him caring for my wellbeing. Prior to being picked up, I had found out that United Airlines does not have curbside check in. I had contacted the airport and after speaking to multiple people was told to get dropped off at the Southwest Airlines Curbside check in and ask them to take me to United, which was literally the next door over. I explained all of this to JD. When we pulled up to the airport, JD made sure we were as close to the curbside and door as possible. He spoke to the Southwest Airlines Wheelchair Services attendants and explained the situation. Unfortunately, they refused to help me. I explained to them what I was told, but they still would not help me. I had no idea what to do! I was by myself with my luggage, unable to carry anything without assistance. I was very upset at this point. There was a police officer right behind JD's Shuttle. He went up to him, explained the situation again, that I was alone and Southwest was refusing to help me get inside, would the officer not ticket him while he went inside and got a wheelchair attendant from United. The officer kindly said yes. JD took my luggage and went inside to find me some help. He didn't have to do any of this. He could have left me at the curb and said your on your own, sorry I can't help. His graciousness and willing to help absolutely overwhelmed me. I was so very thankful for him. If and when we travel to Atlanta again, I will always use his service. I strongly recommend anyone that wants great customer service to use Airport Star Shuttle. Thank you JD for your assistance, I can never repay all that you did for me. I hardly ever write reviews, good or bad. However, I had to make an exception this time because Airport Star Shuttle and JD are simply amazing. read more

Although I called them several times before arrival, no one showed up. I waited there for 45 minutes and then finally took another shuttle service. I was thinking that maybe there was a miscommunication, but after a week, still no one wrote to me apologising or explaining the issue. So, very disappointed. read more
