Which is evident by the way you've responded to other negative reviews. I am openly gay and clearly you're a homophobe. Thank you for letting the world know via your response. I'm sorry if me being gay made Frank and his coworker feel uncomfortable. They probably should have said so immediately and not have taken so much time to complete the job or offer to help move boxes around when they noticed there was still some time left. They both also lingered after to converse with me, both of them shook my hand and asked me to keep them in mind for future moves. Clearly, no one was flirting with anyone and no one felt uncomfortable. Joe, you just don't know how to act professionally. Update: After a rude message from their manager, Joe, implying the damage to the stuff they moved was possibly my fault, I have to lower their star rating. It's not as if I was requesting compensation for the damage, I just wanted to leave an honest review and still he felt the need to act combatively. When the first moving company I hired failed to confirm their services 48 hours before the move date I was forced to call around to find another company who could do the job on short notice. Well Move You 4 Less stepped up and they even showed up 30 minutes early. Which I appreciated because I wasn't forced to wait around. However, I can't honestly say that all of my belongings made it to my new place in one piece. Some items were damaged and because of that I cannot, in good conscience, leave them 5 stars. They were professional and worked quickly.

TL;DR: These are the best movers I've ever worked with anywhere in the country…read more We've hired Expert Movers twice. Once to move between houses in the city, and once to pack our things and load them into a truck that we're driving to another state ourselves. Expert Movers were incredibly professional both times. Here are some highlights: - Not a single piece of damage to any item or the house during either move. - Very hard working movers who are strong and can safely lift even very heavy items. - Locally owned so it's easy to get someone on the phone if and when you need. - All materials provided and everything completely handled. I literally sat there playing video games for a few hours during one of the moves. This last time we moved they really outdid themselves. We needed somewhere to store our 26' moving truck for the night between packing and loading. We didn't know where to store the truck so we called Expert Movers for their advice. They ended up offering to drive the truck to their lot, store it there overnight for us, and then drive it back the next morning *free of charge*! Crazy stuff. These are good people. Worth every single penny and we won't even bother calling another moving company if we ever need to move back to Chicago.

They acted very professionally and showed a lot of foresight in planning and strategizing the move of each large piece of furniture. I was pleasantly surprised that they both were willing to take apart the furniture, wrap the pieces carefully in blankets, and then reassemble each piece of furniture at the new location . . .do all movers do that?? As you can see, I've never hired professionals until now. They both also asked me about things that I may have forgotten to include in the move, such as my bike and stuff in my old storage locker - very appreciated their thoughtfulness! I remember Dale asking me specifically if the entertainment table for my TV could be disassembled or if it had been originally purchased as one solid piece - he was concerned that the tempered glass surfaces of the table might need to be removed and wrapped up for transport. Keith noticed that the floor where I wanted my bookshelves to be placed in the new location sloped upwards toward the baseboard, which potentially could've caused the bookshelves to topple over if they overloaded with books on the top shelf. He recommended buying some shims from Home Depot or some hardware store to secure the base of the bookshelves...I didn't even know what a shim was until he told me lol. Their friendly demeanor and some of the joking and jesting with me reminded me of the type of personality that's commonly found in successful comedy improvisers. All I know is they had me chuckling quite a bit during what could've been a very stressful move for me. I'll definitely keep your firm in mind if I or any of my acquaintances are in need of movers.
