The may be the worst ran business in Atlanta. First off we ordered a 35ft party bus, and they sent a bus for 25 maybe. The driver then turned around, and told us we didn't expect hippie people. We had the absolute best time with Pure Party Bus! I contacted the company about a month in advance to book and they were very helpful. The driver, Robert, contacted me a few days before our event to make sure he knew the plan. Night of, he was on time and very friendly. The bus itself was very clean and came with a cooler and ice. Pure party bus is exactly what it is a bust. Do not and I repeat. Do not rent this for an event for your family. You will regret it. We had a family Union In ATLANTA 2024 in July. And it turned out to be a nightmare.We rented 2 buses and was not able to go to any other destinations. Who does that no matter where you rent a party bus or any other mode of transportation THEY DONT DICTATE WHERE YOU GO.. we rented two buses for 6 hours, you should be able to go where YOU WAT TO GO, but not us? This guy straight told us that we couldn't go to any other place so we're stuck at 1 place THE BLUE MARTINI.the driver WAS INSANE I TOLD HIM WE WOULD PAY FOR ECTRA GAS BUT HE SAID we cannot go any other place who does that? But pure party bus thats who, I tell you as I'm talking to you now. If you rent from this place you will be ripped off exactly like we were and disappointed, find another party bus that would take you. Where you want to go? We rented this bus for 6 hours. And the insane part is that the other bar was only only 5 minutes away. The driver said he was not willing to take us there. And I said why? Where's the place? I don't know what it takes. He said 5 minutes. I'm flabbergasted that it was only 5 minutes away and the only place we could go was the Blue Martini. He said that this is how they run this show. I've been around the world. And rented many party buses. This is not the first one, but it will be the last time that I will rent anything from pure party bus. You can Rent this bus at your on peril. Because that's what you're doing. You're giving up, your right to enjoy yourself and to party as you want to. Because once they have your money they dictate how you party, and if that's what you are accustomed to spending your money for somebody else telling you what you can AND CANT do, then this party bus is for you. They ruined my whole family reunion experience. We had to take an Uber to get back to our hotel.That's how bad this was. Highly recommend Pure Party Bus! I received multiple quotes for a night out for a bachelorette party, and their quote was the most competitive while still having excellent reviews. It was easy to book and communicate as needed prior to our party. We booked the Ace of Spades bus, and it was just as pictured - clean, cute and great party atmosphere! Chuck, our driver, was professional, courteous and a safe driver. He even suggested us to go to a bridge for a great photo op with the Atlanta skyline, which we appreciated! On June 20th my cousin rented this party bus to take us on what we would have thought to be a joyous day as it was her 25th birthday turned out to be a disaster. The driver was late and on top of that had to do a stop to get ice which was suppose to be provided upon pick up no amenities as stipulated which made us late for our first stop at a vineyard we could of only used the rest room and back onboard next stop we had to basically rush our meal in order to get to our last destination which was already paid for can you believe ? After getting back on the bus their was no heat so we told the driver to which himself was sweating bullets in front as he had no ac mind you 12 ladies some with underlining health issues such as asthma .The driver then came back and said the fan belt is burst but he will take us to the last destination and he will contact the owner he also stipulated the owner will give us a call mind you while not payinh attention we motice we were headed back to our pick up spot and not the last vineyard as stated.Upon return back to the pick up spot the owner was unruly, ghetto unprofessional as a business owner to tell someone who has spent money for your service what is your issue (obsured) no type of compassion or self decency . Please avoid booking this party bus!! My experience on June 20th was a sheer nightmare. The bus was late first of all and because of that we didn't get to do the things we planned. On our way to our third venue the air condition on the bus stopped working. We let the driver know and instead of calling for another bus, the driver decided without informing us to drive us away from our destination and carry us right where we started. The ride was bumpy, the experience was scary and the owner of the party bus was cold and heartless. So many things that could go wrong on that day went wrong!! We booked this party bus for my friends 25th Bday. After researching MANY party-bus option, decided to support a black business over others....The bus was supposed to take off at 11:00a.m. It SHOULD've arrived at 10:45 so we could all load up. 11:05 the driver was just arriving. Ice was supposed to be provided, it was not. So we had to stop (while already being behind) for ice - BUT - no biggie, we wanted to enjoy our time. While missing our 1st WINERY (again we brushed it off), it wasnt until we got on the bus after our lunch (1st destination) that it went awry..it felt like we took a detour to HELL. The AC on the bus wasn't working in JUNE. Our next winery was only ten minutes away so the driver said he would drive us there. 30 minutes later amidst confusion we realized we were heading BACK to Atlanta. No communication from the driver OR owner was given. When we called the owner to see what was going on- he was more defensive than supportive. He stated it was a SAFETY ISSUE to drive 10 minutes to the winery (which would've given them time to send a WORKING BUS) to use - but they decided to drive a hour and a half on a bus with no AIR was the safer option...(huh?) It was 90 degrees outside, you know how fast body temperature rises in those conditions? When we arrived back (hot & miserable) - instead of apologizing or having an ounce of sympathy, we were met with a condescending, patronizing & unwilling owner. We weren't asking for a full refund but some time of compassion about paying $800 to drive for LUNCH and come back half-alive. We made it to 1 out of 3 stops on a hot bus. We threatened to take his company to court on behalf of his BREACH OF CONTRACT due to his failure to understand. In addition - the driver stated that this bus was just taken out of the shop and had problems before. The owner (knowing this) should have been more than willing to offer (before being threatened) another trip, a deposit back, a discount, a hug- ANYTHING. Any (12) of us could have had a heat stroke on a hot bus like that. The proper thing would have been to send a working bus back and we would've PAID to extend our trip. Another bus was NEVER dispatched to come to us - the OWNER drove to meet us at Cumberland to discuss the issue IN a bus - that was NOT our replacement. And how is it that we couldnt extend our time due to other party guests yet the bus the owner pulled up in sat outside the mall for a hour and a half. While the bus we rode on was a safety hazard. We also requested a receipt - THAT WAS DENIED and NO amount of refund was EVER offered. ZERO accountability. One business owner to another - the way this was HANDLED was worse than the actual air going out. WILL NOT RECOMMEND. read more
