At Kimchi Box, the move everyone seems to make is the popcorn chicken smothered in their "sassy sauce." But here's the thing -- I'm not a "drown-it-in-sauce" kind of person. So I got mine on the side. Smart move. The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and honestly, pretty darn good even without the full sauce bath. And the Korean mozz dog? Yeah... that thing was pretty awesome. Crispy on the outside, stretchy cheese pull on the inside -- total comfort food moment. Nothing fancy, just pure satisfaction. I'd come back here in a heartbeat.

The French bread is so crispy & fresh, and it's quite full. Delicious! It was large enough to share, which we did. It's probably 10-12" long, and we generally want a lighter lunch. While I was waiting this time, I really checked out their pastry/desert case, and they were all gorgeous! They said they come from a local bakery. I'm not usually a desert person, but I got a slice of the Pistachio Ricotta layered cake and it was so good. Really light; thinking layers of cake and thicker layers of both of the two fillings. Perfection Open & airy, nice relaxing space in this building that was formerly Panera. I can't understand why they weren't packed with people. Get out there & support local restaurants!! Fresh, delicious ingredients! Ready pretty quick too, so it's a great lunch hour option. I'll get more pictures of next time I go, though I did get a picture some of the pastries.

They are located next to a gas station which comes in handy if you also need gas. I order the number 1 and my son ordered the pizza burger. Both were very filling and delicious. The original burger was cooked perfectly and the bun was pretty good. The onions and pickles were so good and I don't usually like pickles. I didn't try the signature sauce as I'm not a fan of thousand island. But many people will enjoy it the way it's suppose to be made I'm sure. The pizza burger was pretty cool. It had 3 nice sized mozzarella sticks on them and pizza sauce. We wanted fries and they only come in one size. The one size is big enough to share. We were suggested the lemon pepper fries and that was such a great suggestion. They are fresh cut fries and you can tell. I was happy they had regular fries and not the battered crispy ones a lot of place do. So they definitely will get 5 stars for the fries alone. It has some seating inside, but most people seem to get carry out. The men at the counter were so nice in helping us. They really suggested things we would like and we did.
