I booked nearly a month in advance and up until the day of the wedding, the company had been responsive and I had received fairly high customer service. The company had charged me in weekly installments and by the day of our event, I had fully paid them. Then on the day of my own wedding, I get a text and then some calls from the driver around 2 pm (the bus was due at out house at 4:30) saying they had to cancel on us because of issues with the bus. I like to think of myself as a reasonable guy and I get that buses can break down. But to find out a few hours beforehand that they have no other options for us, and on my wedding day, was infuriating and super stressful. The company made no other offers, such as a smaller bus and I never received a call or apology from the owner after this fiasco. (We were able to book another bus at the last moment from Action Limousines and they delivered excellent service.) Do not use this company. They do not deserve your business.

He arrived to pick us up from the hotel right at the time given. He assisted us boarding the bus and it was luxurious and clean. We brought onboard a few decorations for the birthday girl of course. There is a Bluetooth available that you can connect to your phone to play your own music which we created a playlist. Our driver was a very cautious driver and he got us to our destination safely. We had him for 3 hours and he literally waited for us, he did not leave. When we were ready he pulled right up he assisted us boarding and he dropped us back off safely to the hotel.
