I was very impressed with the level of professionalism. Maria, the owner was very responsive to my questions. They sent me a quote right away and I booked with them the next day. Their prices are fantastic! I ordered an executive sedan for my husband's birthday. His chauffeur was Frederic, he was very professional, courteous, and arrived promptly to pick my husband up and take him to work. The car was new and spotless! I really appreciated and LOVED receiving "play-by-play" emails that notified me when the driver left, when he arrived, when he dropped off my husband at work, etc. It's so great to get these types of notifications. I highly recommend Empress Elite Limousine, and will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you to Maria and Frederic for making my husband's birthday such a fun and a positive experience! read more

The customer service was so rude and sassy. I called the ask about a reservation and they spoke to me like I was an idiot.

I highly recommend Empress Elite Limousine. My wife and I have used them multiple times, and each time was outstanding. Every driver we had was courteous and professional. The cars are immaculate. Maria was fantastic to work with. Great Company!!!! read more

I definitely recommend this Limo company. Everything from the beginning was extremely easy and I really appreciated the feature where you got an email confirmation letting you know the driver is on the way to your home. I will definitely be using them every time I come to ATL. Both the owner and the driver were friendly but most importantly professional. read more

Maria was an absolute angel! Impeccably clean vehicle, on time and a great person to talk to. Highly recommend!

I'm OBSESSED with Empress Elite Limousine! Like, now I have to budget an extra $100 every time I fly so I can have them pick me up at the airport and take me home. HA. No more Lyft for me! #princess I've used them 4 times so far, and every time has been phenomenal. Every single person I've interacted with - from phone staff to drivers - has been incredibly professional and friendly. Their rates are reasonable, their vehicles are immaculate, and their drivers are top-notch! I can't imagine using anyone but Empress ever again! read more

The ABSOLUTE BEST limousine service we have ever used!! Always professional and on time or early!! :) The drivers are so professional, friendly and helpful!! They keep track of our flights and know exactly when to be at the airport. We've also used Empress for the SEC championship at mercedes stadium and several concerts- using the sprinter van, which is SOO gorgeous!! Maria, the owner, is amazing and even surprised us with a card and champagne when we recently got married!! WOW :) read more

What can I say more than Empress Limo is a real Class Act. Maria really knows how to treat her customers to an Elite experience. The Limo is spik-and-span clean, water is provided free of charge and she is always on-time. I wouldn't use anyone else ever for my limo needs! read more

I got the white stretch excursion for my best friend's bachelorette party. The price was competitive and fair and they gave me a flat fee including taxes, tip, everything(no hidden costs). The driver was awesome and on time. The limo was very nice, classy, and clean. Maria was so nice and great to work with. Even the contract was very straightforward. Me plus 12 ladies had a fantastic time and I will call them in the future if I ever need a limo again. read more

I highly recommend Empress Elite Limousine. I have primarily used them for airport drop off and pick up, but also a wine tour through North GA. The drivers have been the absolute best. Always early, friendly, clean cars, etc. I feel safe riding with them which is also a big deal to me. If you are looking for a limo service, do yourself a favor and do business with Maria at Empress Elite Limousine! read more

Please DO NOT use this company!!! I never write reviews, but wanted to warn people when dealing with Maria at Empress Elite that you make sure you understand what you are agreeing to. I told her I needed a driver for 5 hours and she quoted me for 6, but did not explain clearly after 2 different conversations that was only for 4 hours drive time and 2 hours just for the driver to get there and back. So what I thought was going to be $2,100.00 ended up being $2,850.00. When I asked her about the extra $750.00 charge and explanation she became extremely defensive. Instead of handling the situation with customer service and understanding she went directly into I'm right and your wrong and all my conversations are recorded. Her quotes are extremely misleading and be prepared to pay more than what she quotes you. I would be very careful to use this company. In my recommendation I would look else where. read more

Maria was very accommodating to our needs and extremely helpful. She made our wedding departure very memorable and stress free. Our driver Christopher was great and dropped us at the airport an escalator ride away from the check in counter. Awesome experience. read more

