I had a poor experience with this company. They recently charged me $190 to pour a $16 "fix a leak" product in my spa. That didn't do much. They told me the leaks were likely due to it being left empty for some time. My issue is I had this company come look at the spa and check it out when I bought the house. Recently had problems with my hot tub so after checking on Yelp and asking for spa repair companies people have used and liked I settled on White Sands Spa Repair and I was not disappointed. Casey made time for me from his already busy schedule and completed his diagnosis of the problem quickly and was able to schedule his return to complete the repair right then and there. Of course things do not always go smoothly which I found out when we realized the GFCI breaker I had was not the correct one. Casey has an electrician he uses and he quickly put him in contact with me to resolve my breaker issue. Chris fixed it in no time and was very professional and friendly. What a great company! Chris was on time and answered all of novice questions I had. It turns out my main pump went out and yeah I wasn't super excited about spending $500 bucks, but I was confident that the pump was the problem and it needed replacing. After reading so many great reviews and seeing pictures of the type of work they do, I felt this company was the one could do the best job work for the type of jacuzzi I have (2 person above ground jacuzzi). I called to make an appointment and they were upfront about the service call cost so no surprise there. My appointment was with Chris, he come over right on time and got to work. We were having issues with multiple leaks and multiple jets not working. We required two appointments since parts needed to be ordered. We received a quote prior to any further work, so no surprises there either. On the second appointment Chris was able to resolve the issue and for way less than we were originally quoted. He ultimately didn't need the part that was ordered so we weren't charged for it, he took less time than what was quoted so we only got charged for the time he spent.
