4th visit since 3 years, staffing hygiene & food quality varying wildly. Experiences from excellent to horrific 50/50. Last visit $8 hamburger had a big greasy thumb print smashed into it with old wilted topping. Server was polite but he had long nails with dirt underneath. The customer service and the wait time is ridiculous at the Woodhaven location. I came up there to get breakfast with my sister only to leave the drive through with the wrong order which made me have to drive all the way back up to get what I paid for, only to be told once I got to the window that they are unable to get me my breakfast burritos because breakfast has ended even though I got to the speaker in time to let them aware of the mistake. Instead they offered me hotcake which is cheaper so I already lost some money but I accepted because I dont want my sister to be hungry. I get asked to pull forward and I sit there for 20 minutes before I think this is a insane amount of time to wait so I went inside and it takes 10 minutes for an employee to help me out. This leads to me finding out they didnt even start the hotcakes so nothing was ready so I wait there even longer. This lead to me having my food i ordered for my self to go cold and when I brought this up to the employee I get told I hope your hashbrowns dont dry up when you microwave them. Im sorry but that is ridiculous absolutely unacceptable for me to get the wrong order be told I cant get what I paid for then wait for 45 minutes for some hotcakes only to get horrible customer service. This only made me more upset and everyone who worked there was no help at all. read more

the customer service at this place is so crappy. they will sit there and have a conversation while you sit in the drive-through for 10 to 15 minutes with no response while you can hear them talking. when you say thank you for getting your they just give you a dirty and don't even say one word. read more

I usually come through the drive thru but i just went in for an order. I showed them the order, gave them the name, and showed them the voice code. The general manager, Helen, snatches my phone out of my hand and starts scrolling through my messages where my mom had sent me her order. The GM, Helen, then snarkily responds that we can't just give eachother the order that way (even though i had the order name) and so i took my phone back and left. It's ok if you want to inform me of something that i cannot do but there is absolutely no reason to be rude, snatch my phone, and quite literally go through my texts. Then I turned to my husband and said I felt bad like I was yelling at them for not being able to hear which wasn't their fault.. So friendly! I honestly think this location should train people for other McDonald's restaurants. The order taker at the drive thru very nice, I had to wait for my food which was ok because I ordered fries without salt. The gal that brought my food to me was very sincere in thanking me and was polite. You don't find that too often these days. The staff is great but this is the 5th time in 3 weeks that I can't order my caramel mocha because they're machine is "down" at this point I don't even believe it's down I think they say that because they don't feel like making them. I am so over it. I have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to get a coffee at the Flat Rock location because this one doesn't want to fix the machine. I went there during the evening and ordered a breakfast item that should be available all day. They seemed really annoyed, and then I had to pull forward and wait, which was no big deal. However, the kid that brought my food out was extremely rude and there was some gross gooey stuff on the bag that soaked through the bag onto my hashbrown, needless to say I had to throw the hashbrown away. I have a love hate relationship with this location. It's right by the house so I like that, but it seems like they have a hard time getting the order right. Today I went there and ordered a Big Mac, quarter pound no cheese only lettuce, mustard, and pickles. Also a large fry, large coke and a ten piece nugget. I received the Big Mac and large fry. The. No nuggets, an extra quarter pounder, and the one then I had originally ordered was wrong as well. There have been other times as well when I try to "special" order something, and they just can't seem to get it right. If it wasn't for the fact of the other location being so far away, I would never come here again. I really hope they can get there stuff together because this is really annoying. When I go back to get the order fixed and corrected, they are super annoyed with me, there are no apologies, and they offer nothing for the inconvenience. every single time I go here no matter what I order I wait in like for at least 15 minutes. I wouldn't consider this fast food. if it wasn't so close to me and one of the few places open 24 hours I wouldn't go at all. the service is terrible the cashier that seems to work everyday is not friendly she always seems to have an attitude she stands out because she has blue hair and is always drinking a frappe right in front of me as I wait my 15 minutes + in line to get my food. would not recommend coming here. read more

This McDonalds is always very friendly when I go there. I have only had one time where I had a mistake on my order. When I called Ann was very friendly and made sure I will be compensated on my next visit. Not everyone is a computer we are all human and make mistakes. it is how YOU decide you will handle it. the worst drive thru experience ever. my sister and i have been getting our moms breakfast here for the past months and the last two times they have messed up. the first incident was when they gave us the totally wrong order and we had to go back after driving half way home. the second incident was today when we asked for a big breakfast and normally they give you hotcakes and normally they ask if you want hotcakes or not, but they didn't ask OR give hotcakes so we had to go in and retrieve the hotcakes. the manager when my sister went in said next time ask for them, which is honestly disrespectful because it's the employees fault every time because the customer is always right, right? if we ever do come back, we are holding up the line and checking every single piece of food and items we have in the bag before we drive away. we were told to pull up and we waited there for ten minutes and the other person in front of us was probably there for fifteen minutes. seriously mcdonald's, how long does it take to microwave your ok pancakes? i know mcdonald's is infamous for messing up orders, but cmon i thought this one was gonna be different. read more