Extremely happy with the service that Empress Limo provides. Very pleasant on the phone. I gave them VERY short notice on a need for an SUV and she made it happen. Pleasant, polite driver, arrived early..couldn't ask for better service. So grateful to have a local service that is so professional and supercedes expectations! read more

I have started using this service since I had my baby last year - kids need so much "stuff"!!! They are easy to book, and very friendly. It's so nice to have someone drop you at the door rather than dealing with a parking bus. I have had a different driver for every trip. So far, they have all been very nice. The most recent driver asked me to load my own bags since they were heavy, that surprised me a little bit, but I think she was a little newer. I will continue to use them going forward. read more

Highly recommend and would absolutely use Empress Limo again. Based on the glowing Yelp reviews, I used Empress for my husband's 40th birthday and I'm so glad I did. As others have mentioned, the price was competitive and included all fees (taxes, tips, etc) with no hidden costs and unlimited stops. Our driver was fantastic, professional, on time and a really nice guy. We went with the stretch SUV and it turned out to be perfect for the 10 of us although it can hold up to 16 people (or maybe it's 14). I was originally planning on the regular stretch limo, which can hold up to 10 adults and I'm so glad I reserved the bigger car since we had some big men. We would have been very crowded otherwise. The car was clean and stocked with clean glassware and water. Highly, highly recommend. read more

I highly recommend Empress limousine. I used them for my sister's wedding in Atlanta. I did not really know where to start since I don't live in Atlanta. I called a few places and everybody wanted at least 5 hour minimum. Maria offered me the best rate, let us rent for 3 hours only, and was there early with a bottle of champagne for my sister and her husband in a beautiful limo! She was very friendly and courteous. Don't bother calling others. These guys are great! read more

The positive: Car was on time, clean, and driver was neat. Although he drove very slowly which ate into our scheduled time, he otherwise was a good driver. The negative: I paid more than the quoted price. When I reserved they quoted one price but when they confirmed by email, on the date of the reservation (when it was too late to find an alternative) they quoted another. The difference was only $40 so I was not too ticked off. But get a written confirmation of what they say right away. I asked for one the day of the reservation but it was not sent. I had to ask again the morning of the event and that is when it was sent. read more

I have used Empress Elite every week for over a year for business travel to and from the Atlanta airport. The drivers are always on time (and almost always early) and always waiting at the airport. The cars are always clean and comfortable. Maria and her team have always been polite, courteous, and flexible with the ever changing flight schedules and delays. On the rare occasion they cannot cover a last minute request, she is able to arrange another car service to assist. I have no doubt the level of service transfers into the pleasure limo rentals. Support this local business! read more

I was looking for a limo service for my daughter's 14 birthday. Maria was very helpful and went over everything thoroughly, which I can appreciate. Prior to my reservation i was sent information about our driver, including picture. Everything went smoothly and as expected. Our driver Jonathan was prompt, professional, and a delight to speak with. My daughter and friends were so happy! I will definitely do business again with Empress Elite Limousine. read more

Maria is a perfect guid for all Atlanta! Not only did she take care of all the logistics in a perfect way. She hooked us up with the best restaurant, cigar lounge and got us VIP entrance into an awesome club. I have used quite a few limo services. Empress is very competitive in pricing and quick to respond to quote requests.

I have used this service several times to pick up people from airport. I have also used them for business meetings. Very impressive.

