First time trying Muncheez. I was excited to try another taco spot in my area but this was my first and last time. I ordered the enchiladas, one of their 'favorites' items. It came with 3 enchiladas on corn tortillas, and I got a side of rice and beans. The enchiladas only had over-seasoned ground beef inside, very little cheese melted on top, and sauce that tasted like it came from a can. I like salt, but these were too salty, even for me! Ordered ahead for a quick lunch pickup. First impression is the place is definitely a small operation & unique, but appeared clean. I was greeted immediately. They were working on an order before mine & I was told mine was next. My order was ready about 10 minutes past the promised time. I ordered a crunch wrap and my coworker ordered a burrito and the corn side. Mine was very tasty, definitely filling. I opted for bean but no other protein. Everything seemed fresh. I was presently surprised by Muncheez. I was craving Birria tacos, and this was close to home, so I thought I'd try them. I went in only planning to order a taco, but walked out with three tacos, a burrito, and a drink, all for about $20. The chicken taco was good, but didn't have much flavor to it. The birria tacos were divine, but you're only given a small soufflé cup of consommé, which is really only enough for a little more than one taco, if it. I wish you'd get one/Birria taco. The burrito was good, the only thing with that, is that I wasn't expecting refried beans on it. Typically places use black or pinto. Next time, I'll def order no beans. Driving by Muncheez , my initial thought was that it served "tacos and burgers" This cannot be a winning combination, and they certainly cannot do both items well. I was wrong. In all honesty, the best tacos I've had in a long time. I need Weiss of staff, I tried the street taco trio, carnitas,biarra, and Cajun shrimp. The Carnitas was my favorite, the lime aïoli brought some thing entirely new to the Taco, that I have never experienced before this combination of crispy and salty and sour was incredible. The biarra, was crunchy and delicious. Filled to the brim with cheese meat served with a dipping sauce that had its own amazing flavor. The shrimp, while not my favorite of the three, was still excellent. I really appreciated the contrast between the crunchy fried shrimp and the fresh tomatoes and toppings. The only thing that I didn't love was my side of rice. While passable, was very dry, and not very flavorful. However, it was a minor concern, because after the three tacos you didn't have any room for the rice anyway. Service was quick and helpful. Staff was attentive and kind. read more

This was my first time coming here, and I decided to get 2 birria tacos. The beef stew was very flavorful and not too salty. Also, the combination of fresh onions, cilantro, and cheese inside the tortilla was simply perfection. It also came with a container of consomme dipping sauce. Got carry out here for cinco de mayo, and it did disappoint. I ordered the fajitas and it came with steak pieces that were so chewy they weren't edible, and the beans had no flavor and tasted like they were straight out the can. The fajitas themself were also overly salty and the rice tasted like minute rice put in the microwave. My boyfriend also got the crunchwrap and there was barely any meat and all beans. Wonderful made to order fresh food. I actually saw them cutting up veggies for orders. The staff was friendly and hustled to complete lunch time orders. Menu offered a variety of items. Very little seating only a few counter seats. The clean and helpful staff made it the trip worth while. I'll definitely be back to try more items. Have been to this location a couple of times. Great take out place! The tacos are delicious and my husband loves the chicken enchiladas (he especially likes that they use both white and dark meat). The menu has a lot of appetizers, burgers and Mexican as well as some great dessert options which is great if you're like us and don't know what you want! My husband and I tried this place last week. We both enjoyed our meals and will definitely be returning! Our favorite things were: the guacamole little different but fresh and yummy, the refried beans were perfect tasted homemade, tostada with chicken very enjoyable and super good tamales too. I had been a former Hippos customer and was skeptical of another mexican restaurant. We carried out Birria, Supreme, Pablo and Omega tacos. My son stole the Omega (shrimp) taco after one bite. I'm a birria fiend so I was happy to hear Muncheez serves it. I went on Taco Tuesday and was quite surprised that tacos were 3 for $10. The tacos were delicious and the consommé was also tasty. My eyes were bigger than my stomach and I could only eat about 1 ¼. I reheated the leftovers in the toaster oven and they crisped up nicely. Lunch and dinner for ten bucks!
