Not only is Tim Hortons the best coffee you can buy, this location consistently has the quickest and friendliest service of any coffee shop I've ever visited. This is not place where if the line is around the building I will still hop in it because they are known for their speed and efficiency here! It seems these days coffee places vary so much. One Starbucks can taste completely different every time you go, but this Tim Hortons is consistently the same deliciousness every time! read more

I had bought a pumpkin spice latte last week and had to pull up and wait for it, which was no problem. But once I got to work, I tried it and it was terrible... it tasted burnt with no pumpkin spice flavor. I tried to call 3 times within 2 days without an answer. I left a message and still never received a response. I don't understand why they don't seem to care about their customers being satisfied. It's the closest store to me so I'm super disappointed. read more

They could at least attempt to put someone at the drive-up window there with some type of people skills.

I have stopped here multiple times to get the 10 pack assorted timbits. What is chosen is a disgrace, along with the lack of customer service morale/attitude makes this place avoidable moving forward. After I saw my moms order that she got for my kids, only confirmed it enough for me to review this place, she ordered a 20 pack assorted and more than half was the bland timbits that I honestly can't figure out why it is a menu item to begin with. This place needs serious coaching. They look irritated every time I come through with a 4 dollar order. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The customer service is awful. The employee at the drive-thru window consistently has a bad attitude...rolling his eyes and acting as if serving customers is an inconvenience. this employee uses a vape pen as well, which is very unprofessional. As for the food, it's very inconsistent. One day is okay the next time terrible. I will not be going there anymore. I can't keep giving this restaurant a chance. This is location 21930 Allen Rd. Woodhave, MI read more

The drive-through employees have ZERO personality. I gave it 6 weeks I'm a daily customer same 2 employees in the morning. One Male & one female. Thay need to go work in a non-public environment. I won't be back. read more

The absolute worse! I don't know why they're still open! The orders are always messed up!

Well this Tim Hortons is not as busy but did not complete my order in time. We call it in at about 15 mins before. The sausage wrapped I have to admit I tasted more of the grill press burn lines then I did the sausage. I little gross for my taste but ate least the lobby and sitting area was quiet and clean and no muffins ready. read more

Tim Hortons - the inside of a fast food restaurant - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Woodhaven, Michigan

All young people that avoided eye contact at all costs. Served my food cold? Kinda sad, this location really needs some adult supervision.

I went to the drive through and waited half an hour and didn't get food my food was cold.

Cold bagels, very stingy on the cream cheese. Never once have I enjoyed any food I've gotten at this location. Won't be back

food and service needs improvement. got a hair in my food, and ice cap was not good either, too creamy. manager was rude when returning food with hair in it. only offered to refund the sandwich read more

Very awkward staff. They don't greet you at all, which is basic customer service and starts off uncomfortable. "What do you want" is how they take the order and after you pay there is no eye contact and not a word said to complete the human interaction. Food is not good here, but the coffee is great. read more

Me and my daughter when here on her way to school and she go a 10 pack for Timbits and she only got 8 so I told the lady working and she gave my daughter 2 extra timbits for the inconvenience and my daughter is a happy camper read more

Tim Hortons - a box of donuts with sprinkles - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Woodhaven, Michigan

Doors are locked at 8am. Not sure why but waiting in a twenty car drive thru is not on my to do list.

If you want to actually enjoy the food youre paying for, don't go here. barely-toasted bagels with hardly any cream cheese, lukewarm eggs and cold cheese on the sandwiches. gave this place too many chances lol never coming back read more

I've only been to this location a handful of times. Everytime I've been here the line has been very short, or has moved pretty quickly when it wasn't short. I've never been here in the morning, so I have no idea what the service is like for morning commuters. I'm only vouching for midday experience. Selection is the same as every other Tim Hortons. Service is quick and friendly. I should also mention that this location doubles as a Cold Stone Creamery. So you can get your coffee AND ice cream fix! Now I want ice cream. read more

I've been here many times, and I've always been pleased. The food is to standard, the service is fast, and the employees are always friendly. read more

If I could add less stars I would. We stopped here for a cold stone ice cream/shake. We bought two shakes and two ice cream cups. One of the shakes was a vanilla shake and it tasted terrible, it was a small so my 9 year old got through about 1/3 before he finally said sorry but I can't drink this it tastes terrible. I told the front desk only to have them say, "yeah well you drank some so too bad" TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be back here. read more

Employees cannot seem to get orders right! You give them order and when you get your coffee no sugar or no cream. Just can't get good service these days. You repeat it over again and they just automatically tell you oh yea the sugar is in there. I have had to go back several times to get order corrected read more

If I could give the store zero stars, I would I work here for about 6 to 7 months. I had to make a separate account to post this because my other one had got taken down. They treat their customers like shit. They also treat their employees like shit they expect their employees to come in for morning shift to work from 430 to 8 o'clock at night because afternoon shift can't shop for the shifts, don't ever work here or any Tim Hortons every Tim Hortons I've ever worked is a terrible workplace. I've worked at three Tim Hortons now and they're all terrible management only gives props to the people who aren't doing shit for the store they pick and choose who they like, and then they throw all the dirty work on to other people it's a terrible place to work, I would not recommend ever also would not recommend the food. The donuts are made terrible they water down the glaze. The sausage is also very pink looking. Hashbrowns are always soggier burnt they burn omelette bites just terrible. read more

The coffee is usually ok. But when you serve a hot beverage you should NOT have to ask for a sleeve for the cup. Every single time I get a coffee through the drive thru at this location I have to beg for one. Every other Tim Hortons I visit they automatically put one on. read more

Bagels are my favorite food so I am a very big visitor to Tim Horton's locations. This is one of the best! Food is always prepared great, employees are very friendly. read more

I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for years and in the last few years this establishment has deteriorated. The service is HORRIBLE. The employees are rude. The coffee is WRONG every time. Every single time. You want a shot of vanilla in your coffee? Oh you're getting hazelnut. I have had to go back every time and get a new coffee. I don't even go here anymore. This place has gone downhill. Awful coffee, AWFUL staff, and it takes forever for someone to take your order, even though they are never busy. Awful. Do not go here. read more

For about the last six weeks I come in shortly after 4 AM for coffee it's never right it's either burnt or so bitter you can't drink it they always get the cream and sugar backwards and today finally did it for me I ordered two large she put them directly under the spout and pushed brew and it was so nasty you couldn't even add stuff to it to make it taste good this is by far the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to I will never go here again you should hire people that actually drink coffee read more

I cannot believe how slow this places. Let's face it they are judged primarily on speed of service and there is no urgency at this place

Got charged $12.73 for a Nutella cookie, a doughnut, and two medium decaf coffees at 9:30 tonite. Probably less expensive places, and I live down the street on Sibley. On the way to the airport. read more
