We also received a confirmation email and text with the drivers name and phone shortly before the pick up. I think day before. The ride home was a bit of a challenge. The few times I tried calling Cloud no one actually answered. I left a voicemail and they called back within 30 min of each call but sometimes you have an emergency and need an answer now. We did not receive a confirmation text or email on the pick up ride to the airport and my boss was calling me 5 after to ask where they were. I called the drivers number from the other day and the line for Cloud and no answer on either. Luckily, they showed up shortly after and found my boss but I was kind of in the dark for awhile until after they dropped him off and called me back. A bit better communication would be nice/expected for an executive service. The pricing seemed decent for the area and when I did get to talk to people they were very friendly.

The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the amenities offered were great (waters, gum, mints). The ride to the airport was quite enjoyable. Upon our return, I forgot to turn my phone off of airplane mode until we were leaving baggage claim but I was already getting notifications that the driver was there awaiting our contact so he could meet us at the pick up area. He arrived a few short minutes after we walked out of the door so we had minimal wait time. The drive home was pleasant as well.
