What an Experience my daughters and I had when traveling to Atlanta for the weekend. We rented a Mercedes Metris from Don Leon Luxury Transportation. Don consistently checked in with us before picking us up at our hotel. He was early and the vehicle was nice and clean. Before the concert was done, I received a message from him to let us know where he was. Once exiting the stadium we weren't too sure where he was and as I'm on the phone with him he walked to us and walked us back to the vehicle, because you cannot get but so close to the stadium. He then dropped us back at our hotel. Although we stayed close to the Mercedes-Benz stadium, hiring Don Leon Luxury Transportation made our concert experience stress-free because we did not have to worry about parking, walking or dealing with the Atlanta gridlock. Thank-you so much for your professionalism and exceptional customer service! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would! The van was super clean, luxurious, and comfortable. Normally, I prefer to drive myself everywhere because I don't trust other people's driving, but I didn't want to leave my car at the airport or at MARTA. TJ drove me both ways, and I felt both safe and welcomed. Chatting with her helped the time pass quickly. My return flight got in early, and baggage claim went faster than I expected, so I was ready to be picked up about 40 minutes earlier than scheduled. I expected to have to wait until my scheduled time, and that would have been ok, but she was there to pick me up in no time flat after I messaged via the app. Thank you for the great service! My BFF may have to travel for work in the next few weeks, and I've already recommended this service to her. read more

Don provided last-minute transportation from Cumming to Hartsfield-Jackson airport. Everything was first-class. Scheduling was one quick phone call, and answered immediately. Invoicing and bill payment was done through Wix, and the price was exactly what was posted on the site. He texted nearly an hour ahead of the pick-up time to note he was in the area and happy to arrive whenever we were ready -- no rush. It is a nice vehicle with a movie playing during the ride. Delivered right to the airport drop-off point ahead of time! Don even kept a family member 1,000 miles away up-to-date on their status as this was someone fleeing a bad situation. You'd be crazy to consider anyone else in the Atlanta area. read more

A true test of a company is how they handle mistakes. We scheduled car service for an extremely busy event at the Mercedes Benz Stadium and the driver was late to take us to the event. TJ called to personally apologize, refunded the fare, and sent a car to handle the return trip an hour early. This company values the client and owns their mistake with no excuses. Great job! read more

Donald was the ultimate professional, the van arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule as he promised! The van had plenty of room for five adults, two small dogs, and lots of luggage. We'll happily reserve him for our return and any future trips! read more
