All discussions were had via text message to ensure there was no misunderstanding of service and rates. The cars (going and coming) were exceptionally clean and comfortable. They offer cold water for all passengers, as well as other amenities that we did not use. Driver met us at baggage claim on return and was very efficient. We received text messages the day before each pickup, and when our plane landed to let us know our ride was ready We will definitely be using this service any time we are in need of a limo!

Instead of attempting to professionally resolve the concern, the communication immediately escalated to threats of attorneys, collections, interest charges, and lawsuits. I fully understand businesses have policies, but professionalism and reasonable customer interaction still matter. At no point did I feel like there was any genuine effort to de-escalate or work toward a fair resolution. The tone of communication alone was enough to ensure I would never consider using this company in the future. Consumers should carefully review every document and ask detailed questions upfront before providing payment. Atlanta has far too many professional transportation and limo service options to settle for an experience such as this. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

The Atlanta traffic is just horrible so I leave the driving to Top Hat Limo. I've use them 3 or 4 times now and every time has been perfect. Based out of Woodstock Ga their cars are clean, look like new and they always have a water ready for you. My drivers have always been polite and engaging (if you want them to) or quiet if you need to work or just Yelp on your phone. lol. They actually took the bags out of the trunk and over to curb side check in for me. On time performance is paramount when you need to catch a flight and they have always been on time and even early.
