I rented a party bus to take a number of folks (18 in all) from our house in Roswell to the wedding…read morevenue in midtown and back because we were going to continue the wedding festivities back at the house after we had to leave the venue. I booked nearly a month in advance and up until the day of the wedding, the company had been responsive and I had received fairly high customer service. The company had charged me in weekly installments and by the day of our event, I had fully paid them. Then on the day of my own wedding, I get a text and then some calls from the driver around 2 pm (the bus was due at out house at 4:30) saying they had to cancel on us because of issues with the bus. I like to think of myself as a reasonable guy and I get that buses can break down. But to find out a few hours beforehand that they have no other options for us, and on my wedding day, was infuriating and super stressful. The company made no other offers, such as a smaller bus and I never received a call or apology from the owner after this fiasco. (We were able to book another bus at the last moment from Action Limousines and they delivered excellent service.) Do not use this company. They do not deserve your business.

I never thought to use a valet parking service before, but it was a lot of people coming to my…read moreparents anniversary and OMG these guys were a life saver! It ended up forecasting rain, that ended up being storms. I was able to schedule them the day before which was excellent. They came out to the banquet hall we chose and gave an estimate and it was surprisingly reasonable. They we early the day before. Dressed in uniform and very nice to talk to. They even set up a further tented area that kind of connected to the overhand area where people walked in to make sure hey could move cars faster. Needless to say with the valet helping all those older adults it went over like a smash! No ladies complaining about their hair getting wet which my Mom was already afraid of. They got them out and parked fast without seeming like they were rushing. The helped everyone out and one of my parents had a little too much to drink, they drove him home, in his car and another driver followed to make sue they were ok. That was above and beyond and it took stress off the event and helped him not be on the road when not fit. I really appreciate you guys and will be telling everyone about them. Ed was a sweetheart.
