The service is really good - the staff is super nice and friendly. Don't believe the negative reviews and try this place out

I was told they don't take reservations but that we could sign in to the waitlist. When we got in there was nobody under our group's name.. not sure if we didn't do it right but was a little confused by that. Either way, we were able to get a table right away, a nice booth in the back at that. It's kid friendly too which is always a plus. There is so much deliciousness on the menu it's great! There is something for everyone and all of it tastes great. I will say the chickichanga I had was a bit spicy but still really good. Also, you have to try the different drinks they have! I got the kale tonic and caramel crunch coffee, both AMAZING! Although if you're lactose intolerant I'd ask for dairy free milk and if you're not into sweet stuff this is probably not for you. I was a little disappointed in the waitress. She was super kind and personable but I felt like she didn't ask enough questions, like when I asked for the coffee she never asked what milk I wanted (I should've clarified but still). I also felt like she didn't show herself enough. It wasn't terribly busy so I felt she could've done better. Otherwise, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The menu has a wide range of options to choose from We got the ham & greyere omelette and added spinach which was one of the best omelettes I've had. The combo was a perfect mix of cheese with the saltiness and flavor of the ham. We also got the avocado toast with the basted egg which was very fresh. They used some very fresh avocados, it seems they used the whole avocado cause we surely weren't lacking. The biscuits and gravy were extremely good. The biscuits had a slight crunch and were freshly made. The turkey gravy was flavorful and light The drinks are premade but also very well done. Slightly on the sweeter side but still well done The restaurant was packed with a 15-20 min wait but there's a community table that we sat at and we were seated immediately, fun hack for couples. Only one other person sat at the table with us so it was like we had to it ourselves, though we wouldn't mind chatting to random strangers. We love this place and will be back

Others sat down and ate right away. Odd. Chips and salsa were oily and rather tasteless. No refills on chips and salsa. Who does that?! Cheap owners. Food took 35 minutes and was frankly disgusting visually. Drenched in excessive oil. Cooked at too low of a temp. Clearly! Disgusting. The puff taco for $7.50 was a joke. Slightly puffy. No different than a taco half that price. No crunch, WAY too much oil again. No flavor. Tacos and enchiladas were also FAR too oily to enjoy. Again. Basically zero follow up service. I had to ask for a bill after waiting 15 minutes and was looked at like I was an idiot for doing so. This place was at best a dim flickering light of what it used to be. As I'm sitting on the bench it's been a while and I'm still waiting on the meal I ordered. you can clearly see the cooks through the glass and I don't wanna be staring at them but I took a peep to see if my bowl was being made. Based on what I ordered it was. So as I notice that I see this working looking at my bowl and then reach her hand in the bowl and take a bean sprout out of the bowl and eat it!!! Like yo wtf is that. She had gloves on so I'm just like ok you weirdo I guess enjoy that, but then she takes the same hand dips in my bowl AGAIN and eats a piece of chicken! That hand with a glove on or not just made contact with your nasty mouth and now ur dipping your hand back into my bowl? wtf is wrong with these workers. So Im like alright there's no way that's my bowl. It has to be hers she's making and she's boutta take a lunch break. As I watch the bowl go down the line it goes in a bag. With my luck my name gets called. Yup. Same bowl that just got double dipped. Now getting served to me. Sloppy seconds... Figures. Just my luck bro. No I didn't say anything as I took the order and left and just didn't eat it. I hate altercations and don't need my bowl to be remade with (attitude) if ya get what I mean. If this girl did this with a legit customer watching her god knows what she's doing to mobile orders when no customers are in the building. And I'm gonna straight up say it to call her out. It was a heavy set female with a rainbow bandana on. Absolutely disgusting of a place. Other workers watched her do it too. Nobody said anything. Do not go here unless you want a good ol spit bowl (And I'm not talking about the good kind.)

I think one time I had an issue with my meal because it was too salty and I attribute a lot of that to the queso. I'm from MI and most of the Mexican restaurants there don't use queso on their dishes, but in OH that seems to be the norm. Aside from that, we've never had a bad experience. We've ordered take out for our housewarming party last year and my husband ordered take out for my surprise 40th birthday last month. Their rice is delicious! Perfection! They always have great daily specials and I can never pass up a margarita. One is really all you need or maybe I'm just a lightweight. The quesadilla ranchera is probably one of my favorite dishes. The portions are plenty! They might take longer than normal to bring the bill, but I think it's done more out of not wanting to rush you an allowing you to enjoy your meal. So you might have to wave someone down for the bill, but that's not horrible is it? I think it can easily be overlooked when everything else is on point.
