Tried coming for a lunch break and they must of been short staffed. When i pulled in 2 cars had already ordered and waiting to pay. Me and another car pulled into the parking and both went to on opposite sides ordering screens. Took 15 minutes for someone to take the first car order closest to the building. No other cars where in line or still waiting to pay as before either. So I still gave benefit of the doubt and waited 3 more minutes and still no one came on the screen. It seems that this location is always very short staffed later hours because last I came here just to get a milk shake around the same time it looked like there was only 1 guy in there. A Surprisingly Clean Castle While most White Castles I've seen in past years and different locations tend to be a little run down and plagued by nasty, dirty corner type of stuff, this location is just like any other White Castle in terms of the food--nothing outstanding, but reliable. Crucially, I've never experienced any real issues here, my order has always been correct, and the staff is typically quite nice. So, if you're in the mood for some of those "monkey burgers" we used to call them years ago, head on in. I don't think you'll be disappointed. read more

Woodhaven location has gone VERY downhill. Fries literally so cold and hard you can't bite into them. They must have been sitting for hours. Burgers served with hard buns. Drinks have pop running down the sides when they hand it to you. Terrible experience. read more

We had a White Castle Crave and stopped in for a couple of our favorite Jalapeno Double Cheeseburgers with their Krinkle Cut Fries. They never disappoint us and give us exactly what we need to satisfy our Crave. We always use the drive through and our order is usually correct. We were so excited to hear that White Castle is finally offering veggie sliders! Before I stopped eating things things with toes I would visit fairly often. Now there is a way to indulge again. The veggie slider is 99 cents, so about double the price of an original White Castle, and features a Dr. Praeger's patty on a standard slider bun. You are offered a choice of original style or Sweet Thai, Honey Mustard, or Ranch sauces. This is a hard core veggie burger patty, thicker than their beef square, full of recognizable vegetables like peas and lima beans. The patty and bun are cooked on the grill so are delicious! Unfortunately the original is just a plain patty on a bun and is quite dry. We dipped them in ranch and the experience was much improved. Next time I will ask for onions and mustard so it actually tastes like a White Castle. The White Castle website says that the grill is cleaned before preparation and they use a special green dedicated spatula. The bun was crispy and golden brown like it was pan fried in a little oil, so maybe there was some residual grease? If you are a strict vegetarian you should ask some questions before you order. This is just for a limited time but I hope they are a permanent addition to the menu! #mycrave read more

I've been going here regularly for several years, and I've never really had any problems at all. The wait can sometimes be long but normal for White Castle standards. It's in a great location. You don't have to order through a bulletproof window, and the lobby is open 24/7. This place never closes. The lobby is always warm and clean enough, and you don't need to be buzzed in to use the restroom. Only once did they forget something in my order (two sandwiches), but I guess it's my fault for not checking my bag before I left. read more

After a hard 11hr shift from 5pm to 4am in a disgusting, asbestos dusted factory, breathing in cancerous weld fumes just to get by week to week on a blue collar wage, what better way to end it by clogging your arteries with amazing little, diabetes inducing sliders? This particular white castle always serves great sliders. Other locations are hit or miss. Not so with Woodhaven. Would be a 5 star if not for a couple times waiting a bit long.