Below average and over priced. I don't understand the other reviews. My experience was totally second rate, and I won't be using this car service again. I really wonder if the other reviewers have used premium car services in the past, or whether they sub contracted my trip to another company. I use car services 2-3 times a week, and this one is below average for Atlanta. What I liked: 1) The customer service was very good. Maria is very responsive, and I was able to set up the appointment largely with email exchange was great. She also answers the phone quickly and seems quite professional. What I did not like: 1) Old run down car. The car sent by Empress Elite Limousine looked like it is 7-8 years old. It was one of the previous generation town cars, short wheel base, grimy run down interior, strong chemical air freshener, the bodywork was dented. Also the window tint was messed up distorting the view out of the left rear window. It was a lot like what you expect a taxi company to use. 2) Driver was late. I was waiting curbside for the driver for almost 10 minutes while Maria scrambled to locate him. 3) No bottle of water. 4) Premium price. The fare charged by Empress was $21 higher than the company I normally use which uses new Lincoln Towncar and Cadillac DTS models which they replace every 2-3 years., provides free water and is on time. I only gave these guys a chance because the other guys were busy and wanted to send a sub. I don't mind paying a premium, but when you get an inferior service for a higher price, that is not acceptable. The Owner attempted to contact me after my review to convince me to change the review. Further, the owner is mis perceiving the issue as being about price. I don't care about the price - I would gladly pay even more than she charged. The issue is that they provided a low quality car. I expect a car service to provide a vehicle that is not dented, that does not smell of chemical air freshener, and that is not old and worn. read more

I have used Empress Elite several times now and I fully recommend this company to anyone looking for a limo service in the Atlanta area. The drivers were always on time, one time we were about 30 minutes behind schedule but the driver was totally understanding. The vehicles are very nice and spacious. I would ask for Donald, he is our favorite driver! read more

I travel for business very often and.also coordinate big groups for our VIPs on a weekly basis, big task when you are responsible for the entire Logistics. Working with Maria has made this process extremely easy. The reservation system is great , it provides notifications and updates on the trips, the chauffeur's are very professional and the vehicles are top notch. Maria takes a lot of stress out of my hands when it comes to coordinate any of our transportation needs. read more

RUDE ! ! ! This message is for the owner Maria, you have my wife and I waste Sunday afternoon to come view your limousine for nothing. I call you today to comfirm the rental for your stretch limo and you played me by saying it may be a WEIGHT ISSUE concerning 10 passengers. You mention on yesterday during our visit you had just driven a party of 10 passengers recently. It just goes to show you reviews are not always truthful. If you did not want to rent this vehicle to us why not just say that. CLASSLESS fits very well. Oh by the way I checked around with sereval limousine services today 3800 lbs. will fit inside a 10 passenger stretch limousine. I will do my very best by word of my mouth and review sites to let people know not to use your services. I'm very very sorry my wife and I WEIGHT was the problem ! ! Also never received that call back. Have a great day ! ! ! ! read more

Whenever we're in Atlanta we use Empress Limo. Maria and her team are top notch! Definitely recommend!

Made reservations over the phone through Maria, who was very nice. David (driver) showed up early and was extremely courteous! Limo was clean and stocked with water and ice. He texted us towards the end of our concert to let us know he was there waiting, and when we called him he was there FAST! Could not have asked for a better experience. Fair price for GREAT service! Will use them again if the occasion presents itself. read more

We use Empress Elite Limousine exclusively for all our important business travel needs. When we have a top client that flies into Atlanta, Empress is there to pick them up. Every single time, our clients rave about the service they get. They just really enjoyed the ride, the conversation, etc. I am so glad we found Empress Elite because this kind of service reflects on our company brand, which we guard very carefully. I think Maria and her staff are world-class, and they really put the needs of their clients first. We were so impressed with how they handle our clients that we even use them to pick up our visiting family members now. I would highly recommend Empress Elite to anyone that's considering first-class transportation for professional or personal reasons. read more

I rented the black stretch limo for my sons 13th birthday. We had 4 teenage boys and 3 female adults and we fit comfortably in the car. We easily could have had one more person, 10 would have been a bit cramped. The limo was very nice. She even put a happy birthday banner over the mini bar which was awesome! She had bottle water and ice in the mini bar and the kids drank water in champagne glasses while we were driven to our destination. The driver was absolutely fantastic! He had a great personality, was very friendly, opened the doors for us, and was prompt picking us up both times, initially and when we were done eating. He also spent time showing us how to work the heat and air, the music, the lights, everything! I didn't call too many companys for pricing, but found Maria to be competitive with her rates compared to the couple of other places I did call. I really liked that Maria is vested in her business. The driver immediately asked whose birthday it was and was knowledgeable about what we were celebrating and where we were going. Excellent choice to use this company!!! read more
