I got my order to go but the gentleman who took my order was kind enough to offer me a cup for some water. The spot was happening. Music, good vibes, the decor was fun. I couldn't decide which meal I was trying so I'm definitely going to make another trip sometime soon. I got the tenders with mac but added a side of greens. Boy oh boy the greens were the star and wow my tastebuds were incredibly satisfied. I've had greens but these were like some ultimate flavors and holy greens i definitely could just order some of these every now and again by themselves. Mac was great. Definitely complimented the greens. The tenders though omg. The flavor was insane. I gotta try them with the waffles next time for sure. Overall the wait wasn't long and my food was still hot. I ended up sharing with my son and he was even raving about it. Great service, fun and lit atmosphere, last but not least food was fire. Side note: people complain about price but I'll be honest, when the food is good and staff are amazing, the price to me doesn't matter. You get what you pay for and let's be real, this isn't chic fil a, this is hot boys and the chicken is definitely that.

We proceeded to the counter marked for take-out orders. We were, almost immediately, approached by a woman who directed us to the "new" take-out counter. She explained to us that the location of the area previously used for take-out orders caused congestion in the entryway. We sat near the correct take-out counter, quietly, and waited for the app to let us know when our order was ready for pick-up. Another woman, working that counter, diligently assisted multiple customers with their orders and then she addressed us after seeing that we'd been sitting there for a while. The app didn't say that the order was ready, but she checked and it was. I asked about the extra Frisco Sauce that we'd requested, and she assured us that it was there and gave us a strip of paper with a QR code for the drink fountain. The fountain area was somewhat of a mess, being that it is self-serve and people are messy. Someone approached us wanting to use our codes. Having already used them, we told her that we didn't know if they would still work. She proceeded to help herself, immediately after us, and was able to pour herself soda in drink cups that she'd already acquired. I don't know if that is theft of beverages, but we were not involved! The extra sauce that we paid for was, in fact, not present. We approached the takeout counter and requested them. With sauce acquired, we braved the doorway and kept our heads down as we exited, so not to be accosted by the people acting as unofficial doormen and made our way back to our room across the street. The sweet potato fries were my favorite, they were apparently suppose to come with sauce that I was told they were out of. All in all I left with a full and satisfied belly.
