So thankful for John getting my daughter and I to and from the Taylor Swift concert at the Mercedes Benz Stadium. I called this company for a quote for get-away transportation for my wedding. I originally didn't get anyone to answer the phone. Then I received a call back for the missed call. The gentleman did a poor job identifying himself on the phone as being from this company. Once he did so I gave him the details of my wedding transportation need and he quoted me an amount. It was a great deal so I asked him what I needed to do to book. He told me to go online and fill out a request for quote. I did so the next day. The quote I received back was over 2x higher than the one I received over the phone. When I called to figure out what had happened I was treated rudely and told that they had no intention of even trying to figure out what had happened and didn't want my business. read more

WORST CAR SERVICE EVER! I wouldn't use these guys if they offered to have Beyoncé drive me around for free. Totally incompetent. They had 8 of us waiting outside for an hour and twenty minutes after the reserved time. And they had the audacity to ask me to not take another car. Don't answer phones. They had the driver call me and tell me to move locations and he wasn't even there. I explained how I had two children with special needs but they couldn't care less about making us wait on the curb for 80 minutes before giving up. On the plus side we took a regular taxi after almost 2 hours and it was $68. K-One quoted $170. Scam artist. Oh and they charged my card after not showing up. Avoid this trashy company. read more

The driver who took us to the airport for our trip was wonderful. He opened the doors, loaded the luggage and chatted happily with us. He was so great we requested him for our return trip. The bill for this portion of our trip was accurate. Unfortunately, on our return home, we were assigned a different guy, Keith. He was not impressive at all. He did not open any doors or load luggage, and forgot my cane in the trunk. We tried making small talk and we only received grunts in response. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him. We made one stop for pizza and another at a restaurant literally in the same parking lot and were charged for 2 stops and that totaled $150 extra. (The signed paperwork is quoted as "Additional stops have a rate of $20 per occurence as long as they are not in the path of the transfer within reason.")He also reported that we were dropped off 30 minutes later than we actually were. This was unacceptable. Our experience with Keith will make me go with another service in the future. Also, I received a notification of a unauthorized attempt to gain access to the email account used to make this review. It was at the same time as the final bill was sent to me by this company. read more
