So they switched how they make their iced coffee.. usually get a large Vanilla Iced Coffee with 7×7×7 (cream,sugar,shots of vanilla) now, they say they don't use sugar anymore. So the lady at the Telegraph Tim Hortons said the equivalent would be 7 cream and 14 shots of Vanilla!! Using 7 to REPLACE the Sugar!... Now YESS I thought that was a lot , but whatever that's how they said they have to do it... Here we are a month later. Now they're telling me I have to pay more for the coffee now because i'm taking too much vanilla!! EXCUSE ME! WHY SHOULD I PAY MORE BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO USE SUGAR!!??? Tried on a couple visits and failed miserably to provide any service or offer up any fresh donuts each time. On our visits we are the only possible customers and we exit pretty fast with empty hands and bellies. Pass this one, you will find another since this spot fails miserably. read more

Good Morning , First of all I'm gonna start off saying the staff here is sometimes pretty friendly but other times just straight out rude . Every single time I come through this location, my order is always messed up some way or another . For example : I always ask for bacon on my breakfast wraps and I always end up with sausage. I ask forSplenda with cream and I either get just black coffee or coffee with just cream . I love Tim hortons and I love Tim hortons coffee . I will still continue coming to this location because it's the closest one to me . Figured it would be nice to let the manager know what's going on. So if you want good coffee but a messed up order this is your place ! read more

This Tim Hortons location is on my way to and from church, so I get a coffee and work in this café all the time. They have good wifi and they never pester me. The biggest downside to the place is the food: it's not all that great and is rather expensive. The drive through stays open all night. I wish the lobby would stay open later, but nothing stays open late in Monroe. There always seems to be a boyfriend of one of the employees eating his food at the counter and talking to her. I don't know if it is just one couple or several over the years. The employees don't ever ignore a customer but it does seem a bit unprofessional. Then the tables here always seem to be covered in crumbs, I don't know if this is related to the boyfriend situation. The night manager makes up for all of that though: he is really nice. Other than that this is your run-of-the-mill Tim Hortons so if you like them you will like this one, if you don't like them... then there might be something wrong with you. read more

Pretty good Tim Horton's. You get your food fast and accurate. I like to get the BELT on an English muffin. Then it's an EMELT, but don't call it that because they might get confused. The unsweetened ice tea is the best in the area! Burger King's is good as well but it doesn't come in the pretty crystal plastic cup! The one on Telegraph has a Cold Stone Creamery and that one can be hit-or-miss. The Cold Stone's okay, but they certainly charge a lot for a little cup! Wow! Two reviews in one! read more

The staff at this location were not the kindest, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they were out of biscuits. I then asked for an English muffin instead. When I've already paid for one thing and have to have it changed, I expect it to be up to par still. The egg was cold and cheese unmelted, I ended up throwing it away. With that being said, there was a long line and they seemed busy but that doesn't excuse poor customer service. I will not be visiting this location again. read more

Quite frankly, I am disappointed with the services I have received from this location. As a person who has worked in the food service industry, I am more patient and understanding of mistakes--I have made them in the past. However, this location is far too consistent in their mistake making, and unwilling to ensure their customers have a positive experience. At businesses I have worked at, we go further than to remake the errored food items. We provide the remade food, a refund, and a smiling face. I have not received items I have paid for and requested at this location, or received the wrong items, three times now. Each time I return, I expect that mistakes won't happen. After driving, waiting in line, and receiving my bag, and driving back home to open it up and realize the problem, I drive back only to receive worse service than I first received. Management was unfriendly and treated me as if I was just another unimportant person they have inconvenienced. When I spend my hour's wages at Tim Hortons, I expect the same service I would provide. The time I went through the drive thru was faster but again my order was wrong.
