The person who answered the phone (I assume it was the dispatcher) was curt, rude and uncooperative when I attempted to provide him with the vehicle make and model, fleet number and GA license plate. I called back and asked to speak to the general manager. I was placed on hold and eventually disconnected. Why would any consumer put up with this brand of nonsense when Uber or Lyft is just a phone call away? Both competitors offer better service at a better price. That translates into superior value. Don't waste your time and money on these jokers.

John confirmed our appt a day ahead as well. He even stopped so we could get water since it was a 90 minute ride. To top it off, he picked us up at 5am on a Sunday for our return flight.
