The owner knew about this mechanical the night before but called me 3 hours before my guests needed to be picked up from the hotel. This situation placed me in a bad position as I had guests that were expecting the party bus experience. I reserved this party bus for my boyfriend's birthday. I was devastated and had to call around to other bus companies for same day service. Thank GOD I was able to find another bus company that was able to pick up the guests as we had reservations for each spot that the bus was taking us to. I had to pay double than what I paid for this company due to the last minute booking and the bus wasn't as nice as this bus company. However, the other bus company got the job done. My advice to Zedric is to inform the customer of any issues a day before so that the proper adjustments can be made. Zedric did refund my money...THANK YOU!

I booked nearly a month in advance and up until the day of the wedding, the company had been responsive and I had received fairly high customer service. The company had charged me in weekly installments and by the day of our event, I had fully paid them. Then on the day of my own wedding, I get a text and then some calls from the driver around 2 pm (the bus was due at out house at 4:30) saying they had to cancel on us because of issues with the bus. I like to think of myself as a reasonable guy and I get that buses can break down. But to find out a few hours beforehand that they have no other options for us, and on my wedding day, was infuriating and super stressful. The company made no other offers, such as a smaller bus and I never received a call or apology from the owner after this fiasco. (We were able to book another bus at the last moment from Action Limousines and they delivered excellent service.) Do not use this company. They do not deserve your business.

It ended up forecasting rain, that ended up being storms. I was able to schedule them the day before which was excellent. They even set up a further tented area that kind of connected to the overhand area where people walked in to make sure hey could move cars faster. Needless to say with the valet helping all those older adults it went over like a smash! No ladies complaining about their hair getting wet which my Mom was already afraid of. They got them out and parked fast without seeming like they were rushing. The helped everyone out and one of my parents had a little too much to drink, they drove him home, in his car and another driver followed to make sue they were ok. That was above and beyond and it took stress off the event and helped him not be on the road when not fit. I really appreciate you guys and will be telling everyone about them. Ed was a sweetheart.

Absolutely horrible experience with this so-called party bus company. They were extremely prompt in…read morecollecting cash up front, but when the day of my event came NO ONE was reachable. The time of my scheduled pick up passed with no bus in sight. I finally got a return call from the owner and Lorraine, who both informed me that the bus was 15 minutes away. I got the drivers contact number and found out that the driver they gave me was actually headed to another client location and apparently no bus was headed to my home. Apparently, this "company" does not own the busses and actually sub contracts the work to others...in an extremely disorganized manner. When I called the owner of this poor excuse of a company to inform him what the driver told me, he responded with "oh shit!" And literally hung up on me. Called back again to be hung up on again. In the end, I had 15 unhappy people on my lawn waiting to leave. I missed my dinner reservation and was charged for the no-show. This issue ruined a bachelorette party night out that I literally spent thousands of dollars organizing. If you're looking for a real party bus experience, DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT risk your luck with this horrible company and it's ridiculous excuse of an owner.
