I received great service and support from Tiffanie who is very pleasant and professional. We hired a three person crew and the rates were really reasonable. Moving day the crew showed up and from the moment they arrived they were excellent in getting our stuff loaded onto the truck. These guys were efficient, thorough, great interaction with us. The momentum continued when we arrived to our new home. Again, the crew went into beast mode and got the job done, period. Nothing was broken or damaged, and again, got the job done swiftly; no playing around or dragging out the process. We had the pleasure of having an expert assigned to us for our move. Jared was great in leading and managing the crew, and his expertise in moving and mastery at Tetris to get it all on the truck the first go around really showed the 23 years of experience he has. The three man crew was Jared, Michael, and a new hire on the job with our move being his first. I cannot state it enough, we were beyond pleased in hiring them and will do so for any future moves. I contacted them through Yelp along with few other top rated companies in Los Angeles area. They were very prompt on sending me a quote and when I finalized them, they communicated through each step of the process. They sent me a contract and clearly mentioned all necessary details. Come the day of move, they were scheduled to come at 10 AM. At about 9:50 AM a guy named Art called me and told they are stuck in traffic and will be in by 10:15-10:20 AM. By 10:20 AM I received another call that they will be further delayed. Finally they arrived at 10:45 AM. I was kind of annoyed but did not keep it in my head since they were constantly communicating. After they arrived, Art explained everything again and we signed a contract. They also brought 12 wardrobe boxes since I asked for extra. He and his friend started at 11:15 AM. They were super fast in moving most of the boxes. Please note that we have a lots of stuff and by that, I mean a lot. By 12 PM, 70% of my place was already in the truck. I was thinking the unthinkable - will they be done within 3 hours? Then came the turn for bigger furniture and things slowed down a bit. They meticulously packed them with brand new blankets and plastic wrap. We were in second floor so there was a bit of extra work on climbing the stairs down with those heavy stuff. They handled them really well. Finally the loading was finished in 3 hours. Then 30 minutes of drive time to the destination and finally unloading. All done in 5 hours, yes 5 hours. Not a single thing broke or scratched or had any smallest sign of damage. I thank Art and his friend wholeheartedly because of such an incredible job with a smile on their face. NO PROBLEM. the BEST part about these guys is they even offer a handyman package where they send a qualified liscensed handyman on the crew who can move your large appliances and detach and reattach them in your new home for a very very reasonable fee compared to any other spcialized appliance moving company I was able to find in LA. I was pressured to write my last review, as the movers were persistent in that I write a review in…read moretheir presence. The truth is, I would not recommend this company. I contracted 3 movers for a 1bdr move that was 2 blocks away. Though I received 3 movers, only 2 of the movers seemed to be putting in full effort to move things quickly and carefully. The 3rd was remarkably slow, and I barely saw him at all. At one point, I even caught him leaning on the lobby apartment steps looking at his phone. Though the new location was only 2 blocks away, somehow my coffee table arrived broken. Though the main guy was apologetic about how it broke via transport, they only offered me $50 off as compensation (for a ~$300 coffee table). At the end of the move, I paid in cash and included a 17% tip off the total. The movers were visibly upset and asked for more money, which took me by surprise. They left disgruntled. The main mover apologized on behalf of the other two on the basis that they were new. He then asked me to write this review and insisted that I do it in front of him. I repeatedly expressed that I was not comfortable with this, he was quite persistent otherwise he would not receive his bonus--which I don't know if this is true, but I disapprove of any company that incentivizes extortion of reviews this way. Ultimately I caved, because I was intimidated by the possibility of retaliation and was in a rush to have these men out of my home. Given this experience, I would be wary of the other reviews on this platform that may have been submitted under similar circumstances.

They were also able to disassemble my wood bedframe and put it back together for me in my new place and also lifted my heavy dresser up the stairs. I had to move due to issues with repairs never being done and mold because my landlord is a slumlord. (Do NOT rent from C&S Apartments!) Anyway, the movers the 2nd time around were nice, professional and as quick as could be considering they were helping me pack up to move my belongings into a storage unit. They didn't waste time and were kind. BUT they failed to wrap my solid cherry wood bed set in moving blankets which resulted in all my furniture being scratched up and damaged in the 3rd move, where once again they did NOT wrap my items when moving them out of storage, into the van and then into my new apartment. On the 3rd move the Forman was upset that there were 2 flights of stairs to move the dresser up, despite me saying so in the questionnaire when booking. The Forman said to me that they'd have to charge extra for the stairs. Which I said NO to because that should have been done in the estimate. He kept saying the dresser was heavy... well, your company loved it twice already and no one else whined about it. He then told me, " if you give us a bigger tip, we won't have to charge for it." I let him know that they moved the same dresser up the stairs to the last apartment and didn't charge extra. He also dragged out ending the moving time because he wanted more hours. I literally had to bring boxes in to try to counteract his stalling tactic. Unfortunately, it didnt help because he then hid in the truck while the other 2 guys were putting together my bed. My couch cushion was damaged and they broke a dresser drawer. I was told they'd come and fix it, but 3 months later they never did. I had to go buy the wood glue and do it myself. The company doesn't have full insurance, so don't bother if something major) like my solid wood night stand) gets damaged. You will not be compensated for it. I did get some money for the leather couch cover, but not enough to purchase a new one. Find a company that has full insurance and will own up to their mistakes, if made. There are so many scratches and chips on my bed set. Not to mention missing feet caps that were not missing before the 2nd move. This 3rd move left me with damaged furniture and no accountability for fixing it when they said they would. Instead I was told, "it's the end of the month and we have a lot of moves. Your repair is not a priority." So much for being a loyal customer who had used them 3 times. FIND A BETTER COMPANY! THIS ONE IS NO LONGER GOOD!

Trash Moved a $17K Restoration Hardware couch and $2K bookcase today and they put chips in the wood on a few of the edges, one edge even had a 1" splinter of wood protruding it was cut so deep, no protective wrapping at all; and for the couch they wrapped it a very thin layer of plastic, allowed metal to sit right up next to the couch during transport so that I punctured a hole in the side of the couch, scrape marks with broken plastic so the damage obviously occurred after they wrapped it, deep into the leather. There are dozens of large new scratch on the couch pillows where they mishandled them. They even wanted to drop the leather couch on its side rather than legs when putting it down on asphalt. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them moving a brick. Save yourself a heartache and never use these gu
