We also received a confirmation email and text with the drivers name and phone shortly before the pick up. I think day before. The ride home was a bit of a challenge. The few times I tried calling Cloud no one actually answered. I left a voicemail and they called back within 30 min of each call but sometimes you have an emergency and need an answer now. We did not receive a confirmation text or email on the pick up ride to the airport and my boss was calling me 5 after to ask where they were. I called the drivers number from the other day and the line for Cloud and no answer on either. Luckily, they showed up shortly after and found my boss but I was kind of in the dark for awhile until after they dropped him off and called me back. A bit better communication would be nice/expected for an executive service. The pricing seemed decent for the area and when I did get to talk to people they were very friendly.

Upon our return, I forgot to turn my phone off of airplane mode until we were leaving baggage claim but I was already getting notifications that the driver was there awaiting our contact so he could meet us at the pick up area.
