Called HARI Limousines for airport ride in a stretch limousine for our group of 8 people. We were so happy that HARI was able to accommodate our request in last minute and sent us the limousine promptly. The limo was shiny black and all clean inside. We had taken lot of pictures with the limo. The driver was very helpful in setting up the car seats inside limo for our kids safety and luggage loading . The limo has bar inside filled with ICE and soft drinks. We really had very pleasant experience and fun going to the airport. My kids loved the ride. Impressed with their service, I already switched to HARI limousines for corporate travel too. They are doing a fabulous job! read more

I reserved a pick up for Sunday May 28th on Friday May 25th. After payment in full was made, I needed the info of the driver. I called 3 times Friday evening and was told the owner Tad would reach out to me and give me that info which he never did. I called 2 more times Saturday and was told the same thing and once again Tad never called back. Sunday came and no one had called back and no one ever showed up. I tried calling n ow for a full refund and the CSR still can not get a hold of Tad. I reported Hari Limousine Services to the BBB. read more

Called for a quote for my daughters wedding. Needed an SUV for my family to and from the venue. Also needed a one way car for my daughter and son and law after the wedding. I was quoted $365.00 for all 3 trips including tax and tip. I was then billed over $600.00 on my credit card. The drivers said that they never see the tip when it is included so I tipped them well to take care of us and my daughter. I called to find out why I was overcharged and someone called me back 2 days later and said that one reservation had not been entered properly and that was why I was charged more. Regardless of the fact that I was quoted and agreed to the $365.00. price. I was offered a $100.00 refund which I said was unfair but if that was all that they would do then send it. It is 4 weeks later and no refund! Needless to say, I would never recommend this business. Honor your quotes. If you screw up then live with it. Don't screw your customer! Finally got the $100.00 refund about 5 weeks later but only after I posted the review. Received a call 11/29/17 from Hari asking me to edit the review to reflect that I had received the $100.00. It still does change the fact that they did not live up to their quoted price. read more

Booked SUV service to/from Atlanta airport for 6 of us and luggage. Going to the airport, everything was great. Driver on time, luggage fit well into the back and everyone comfortable. NOT SO ON RETURN Trip from airport. Hari sent a stretch limo instead of the SUV we had paid for to pick us up. Luggage would not fit in small trunk, so it was piled all around us in the limo seats and floor. Driver actually tried to leave one small suitcase out on the curb . When we called him on it, he got back out of the car, took the suitcase around back....made it appear as though he had put it into trunk and left it on the pavement. Fortunately we were watching closely through the back window and saw this take place. We got out and put the luggage into and on top of the others piled in the back passenger area. A very uncomfortable ride to say the least ! Then to top it off, he stopped in the street at our driveway entrance and made us roll and carry our luggage up the driveway to the house. He offered no help except to get some of the pieces out of the trunk. Very, very sour ending to a long day of travel. Never again would I use Hari !! read more
