Over the years, we have traveled thousands of miles with Cooper Global and have generally found their drivers to be professional, courteous, punctual, and committed to getting our groups to their destinations safely. The buses have been comfortable, reliable, and well-suited for long-distance travel. We have also been fortunate to avoid major mechanical breakdowns or disruptions during our trips unlike the experiences we have had a few times with other bus companies. Another reason we have continued doing business with Cooper Global for so many years is their customer service. On the few occasions where challenges or concerns arose, management was accessible, responsive, and willing to work toward a resolution. That level of responsiveness is important when coordinating transportation for large groups of students and families. The president of the company Mr. Greg C is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and takes time out of his hectic schedule to mentor individuals in the community. No company is perfect, but our overall experience with Cooper Global throughout our many many years of patronizing the company has been overwhelmingly positive. Their high level of service to our organization and their competitive rates allow us to meet our transportation needs without sacrificing comfort. Their dependable transportation services helps us to be worry free about getting to where we need to be on time and safely. The company's commitment to customer satisfaction are the reasons we have continued to trust them with our transportation needs year after year. Traveling with groups can already be very stressful so the last thing you need is stress from hired transportation services; therefore, if you care about reliable, affordable, customer service oriented experiences, I would strongly recommend that you consider this bus company for your travel needs because Cooper Global is simply our "go to" transportation service to meet our frequent travel needs. Keep up the great work CG!

I would like to publicly state that the other review I am seeing below about Miss MK our driver must be absolutely false! I have been traveling with students for at least 16 years and Miss MK provided the BEST experience I have ever had with a driver! I Highly Recommend Cooper Global and especially Miss MK for a driver for future travel.

He took the long way to the airport to avoid the 50 cent charge on 400. Then i was charged 76.20 from Dunwoody to the airport. I could take the Marta for 2 dollars. I could take a cab for less or i could even drive my own car and park it and it still would be cheaper. Either way that's not the problem i have with them.... The issue, is that A WEEK LATER the same charge appeared on my credit card again under a different limo company. The first charge was Atlanta Limousine and TR and the second charge was Goodness Limousine. I disputed it with my bank. It says on their yelp page that they have 24 hour customer service. I called them and left them a message. No answer. No call back. Very sketchy place.

Mark captured some of our favorite pictures and moments in the process with the Bridal Party coming out of the hotel heading to the venue in their Wedding PJs & of the Bride & Groom getting out of the ASPEN Get-Away Limousine back at the Hamilton!! He also surprised us with the Mercedes Sprinter Van to take the "Early Guests" back at 8:30 PM, which was an UPGRADED experience special that he did for us at no extra cost!!! My Guests loved that extra touch of luxury! Also, my husband met Mark at the ASPEN Corporate Office in Alpharetta to pay our balance and Mark was very professional and took the time to go over all the details to help ensure that our wedding would go over perfectly! Mark and his Team truly went above and beyond. We rented a Sprinter van, 2 Mini Buses and a Lincoln Town Car Sedan for our wedding festivities. I didn't choose DDA over other DD services for any specific reason. When I called to ask if they accepted reservations, the guy I spoke with was friendly and funny. Both of those traits are a winner so I made my reservation later online. You can make reservations online or via phone. You can also call DDA when you want to get picked up if you don't have an end time, but you'll likely have a wait time, like 30 minutes to an hour. The best thing about DDA is that your car comes with you. So you don't have to get up the next day and go get your car, hoping that it didn't get booted or towed during the night. DDA has a pickup fee of $10 (on the low end compared to other DDA services) + $2 per mile (comparable to other DDA services). And they have also collaborated with some area businesses to waive the pick up fee if the pick up is from a participating location. They also have a membership that includes unlimited pick ups for the year so all you pay are the mileage costs. The cost for DDA is a lot more reasonable than a taxi, especially when you start adding your friends to the ride home. And if you've never had a DUI, ask someone who has - it ain't cheap. Hiring DDA is a lot cheaper and a lot easier on your conscience. It sucks being the designated driver, but someone has to do it. Better it be someone whose business it is to do it than one of my wonderful, yet likely to drink one too many, friends. Yelp 52 #23
