The food is fine at the McDonald's. The people who work here are also very nice. The major issue is that the restaurant is filthy. Almost every table was dirty. My kids wanted to play in the play place, which is why we came here. I had to have someone wipe the table off in the play place area because every single table was dirty. The play place area smells like urine and my daughters described the play structure as the most disgusting indoor playground they have ever been to. All the of hand sanitizers were empty also. Do better McDonald's. read more

Ordered a big Mac extra pickle and a side of Mac sauce , upon getting my order I received a big Mac with no pickle ,extra lettuce ,extra Mac sauce and extra onion . Went back into the restraunt and talked to employee who supposedly corrected my order with a fresh big Mac which my receipt reads 1 big Mac extra pickle , Xtra Mac sauce which was supposed to be a side of Mac sauce that I paid for , what I received again and didnt know until I got back home was a big Mac Xtra lettuce and Xtra Mac sauce on the burger that was so overwhelming that it was dripping off the big Mac when I picked it up ....needless to say that second and replacement order was completely WRONG TO read more

McDonald's - Missing 6 pc. Chicken McNuggets and two dumped out small French Fries - Fast Food Near Me - Trenton, Michigan

I wanted to give some feedback about my recent visit to this mcdonald's on west road (3355). I ordered the $5 meal and asked nicely if there was any way to upgrade to a medium drink and fry, like I've done at other locations before. I was told no, which is fine, but the drink I received was filled with ice past the fill line, like to the top. I didn't even get the dipping sauce for my nuggets. As someone who works in fast food myself, I get that things get busy. But I always make sure my customers are taken care of, and I don't forget sauces or overload ice on purpose. It's the small things that make a meal enjoyable, especially when it's someone's first meal of the day. Just wanted to share so the team can be reminded how much the little details matter. Thanks. read more

If I could rate this place a zero star I would. Tell me why you wouldn't start making an online order when it's placed? Instead of waiting for the customer to arrive at the store to then start their order. I placed my breakfast order at 10:04 and was there at 10:35 to pick it up and was told it was canceled due to it being past 10:30. Your workers are rude and unhelpful. There's not reason I shouldn't be able to get my food because you didn't start making it on time. I placed and PAYED for it at 10:05 which is 15 minutes before breakfast ends. So so frustrating, will never bring my service back here again. Neither should you to be completely honest. read more

We came there to get coffee creamers and they never gave them to us even though they were free. Then the worker yelled at me for sitting on the chair wrong. So I got so embarrassed I finished my food outside and did not even want to go back in to throw away my food the employees suck. read more

McDonald's - a pastry in a box - Fast Food Near Me - Trenton, Michigan

The first restaurant I've been to that refused me a refill. No signs posted or made aware during checkout. Could not give me a reason except "the owners says no refills". Not even ice. Or water. When I asked the lady said "we don't do refills" very rudely and walked away. I waited until she came by again and asked why, the two women in managers shirts were very curt and unfriendly. Would not recommend this place. read more

I am only 11 years old and i got kicked out for no absolute reason. I was sitting down being quiet with my friends and my brother and i got kicked out for no reason at all. They called the cops on us and said "4 white males middle schoolers" we all started running away thinking the cops were gonna come and they did. They sent the cops to our school knowing that we were gonna be there. luckily they didn't show up because they knew we were just little kids trying to be kids. i give this mcdonald's a 1 star review for this reason. read more

Please update your hours of operation online, literally says you are open until 11 pm. You pull up to the drive through and the restaurant is closed. Irritating when you go out of your way to stop there due to inaccurate information. read more

McDonald's - Even those cowpokes like McDonalds! - Fast Food Near Me - Trenton, Michigan

Too bad you can't leave zero stars. I know it's fast food and I truly don't have high expectations when I go to McDs. I remember laughing at a guy who was so mad and complaining at one. What did he expect at a place run by children? So, I had the worst time here. I have really bad luck at all McDs. There was no tea so I had to go to the counter for some, they cashier messed up my order by giving me a sandwich instead of a meal. After fixing that my fries were handed to me half full. The happy meals were made completely wrong. One son had ten fries in his box. (I'm not exaggerating) my burger was made wrong and it wasn't a special order. After my 5th trip to the counter and the kid offering to give me a tomato while he laughed, I blew. I told him that I've been up here five time already and this is why I hadn't been here in over a year. They fixed my burger and said sorry. That's it. I just wish they would step up their game. read more

Example; this is the worst McDonald's I've ever had! I hate this place! All I want is a nice hot burger with some nice hot fries and a cold drink! I'm extremely disappointed in you guy! I asked for extra Big Mac sauce an I literally got the whole burger drenched in Big Mac sauce! I asked for specific stuff EVERY TIME just for y'all to fuck up! An honestly I'm not sorry that y'all are fuck ups. An your line hasn't gotten faster it's gotten shorter.!!! I rather drive to the Gibraltar McDonald's that's outta MY WAY! because y'all duck up so bad! Fries are always dry and double dipped! My burgers dry asf even with sauce! An ya know damn well if the sauce can't get the burger wet it's a problem! I don't care don't @ me!! Good day! ‍ read more

I'm rating 4 stars for the improvements made to this location within the past six months. It does seem that the staff are much friendlier and the lines aren't nearly as long - considering that this McDonald's sits on the busiest road in Trenton. I hope that they continue this trend and continue to make improvements. Past few times I have visited, my food was fresh, hot and employees were very pleasant. read more

They're not good with orders. If I ask for extra on something they don't even put the normal amount. They just throw it together and most of the time everything is sloppy and disgusting to look at. read more

Staff is very sullen and hates working here. I have never had a good meal from this location.

This McDonald's has kind friendly staff and prepares my food in a fast manner. The food is well cooked. Wait times were not long during any of my visits but if they had been I'd be smart enough to know that the workers need more time to produce the meal at an acceptable level of quality. read more

Check your order before you leave the drive thru. Within the past month our orders have been wrong more than they have been right. I don't think they have the double drive thru lane procedure down yet because I believe we ended up with the other car's order in more than one case. read more

This has to be the slowest McDonald's in the area. Waited in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes with 2 cars ahead of us. Ridiculous.
