Ordered 4 donuts, threw 2 away - they were stale and greasy, like they hadn't thrown out yesterday's donuts.

This Dunkin' Donuts sucks. Every time I get a coffee from this one it gets everywhere. They never put the lids fully on and they spill coffee all over the cup when filling it up. read more

Initially received a warm greeting, however, I ordered two medium iced coffees and they were made with about an inch of extra room in the top of the cup. I kindly asked for a splash more of milk before taking the drink over the counter and this is when the initial welcoming atmosphere turned sour. I also ordered a 50/50 mix of chocolate glazed munchkins and original glazed munchkins but received blueberry. I politely mentioned this and the employees continued to ignore my original order and just gave me a few extra chocolate munchkins. Although this was appreciated, I repeated that the order should have been 50/50 chocolate and glazed and was quickly interrupted by one of the workers saying "well we're giving you those as extra so..." as if them filling my order incorrectly TWICE was something I should've been grateful for... The service this morning was absolutely horrible first I could not hear them at the speaker and so I pulled up to the window to order. The person at the window stated rudely that they do not take orders at the window only at the speaker. I had asked her for an exception as I could not hear them at the speaker. She said no. I went around to the speaker to try again. They stated that they did not have the maple donut stick that I requested. I then asked why didn't they tell me that at the window before I pulled around again to try and order? Just ridiculus!! Never going there again. read more

I love Dunkin'! They have a great variety of coffee beverage and great bakery options. Donuts are always fresh. I really like their mobile app. The only issue I have is there is no option for picking up on the inside for online orders. I'm not sure if the inside is open yet... it was drive thru only for quite a while. But the drive thru is pretty efficient. read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. To start off, the service is absolutely terrible. The way they talk to me, a customer, it is outrageous. I used to work there like 2 weeks ago and I switched locations because the manager is very unprofessional, inappropriate, and rude. I go to this location because it is closer to my house. Every time I have gone since I quit, my coffee has been messed up. I get the same drink every time. A medium frozen, with 7 pumps of caramel, extra thick. Every time I get my coffee it tastes terrible, it's like drinking soup, it's sour, and doesn't have enough flavoring. Now being as I have worked there, I know how to make my drink to taste how it should, they do it wrong every time. Today I had to go back and get my syrup, and they rang me up for it, I shouldn't have to buy more syrup because they messed my order up. My sisters frozen hot chocolate was literal soup, they forgot the whipped cream, which COMES on the drink. My father's drink, a large hot pumpkin spice latte, had no whipped cream on it, which it comes with, I ordered extra pumpkin flavoring in his drink and it still wasn't strong enough. I added a picture of my frozen, which should NOT look like that, it looks nasty. And you can see the caramel in a small cup behind it. I poured that in and it's still not enjoyable. I would not go back. They always lie about the ovens being down because they don't want to make food. They have three people working and it takes 5 minutes just to get my drinks when it shouldn't take that long. read more

Stopped in to grab my wife some ice cream. They didn't have any of the pre packaged cookie dough so I had to order the fresh scooped 1lb to go container which was 6.99$ which I thought was pretty expensive in the first place but it's what the wife wanted. So I get home open the thing up and the pictures show what I received. The worker was obviously to lazy to grab more ice cream from the freezer as I seen her scrapping the bottom of the barrel for it. I'll never go back plain and simple. read more

So this morning....AGAIN....4TH Time in the past 3 months, Dunkin has been closed before 7am.....Its not appropriate when the drive through is open and your sitting and waiting 10-15 mins and no service...cars in front and behind you. I never know if they are going to be open or not. Last time I asked the said they didn't have staff to open in the morning. Shouldn't you put a gate up or a sign on the speaker so we aren't sitting there and possibly being late for work. Not acceptable. read more

I looked up a place on google for coffee, and this place popped up. I was at the drive thru at 9:50 PM, and was waiting for at least 15 minutes at the drive thru box until I pulled up to the window, and I see a man just rummaging through the cash register. I honked once, and he gives me some physical gesture then goes back to what he was doing. I honked again, then he tells me that they close at 10 PM. The main thing that pissed me off was the fact that this Dunkin is supposedly open 24/7, and I was sitting at the drive thru for no more than 15 minutes. I then try to contact the store, itself, and someone picks up the phone and hangs up deliberately. I have never felt such a condescending and unprofessional manner approached by than this person has given. I am to believe that they close down shop and are getting paid for the remainder of their shift with no extra work paid off. So I will be contacting the local HQ and GM about this issue I have come across. read more

