I have been coming to the Starbucks since it opened several years ago! Every time I visit, I have a great experience even when they're short staffed. Thank you to everybody that always puts an extra effort especially the consistent leadership team. Today was especially a great day there. Everybody was in a great mood and laughing. I appreciate the yummy drinks and chill atmosphere. My only recommendation is that they need some updating. I've been to other stores that are newer and they have better furniture. Hopefully this store gets a facelift soon. read more

I arrived in 10 minutes the app told me it would be ready in 6 to 7 upon my arrival. My sandwich was sitting on the counter. I waited an additional 30 minutes for my pink drink. It is not OK for my food to be sitting unattended for 30 minutes while my drink is not prepared. Additionally, if you're going to extend the time, the app should alert me to the fact that my food and drink won't be ready for 30 minutes. Rude employees 99% of the time. They dont cook their meat on the sandwiches. The bacon literally comes white and slimy and floppy and disgusting. They have given me a sandwich with literally just the bread and egg on multiple occasions. They have given me the completely wrong food item on multiple occasions as well. By far the worst starbucks i have ever been to. They continue to prove why dunkin is superior. Management has some work to do at this starbucks location :) read more

I'm gonna have to say, this place has done a 180 in the last few weeks! We usually passed this Starbucks up due to the inconsistency of their beverages! My caramel macchiato was without flavor 5+ times. That's when I switched to the hot chai with a shot of espresso. My chai would taste like a hot water coffee, with no chai pump in it, and this happened multiple times. It seemed like the baristas stopped at Tim Hortons for their daily coffee before coming into work at Starbucks. I couldn't figure it out! I can get the same drink at any Starbucks across the entire world, except for Monroe, Michigan... until now! They are on point! For some reason the mobile ordering is on pause for the moment. It makes it a little inconvenient, but at least I'm getting the perfect beverage when I roll through the Monroe Starbucks now! If you boycott this store, give it another try! Nothing to complain about here. Usually am stopping by late weekday mornings and never had to wait long, if at all. Service is pleasant and coffee is up to standard. I don't drink the fancier concoctions, so I can't chime in on lattes, Frappuccinos and such. I have errands to run in Monroe from time to time, and this is always my last stop on my way back out of town. read more

when receiving the cake pop it was put in with the hot food in which if It was my first time buying, cake pop would've been completely ruined. not only the cake pop but I did not receive my cream cheese at all let alone I even added an extra one I payed for. read more

The service was great and fast but they messed up my order. I place my order through the phone so that the don't miss hear me when placing my order. I always get the same thing because of dietary restrictions and I paid extra so that I wouldn't have and medical problems . After one sip I could tell that my drink was not right I even had someone else that knows how my drink tastes test it and they confirmed my fear. read more

I haven't had very good experiences at this Starbucks. One time I went there to order a latte I'd been wanting to try, only to have the baristas mock me for ordering something that was no longer available (how was I to know?). At more recent visits, I've found this location to be kinda noisy and more geared towards college kids. Most of the items listed on the Starbucks website menu are not available here, much to my disappointment. There were maybe three breakfast sandwiches listed on the menu. When I asked if they had anything besides breakfast sandwiches, the girl behind the counter quickly rattled off a few sandwich descriptions that were supposedly "specials" and yet they weren't listed on the menu, or anywhere else for that matter. Like I can remember everything she just said? First of all, why does this Starbucks only offer a select few things that are listed on the menu online? Second, why don't they have the specials on a board or something where you can see them, instead of making the customer specifically ask what sandwiches are available? So not only could I NOT try a chicken caprese sandwich or a salad, but the drinks are subpar at best. At my last visit I had a caramel latte, and I was not impressed. I also ordered a spinach and feta wrap because that was one of the "specials", but again, it was just okay. Their food and drinks are overpriced and not that good, and they never have very much displayed as far as baked goods are concerned. I think more than anything, you're paying for the brand name. The only reason I go back to Starbucks occasionally is because every year my aunt ALWAYS gives me a Starbucks gift card for Christmas. So if nothing else, at least with the gift cards I'm getting subpar drinks and mediocre food for free. Seriously, fast food chains are better. At least then you can get filling food that's delicious and fills you up. As for Starbucks, I won't be back again until the next time I have a gift card burning a hole in my wallet. read more

This is a brand new shop. The baristas are a little green but they still get the job done. The fact that I brought my own cup in seemed to throw them off. My order was right so no complaints. I would probably come back. read more

Stopped today and they gave us the wrong drink. When we asked for it to be remade correctly the worker shut the drive threw window in our face and just gave us a cup of cold foam which wasn't what we even wanted to be fixed on the drink. read more

The service here is super good, but their drive thru doesn't always work, which is a major inconvenience. I've tried several different drinks here, all of which are regulars for me. It seems that at this Starbucks their proportions are off, because my drinks are always poorly concocted. Their ratios are off, if you will. They also have a very small selection of baked goods, most of which they are usually out of by 2 PM. read more

I have never been here when it wasn't completely busy. Drive thru line around the building! With that, service is so slow. Drive thru always takes at least 20 minutes. I decided to try and go inside but that takes equally as long. People who have placed pick up order stand there for several minutes as well. There are always three to four people who seem to be running the drive thru and one to two people working the front, with so many people working, what always takes so long?! read more

I'm gonna be this guy... Starbucks won me over. Generally I go to Tim Hortons because it's right by my work and it's also cheaper, but, and I promise you, I'll never do that again. Starbucks has always been very friendly, very helpful and just all around proactive with their service. They greet you with a smile and if you go through the drive through, you can TELL they're still greeting you with a smile. They offer creative flavor combinations, they have great patients and they just have genuinely good customer service. The price AND the distance is no longer an issue by any means for me after the last few experiences I've had at Tim Hortons. Worse costumer service I've ever seen given to the staff by the manager and or the owner himself. Keep it up Starbucks, I genuinely love visiting this coffee shop, for more than just the coffee. This Starbucks needs work. I have been going here since it opened so cut them some slack at first. Has not improved since opening. The floors and counters are always dirty. I almost always do a mobile order and when I go in they either haven't made it yet or ignore you. Then you have to get their attention and ask for it. Not organized. Staff seems under trained on cleaning and customer service. I have seen staff standing around when customers are waiting. Drinks are decent and seem to be made properly so that is why I still go back. read more
