Jenny is a lifesaver! She had saved me from a botched eyelash extension job done by someone else. Earlier today, I went to another place to get my eyelash extensions. Not going to name it but the person did a horrendous job! The lashes were way too long for me and some lashes were sticking way too high up or straight down. It was terrible!! Feeling like I can't stay with these extensions for another two weeks, I looked on Yelp and saw how Jenny received amazing reviews. I called her and she was nice enough to squeeze me in the very same day. She was at her other location in Flushing but was kind enough to go to this location here. When she arrived, I explained to her my situation and she removed the lashes and gave me a new set, at a discount!! She most certainly did not have to give me a discount because it wasn't like she messed up my lashes but she is just amazing. They are really great! I went there twice and both time I was satisfied. It's small but it's a quiet and comfortable place to be while you're laying down with a blanket. I did them before I went to Mexico, twice, and it stayed on even after I came back. For me, it lasted at least a month and a half. I used mink lashes, first length I used was 11 c curl. When I first got my lashes done I was scared by how long and curly they looked. I told them I wanted natural and this didn't seem to be what I asked for. My tech was Ella. She told me my eyes were droopy... um thanks? After a few days I actually began to love the look of the lashes because some had fallen out and the curl had gone down. But 1 week after getting them done and they're all falling out. Literally. U don't even have to touch them they just fall out. And what I can tell after they've fallen out is that extension pieces were attached to 3 of my natural lashes in a clump. I've been to many lash places and never had this happen. I am so disappointed. This place is not cheap either. I must add that I take care of my lashes well. I don't wear mascara, havnt worn makeup at all the past week. Cleanse my face with an oil free cleanser and brush them out after they get wet. This is just unacceptable. read more

I bought a groupon for this place. I arrived early for my 11 am appointment, and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. The lady that did my lashes finished so quickly! The girl that was getting her's done before me was still being worked on. When I looked in the mirror the lashes were so sparse! There were barely any added.
