We used cloud limo for a couple of pick ups in Atlanta. My executive was traveling in and not familiar with the area so he did not want a rental car. The pick up from the airport seemed seamless. They called him once his plane landed and told him where to meet them. We also received a confirmation email and text with the drivers name and phone shortly before the pick up. I think day before. The ride home was a bit of a challenge. The few times I tried calling Cloud no one actually answered. I left a voicemail and they called back within 30 min of each call but sometimes you have an emergency and need an answer now. We did not receive a confirmation text or email on the pick up ride to the airport and my boss was calling me 5 after to ask where they were. I called the drivers number from the other day and the line for Cloud and no answer on either. Luckily, they showed up shortly after and found my boss but I was kind of in the dark for awhile until after they dropped him off and called me back. A bit better communication would be nice/expected for an executive service. The pricing seemed decent for the area and when I did get to talk to people they were very friendly. read more

We've used Cloud Limousine for our ride to and from the Atlanta airport for about the last three years. In that time we have never been left stranded or had to deal with anyone being late or anything else untoward. Cloud Limousine on the other hand, has had to adapt and deal with my being inept at selecting the correct days and times for flights. They've also had to deal with me having to cancel a trip or two at the last minute. I've never been charged anything when I cancel, they've never been late, and they've never had an issue dealing with me scheduling things incorrectly. I've never missed a flight, or been left hanging. It has become something of a thing for me and my family. Cloud Limousine is the icing on the cake for a vacation of any magnitude. You might think the ride is somewhat expensive, and I suppose taken by itself, it might be. Consider all the upsides. My car is parked at my house. I get curb side service to and from the airport. I don't have to pay for parking or risk my car being damaged while I'm away. I don't have to find a place to park or hike across the airport grounds to get to the terminal. I don't have to drive to the airport, or fight my way back home. I get to relax, starting right at my front door. Seriously, adding this to your itinerary shaves a day off the time it takes to disconnect and get into real relaxed vacation mode. I usually pay $130 for a stretch limo to the airport. They charged me $225 because it was Christmas. I guess higher tip for the driver. The driver arrived on time but was reluctant to help with the luggage. We arrived at the airport. The driver did not even get off the car. He just opened the trunk and expected us to take care of all the luggage we have. This is absolutely unprofessional and lazy. I guess he already got the tip why do any more work.