I went to the drive thru during this pandemic to order a 3 scoop sundae. I told the person the flavor of ice cream I wanted when I got home it was made from soft serve yogurt or custard but not the 3 flavors I chose. I called to speak to the manager the next day, she was rude told me they didn't serve soft serve. Dunkin Donuts has always been my favorite venue for a chocolate glazed donut. When Dunkin Donuts began making locations with a Baskin Robins combined, they won my heart. I love 31 Flavor's mint chocolate chip ice cream :). When they built this location in Monroe, I was excited. There were already three Tim Horton's locations in the City of Monroe, which was OK, but their donuts are just not the same. Don't get me wrong, I love Dunkin Donuts, but this location is screwy. First off, they built it right next to a Tim Horton's and Coldstone. Seriously, there is a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robins within walking distance of Timmy ho's and Coldstone. Location Location Location!!! Their food is great when they have it in stock or are able to serve it, which somehow can be an issue here. Also, while I love Dunkin Donuts for their great donuts, their breakfast sandwhiches are AWFUL. They LOOK awful, they SMELL awful, they ARE awful. Their coffee is subpar, which is to be expected. Also slightly disappointed that their hours changed from 24 hours to 6am to Midnight. read more

My kids love their strawberry and chocolate donuts. The owner is so nice, and has given my boys extra treats on several occasions.

Purchased 1/2 dozen donuts 7pm on a Tuesday night. Most of the donut trays were empty which didn't leave much to choose from. As we were driving away and tried to eat the donuts all 6 were very stale. This was the first time I had a hard French Cruller. Contact Dunkin' Donuts local HQ Amy Slaughter. She offered me another 1/2 dozen donuts if I returned. I would've just preferred my money back as this donut shop is so far below par that I didn't want replacements. I know that I was there in thanksgiving morning, but I was not impress with this location at all... We were there at 9am and they were out of a ton of product... My wife asked for three or four different things and they were out of stock on them. Then when my wife realized they had cruller donuts, she got very excited. So she bought one and when she took a bit of it and it was hard and stale... I got a bagel toasted and by the time I started eating it it was already cold. I am a super BIG FAN of Dunkin Donuts and have been for quite some time. I was really excited when I found out they were coming to Monroe. I'm not a fan of Baskin Robins as my taste in ice cream is very particular and I would rather buy mine at Independent Diary and take it home. So when they first opened they were doing GREAT! Loved their oreo cappuccino blast and their double chocolate donuts. However as the months progressed operations seemed to be getting sloppy. They were running out of product. Cappuccino blasts could not be made because "machine was broke" and the worst part was when going through the drive through it really took a long time. I asked the person at the window what was going on and they informed me they were the ONLY ONE running the entire store.....and this became the "norm" over the last 8 months or so up until today....if I would go to this location say on a week day around 2 or 3pm there would only be one person working the entire place. I have no clue who is managing this location but I was under the impression that the owners of this location also own the location in Dearborn Heights which I drive by no less than 4 times a week. I went to that location long before the location in Monroe was built and their service really was HORRIBLE. No joke I've ordered coffee at that location and it was given to me cold. I have ordered hot chocolate and it tasted like watered down chocolate syrup. So I have no clue what the deal is at either location....it just needs to improve or else the chain is going to have to shut down the Monroe location down as it does not get the traffic like the Dearborn store I'm SURE. I have other coffee locations CLOSER to me that I can go to and have better service and support local business owners. I HOPE the owner sees these reviews and takes note. You have a great location if you work it right. Even if it is next door to Tim Hortons. I like Dunkin Donuts for certain things and Tim Horton's for other things. Kinda nice to have them next door like that. :-) Just need to step up the game there and you will do fine! I hope this helps the owners with feed back they NEED. Good Luck!!
