Our previous transportation provider recently shut down so I looked to Yelp to obtain some quotes for a trip we had upcoming. Moe Khan and his communications were phenomenal. He provided us with a quote, followed up (but not in an annoying way) and ensured that we would not be let down if we made the decision to go with them. Pricing was very fair/reasonable but the customer service is what made us to decide to go with this company. All of our interactions with them felt personal and not just another transaction. I even had a question at 12:26 AM one morning and they responded back within 5 minutes of me sending over my question. WOW!!! The day of our travel the vehicle arrived right on time and Nabil Rana was another extension of this superb company and experience. Typically I do not like to talk when I am riding but we conversed the entire ride and it was truly enjoyable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the amenities offered were great (waters, gum, mints). The ride to the airport was quite enjoyable. Upon our return, I forgot to turn my phone off of airplane mode until we were leaving baggage claim but I was already getting notifications that the driver was there awaiting our contact so he could meet us at the pick up area. He arrived a few short minutes after we walked out of the door so we had minimal wait time. The drive home was pleasant as well. Again a nice clean vehicle and smooth ride (after our trip I was tired so the talking was minimal). Overall...great communication, excellent customer service, wonderful vehicles and superb drivers. I was getting frustrated with very high rates with other bus rentals and was pleasantly surprised with the fair rate offered by Mark. 1) First and foremost Mark wanted to make sure the trip was exactly what we wanted. Although we planned it out ahead of time, he was very accommodating with some changes the night of our birthday event. 2) Bus was super clean, very comfortable. We had about 16 and there was room for more. Seating was 'traditional' forward facing seats, not bench style. For our crowd this worked great. I called several places, read reviews etc. I called Mark and it was an instant connection and a knowing that he was the one to hire. He was outstanding!! He arrived on time, was professional, courteous and kind. We had some time to kill before the concert, he recommended a couple places to stop and get a drink or appetizer. We did just that, he joined us for the appetizers, we made it to our concert in plenty of time and when we came out, he was right there to bring us home. I didn't receive any order confirmation until I reached out 4 hours after booking. It seems like it is a 1 person ran company. Which was ok I support small businesses. I was told the driver would call by 7pm. I received a text from him at 11pm. I texted back at 7:30am saying I'm was looking forward to the pickup at 9:30am. My flight land 15 minutes early I received a text since I was early the company didn't want me to wait so another driver was there waiting for me. After exiting the airport I called the driver. He was sitting in a black mini van. Did not exit to help with my bags. Once inside 15 minutes into the ride he turned off the ac and it was 98 degrees outside and he had the windows closed. After 10 minutes I turned on the rear seat air 5 minutes later he turned it off. That was when I realized he was nodding off. I had to call a friend and talk to keep him awake his eyes were blood shot red. He had on a white long sleeve polo with black track pants. His sleepiness became worse to where I had to yell hey into the phone to alert him. Thankfully we made it to the hotel safely. When exiting the vehicle I had my bag by my feet. I noticed he had an ant infestation. I looked up front this man had on no shoes or socks. I retrieved my bag from the back and thank God I wasn't harmed. Since I am a female when I travel alone I reserve a black car instead of Uber. Due to more safety. In this case it was worse and a waste away. The car wasn't a black car, he wasn't dressed properly, he couldn't stay awake. Please stay away from the company. Edited: No reason for me to lie on your company. This was the worse bus company ever and the bus I was on was very unsafe from the time we left the…read moreschool parking lot. The bus I was on had brake problems from the very beginning! Their were numerous times that the bus had the be stopped (NYC) just to get the air brakes to work. At one point it sounded like the driver was pressing both on the brakes and gas. We almost got stuck in the Holland Tunnel due to this. We were late to almost everything that was planned on our trip because they would not fix/change out the bus, which lead to us missing scheduled items. When they finally decided it needed to be fixed, so the morning we were headed to DC they decided to fix the bus. We were told the mechanic would be there in 15 min, which in NJ means 2-3 hrs. So, they found out that their was a hole in the air break line. 3 hours later we were finally on our way, but we were so behind that we all missed out on planned events in DC. The trip home wasn't much better...they decided to drive through the Nantahala National Forest which is single lane road that twist and winds with a speed limit of 45 mph or less, I can personally testify that they were not maintaining a safe speed for these size buses and crossed the lines on numerous occasions because they were speeding. I would NEVER recommend this company based on the fact that they did not care about the safety of our kids or the adults. I would love to see there safety check for the bus who's brakes did not work.
