I asked a group of drivers how to find the Uber pick-up...long story short, it's a total pain in the butt. You have to walk to a parking area 7 minutes away from baggage claim, so I started to inquire about taxis. Kay offered me his limo service on the spot, and drove me to my destination himself at a cost less than Uber Black. I would absolutely use him again when in Atlanta. Thanks Kay!

All I had to do was provide him with my day of schedule and he helped me decide when my shuttles should leave to get all my guests to the venue at an appropriate time. The day of our wedding, the drivers showed up about an hour early and were very professional. They even made a special trip when some of my older guests wanted to leave. Joe Badgett and Speedy Wiz exceeded my expectations and made my wedding day so smooth. They consistently corresponded with me leading up to the day and left nothing to chance. Our previous transportation provider recently shut down so I looked to Yelp to obtain some quotes for a trip we had upcoming. Moe Khan and his communications were phenomenal. He provided us with a quote, followed up (but not in an annoying way) and ensured that we would not be let down if we made the decision to go with them. Pricing was very fair/reasonable but the customer service is what made us to decide to go with this company. All of our interactions with them felt personal and not just another transaction. I even had a question at 12:26 AM one morning and they responded back within 5 minutes of me sending over my question. WOW!!! The day of our travel the vehicle arrived right on time and Nabil Rana was another extension of this superb company and experience. Typically I do not like to talk when I am riding but we conversed the entire ride and it was truly enjoyable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the amenities offered were great (waters, gum, mints). The ride to the airport was quite enjoyable. Upon our return, I forgot to turn my phone off of airplane mode until we were leaving baggage claim but I was already getting notifications that the driver was there awaiting our contact so he could meet us at the pick up area. He arrived a few short minutes after we walked out of the door so we had minimal wait time. The drive home was pleasant as well. Again a nice clean vehicle and smooth ride (after our trip I was tired so the talking was minimal). Overall...great communication, excellent customer service, wonderful vehicles and superb drivers. I paid since that is required by the site to book.
