The pick up from the airport seemed seamless. They called him once his plane landed and told him where to meet them. We also received a confirmation email and text with the drivers name and phone shortly before the pick up. I think day before. The ride home was a bit of a challenge. The few times I tried calling Cloud no one actually answered. I left a voicemail and they called back within 30 min of each call but sometimes you have an emergency and need an answer now. We did not receive a confirmation text or email on the pick up ride to the airport and my boss was calling me 5 after to ask where they were. I called the drivers number from the other day and the line for Cloud and no answer on either. Luckily, they showed up shortly after and found my boss but I was kind of in the dark for awhile until after they dropped him off and called me back. A bit better communication would be nice/expected for an executive service. The pricing seemed decent for the area and when I did get to talk to people they were very friendly.

My company decided to order a car service for me to the airport from Cooper Global Chauffeured Transportation. I was picked up at the entrance of my company and whisked away in a Lincoln Towncar MKT. The driver was courteous, kind, helpful (helped me put my heavy bags in the vehicle), and also funny. The long trip through traffic was eased because of how comfortable and luxurious the car was, as well as the drivers pleasant conversation. Once we got to the airport, the driver got my bags out of the vehicle and off I went on my flights back home. Great experience! I wish I could ride in style like this all the time!

I've organized group travel since…read more2002 and have been a loyal Cooper Global (CG) client since 2017/18, spending approx. $40-$50k yearly with GC so I've had my fair share of drivers, and thankfully NONE like this one! For years, we've entrusted CG for countless group trips, which makes this review especially hard to write. Luckily, we've had positive or at least decent drivers for the vast majority of our CG trips (and other bus companies' drivers), but, by far this was the absolute WORST driver experience in my 24 yrs of conducting bus trips. I recently led an out of state 3-day trip with 49 passengers (mostly minors) and had the misfortunate of being assigned MK. From start to finish, she was hostile, dismissive, had negative/toxic attitude/energy towards me and others on the trip. The worst part was that towards the end of the trip, her actions spiraled down into very hostile words towards me in front of my child, which I had to escalate to authorities. Basic communication was met with aggression, rude responses, silence, or visible annoyance. As the trip progressed, the environment became increasingly hostile to the point that others (including myself) were hesitant to say anything to her due to fear of provoking angry outbursts or a bad disposition. It was constant drama with this driver, including (but not limited to): A very abrasive intro before starting the trip that included her telling the group to avoid their natural bodily functions when using the bus restroom (that she flat out refused to dump the entire 3 days which resulted in an unbearable odor in the bus). Refueled the bus with folks on onboard. Repeatedly vaped in and around the bus, including near fuel pumps and around minors. Purposely blocked the wet bus aisle with her large bag, creating a tripping hazard, then showed terrifying behavior when a staff member kindly asked her to move the bag, which she angrily snatched off the floor and hurriedly slammed it down hard on the dash top in an intimidating manner. Failed to properly clean the bus despite claims otherwise. Provided untruths to GC about her hotel room, thus it impacted my ability to supervise the minors on the trip because I had to spend an exorbitant amount of time speaking with GC reps instead of dining with my group. Failed to follow the printed itinerary, causing my group to miss a significant portion of an important event they waited months to attend. She became hostile towards me simply because I wouldn't exit the bus (I paid $6k for) while my group partook in a college tour. I've done this same trip many times over and typically, I'd always stay on the bus to finish my admin work with absolutely no problem from drivers, but she was highly offended that I wouldn't yield to her demand to get off the bus because she stated, she needed a break from us. Because I refused to exit, she became hostile towards me (in front of my child) while I remained seated on the bus. Her very aggressive interaction escalated to the point that I genuinely feared for my/our life, and our safety thus it was escalated to authorities. No customer should ever be subjected to such unprovoked hostility, aggression, unprofessionalism or be made to feel mentally, emotionally & physically unsafe for paid services. I contacted the GC president about the egregious situation since reg managers were unresponsive. To his credit, he acknowledged the seriousness of the situation but also shared that due to her being a contract driver, he was limited. Thankfully, he did provide an agreeable resolution to resolve the matter. Based on the egregious experience with that driver, I'd vet drivers beforehand and read driver reviews cuz the driver can create heaven or hell. Since she contracts with other bus companies, be aware! There are too many good drivers out there to be stuck with this one! No one should have to be subjected to such an appalling experience let alone pay for it! Consider this as your "buyer beware" warning.
